30/04/2026: Excellent food and a very friendly atmosphere

28/04/2026: Looking for a good restaurant to try an authentic cassoulet, Le Colombier delighted our taste buds! For the adults, the surprise menu was a real hit, even if the dessert left me wanting more (a more generous portion of the citrus surprise would have been welcome). For the children, ours loved the duck breast and the Toulouse sausage. Their children's menu portions were generous. As for the place itself, how could you not be charmed by the atmosphere from the moment you arrive! The service was top-notch, quick and efficient, with attentive staff who were completely at ease with children. The value for money was excellent. In short, we highly recommend it :)

29/04/2026: We're familiar with this franchise, but this is the first time we've been so disappointed. Upon arrival, we were told we needed to eat quickly. The service was reasonably good. At the end of our meal, we went to the register to pay the bill and saw one of the staff members running outside, thinking we had left without paying. We're not from the area, but back home, that's not how we're treated.

27/04/2026: Well, extremely disappointed. My server was very nice, but there's absolutely no organization in this restaurant. Let me explain. Small terrace closed. No big deal. I wasn't in a hurry, and it was getting dark. A carafe of water was offered immediately, which was nice. Then disaster struck: my order didn't include a drink, and I was charged extra for the egg in the tartare. The dish itself was good quality, but there were no utensils. I had the spices, but not salt and pepper. A dish arrived for another table in front of me, a garnish fell on the floor, an employee put it back on the plate, which was then taken to the customer's table. No dessert, no coffee. I wanted to leave. I had to ask for the bill three times. Frankly, I didn't have a good time. I'm done. Note to management: the staff is really nice, but they should hire more professional waiters. It's a shame.

11/04/2026: We had a really great meal; it was calm and very pleasant! We were served by Gaelle and Émeline, who were very kind and helpful. The menus are generous and very reasonably priced.

11/04/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, despite its reputation for fresh ingredients. From the start, there was a hygiene issue: a midge was floating in the water we were served… not very reassuring. Then, a major mistake with our order: we ordered toasted pitas with smoked turkey, apple, and melted cheddar, but one of the sandwiches wasn't even the right one. And the worst part was the quality of the ingredients: the apples in the pita were clearly rotten (see photo). For an establishment that bases its concept on fruit, this is truly unacceptable. We did receive a 10% discount, but it's far from enough considering the overall experience. I do not recommend it!

08/04/2026: The staff is very welcoming and takes care of their customers quickly, but there's a major problem: the fruit flies! There are always loads of fruit flies that prevent you from eating in peace. Another negative point: the food's flavor varies from day to day. I always order the same dish, but sometimes it's hearty, sometimes bland, sometimes delicious... Plus: the staff 🤗

03/05/2026: We dined at your establishment for the first time this Wednesday evening, and we loved it. Everything was perfect: the owner's welcome, the restaurant's ambiance, the waiter, and what can I say about the dishes, which exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back; I highly recommend it. (Updated May 2026) We are regular customers of this establishment and are never disappointed. 26/04/2026: Delicious ice creams with original and super fresh flavors: ginger vanilla or rhubarb sorbet. You can tell the quality of the ingredients is important, just look at the taste and the generous amount of vanilla!

19/04/2026: Take your time for a break by the sea. Pleasant setting! Lovely terrace! The owner is friendly and accommodating, but the service staff are inexperienced and disorganized... the food is minimal. Ideal for a light snack. Enjoy the view, it's vacation time!

02/12/2025: A magnificent experience! The cuisine showcases high-quality ingredients beautifully. I highly recommend the seared tuna and the perfectly cooked pollock. The desserts are also divine. The service was friendly and very professional. My only complaint: the interior dining room in winter. It contrasts sharply with the overall quality of the restaurant. Renovations to make it more refined would certainly enhance this delightful experience.

01/11/2025: What a wonderful discovery this restaurant was for lunch! A very warm and attentive welcome, delicious and expertly prepared cuisine using seasonal ingredients! Plus, a beautiful view of Villerouge Castle. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment! We will be back.
