10/07/2026: 5-course menu had it's highs and also lows. cook was experimental and two times just missed the mark (amuse bouche and dessert). Service was partly cocky. wines were a little too expensive, sommelier was drunk at the end of the menu.

08/07/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed dining at Le Christine. It was our last night in Paris and we wanted to have one last special meal so we got the set menu with wine pairing. Le Christine did not disappoint!! The presentation of each dish was absolute perfection and the flavours were just amazing. The service was top class - very attentive without being overbearing. If you are looking for an unpretentious culinary experience, this is it. Added bonus for being dog friendly

26/06/2026: Exactly what you'd expect from a top-notch Parisian brasserie. The dishes are high-quality; the ceviche was excellent and nothing like the generic, mass-produced ceviche you find in every trendy bar. The sole was also a success. You immediately understand the chef's talent and experience. The service is professional, attentive, and warm. Paired with a very fine Sancerre, the wine list, which seems particularly well-curated, deserves special mention. I had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Thank you!

The foie gras escalope as a starter, the half pigeon as a main course, and the chocolate tartlet for dessert, not to mention the amuse-bouche, the petits fours, and the wine (an irresistible Maranges), everything was delicious. By far the best restaurant in Périgueux.

31/03/2026: I've been to Wadja several times now and the food is always amazing, the service on point and the owner knows exactly what he's doing. So, if you have someone you want to impress and show proper Parisian quality food, service and atmosphere, this is the perfect spot for you.

27/03/2026: Creative cuisine of a very high standard. It's fresh, sophisticated without being complicated, and perfectly prepared. The service is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The place is very pleasant, the decor simple, soft, and soothing to the eye. Two (minor) drawbacks: 1. The soundproofing could be improved: the noise level rises quickly as soon as some tables start playing loudly. The place seems popular with foreigners, and some nationalities don't necessarily share our customs. 2. The wines by the glass: the selection is excellent, but we would have liked a bit more in the glass... But in summary: an EXCELLENT place that is well worth the detour. We will most certainly return.

30/06/2026: We had lunch on a shaded wisteria clad terrace in a magical village setting, and enjoyed absolutely stunning food, and lovely wine. The woman who runs the restaurant was incredibly warm and helpful. She and the team are clearly passionate about what they do, and it makes for a wonderful experience.

A menu that changes monthly, with three choices of dishes. Excellent value for money. We never tire of these delicious meals. Don't hesitate to go and try it for yourself!

29/06/2026: A first in this small, rustic, cute restaurant, surrounded by greenery. The welcome is perfect, without fuss, the dishes are delicious, and the value for money is unbeatable! I recommend it with pleasure, and afterward, a digestive stroll through the village with the breathtaking view will be the icing on the cake.

03/08/2026: A superb family experience at La Côte Braisée! We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The children loved their meal: the meat was delicious, perfectly cooked, the side dishes were excellent, and the portions were particularly generous. It's lovely to find a dedicated children's menu prepared with the same care as the adult dishes. For our part, we thoroughly enjoyed the foie gras, the Périgord salad, the ribeye steak, and the duck breast skewer. The ingredients were flavorful, the cooking was expertly executed, and the portions were generous. The service was also impeccable: professional, attentive, and very pleasant with the children. The warm atmosphere contributed to making this lunch a truly wonderful family experience. A flawless experience and an address we highly recommend when visiting Saint-Émilion!

05/07/2026: Just steps from the hustle and bustle of Place Clichy and the Moulin Rouge, a small restaurant tucked away on a quiet, pleasant avenue. That alone is a big plus. A small, shaded terrace awaits, and the menu is ready to be perused: €25 for a set menu of starter, main course, and dessert... and it changes daily. A promising sign of freshness. There's something for everyone, meat lovers and vegetarians alike—another good point. The result on the plate: a real treat! You can tell everything is homemade. And the service is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

20/07/2026: Excellent service, terrible location and ambiance. The wine was delicious, with a small welcome. As pictured, the oysters and plates were already open and ready before service; some lacked water or had been washed. The main courses arrived promptly; mine was ALL reheated. The fish was good, but the side dishes were awful and didn't match. The dessert was good, the strawberries were very good, but the cake batter was very hard and the ice cream was industrial. It's a shame, we had high expectations.
