15/09/2026: We had booked a table for four people on a Saturday at lunchtime, and overall, everything went very well. The meal was delicious; we thoroughly enjoyed it and have absolutely no complaints! The same goes for the cleanliness of the restrooms. However, I did have one small comment regarding the menus: we were only given one paper menu for the four of us, with the others having to scan the QR code. I completely understand the environmental approach, but it's still less convenient at the table. And if you're with people who don't use their phones much or aren't necessarily comfortable with this type of system, it's really not very practical. We also noticed that some of the servers seemed to have recently joined the staff and were still learning the menu. This is perfectly understandable, and I wish them all the best in getting to grips with their roles! Perhaps a better understanding of the menu before service would simply make the experience even smoother. Despite these minor remarks, we had a very good time and will gladly return!

11/09/2026: Pleasant terrace at the back of the restaurant. A great find on our holiday road trip. The food was simple but very good, and the portions were generous—we didn't have room for dessert! 😅 The waitress was friendly and efficient.

17/04/2026: I have been here a couple times over the last 10 years and it's always wonderful... teeny place, superior service staff and the kitchen always puts out AMAZING food. WORTH THE PRICE! We ate the day before at Le Cinq and the Sea Bass and asparagus was better here (for our tastes)... amazing!

11/09/2026: The place is very pleasant, with tasteful decor. Impeccable service, a very friendly and smiling waiter, precise in describing his dishes. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious. Refined cuisine, fresh ingredients. No complaints whatsoever. I will gladly return if I am ever in the area again.

Watching the chef prepare the food at the bar is a great option. The bread is fresh, and the wine list is excellent, with both red and white wines worth trying. While we waited to be seated, the owner thoughtfully served us two glasses of white wine. The overall service is friendly and casual, with the female manager who seated us being particularly outstanding – a rare and appreciated gesture. Some reviews mention that the atmosphere in the back is less lively than in the front, while the bar area is more lively, cozy, and slightly stylish. If you're staying in Bordeaux, this is a place you'd want to frequent.
