20/04/2026: Can't recommend this restaurant enough, I visited here for celebrating my parents wedding anniversary and we had an amazing experience. We all tasted different main courses and desserts and all were sublime. Apart from the food, also an important note to share; Antonia is a great host, you can easily say that she enjoys a lot while working which also keeps the customers happy and I'm sure once you visit Fou de Fafa, you'll be back when you're in Avignon again. 19/04/2026: I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Fou de Fafa. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. My server was incredibly warm, kind, attentive, and carried such beautiful energy that it elevated the entire evening. She made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I enjoyed the three-course menu and every dish was outstanding. I began with the asparagus and fresh goat cheese starter, followed by the saddle of lamb, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. For dessert, I had the banoffee pie with an espresso - the perfect ending to a memorable meal. What I especially loved was the clear focus on fresh, local ingredients, which made everything feel authentic and thoughtfully prepared. Every course was beautifully executed, and the entire experience felt special from start to finish. If you are visiting Avignon and want incredible food paired with truly heartfelt hospitality, I highly recommend this restaurant. A highlight of my time here.

06/04/2026: A wonderful discovery!! A Michelin-starred restaurant, certainly, but full of surprises nonetheless... 2.5 hours of pure refinement... A warm and welcoming atmosphere. 10 excellent dishes to enjoy without restraint, and innovative alcohol-free food and wine pairings! We'll definitely be back!!

18/04/2026: Hello, we came two weeks ago for dinner. I have celiac disease and had let them know in advance; the gluten-free option was perfectly accommodated. The food was delicious; we had the duck with Époisses sauce, which was absolutely divine. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional. The chef took the time to chat with us after our meal, which was a lovely moment. It's a shame we don't live nearby so we could go back regularly! We will definitely return on our next trip to Beaune. This restaurant is a gem.

10/04/2026: Passing through Servoz on the valley train, we stopped for lunch at La Sauvageonne restaurant. Despite calling a bit late, we received a very warm welcome. The restaurant was full, which was a good sign. The waiter offered us the set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert for 26 euros. We opted for the latter, with two glasses of wine paired with the dish. The selection was spot-on, and the price was justified (15 euros for the two glasses). The dish was beautifully presented, with lovely colors and delicious flavors. You can tell you're dealing with a passionate chef. Impeccable service, a well-balanced wine list offering excellent bottles at reasonable prices. It was a bit noisy, but that's the price of success. We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. Note that the evening and weekend menus start at 40 euros for a tempting three-course meal. I highly recommend this restaurant and it's my top pick for 2026. Exceptional value for money. Thank you.

I had a lovely time with my family; everything was perfect. The cozy ambiance, decor, and atmosphere have all the hallmarks of a top-notch restaurant. I was surprised when the bill arrived; the prices are very reasonable (around €20 for the set menu). I highly recommend it if you're looking for an intimate setting and delicious food at a surprisingly affordable price! Thanks also to the team, who were friendly and very professional!

Although it is a small bistro, the quality felt comparable to a fine dining restaurant. We would definitely love to come back and try more dishes next time we visit Paris.
