12/02/2026: We came here for a family dinner while visiting Strasbourg. The hospitality here is top-notch; the team is attentive and friendly, and their effort to communicate with us in Spanish was a lovely touch that added to the experience. Regarding the meal, the flavors were excellent, although we found the main dish portions to be quite small. Additionally, while the atmosphere is nice, the room space was smaller than I am used to for a restaurant of this caliber. However, the quality of the cooking is undeniable. Thank you to the team for a memorable evening!

15/02/2026: From the service to the food, everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time in a warm and inviting setting. The dining room is tastefully decorated, and the two servers were smiling and very friendly. The dishes were delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. The three of us ordered the foie gras, accompanied by, among other things, its saffron brioche. A true delight. A blend of flavors that harmonized perfectly. For our main course, the duck breast was also expertly prepared; the cooking was perfect, and the whole dish was succulent. Finally, for dessert, the chocolate soufflé tart. It was very indulgent, so I advise you to leave enough room to finish it. It's also important to highlight the excellent wine list; we were able to enjoy a very good Saint-Aubin. In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are admittedly a bit high if you order an appetizer, main course, and dessert à la carte, but at least you're eating quality ingredients.

24/02/2026: A truly charming place, with attentive and delightful staff, and absolutely delicious, seasonal cuisine. Nieuil-l'Espoir is a real gem. Even the lunch menu is delicious and beautifully presented. Certainly one of the best restaurants in and around Poitiers.

27/02/2026: We opted for the four-course tasting menu: absolutely delicious! No complaints whatsoever. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, everything was fabulous, an explosion of flavors. Plenty of generous portions for our taste. The setting and service were perfect. Thank you to the chef and his team for this wonderful experience. And also to my sister (Kiki) who kindly treated us to this meal; without her, we might never have taken the plunge into fine dining. A truly delightful discovery.

02/03/2026: As on previous occasions, the service was impeccable: the welcome, the attentive service throughout the meal, the shared sense of humor... And as for the cuisine, the dishes were truly delicate and subtle. The pan-seared foie gras was sumptuous (the sauce was divine), and the sweetbreads were perfectly crispy and accompanied by a variety of delicious vegetables. The chocolate entremet for dessert was exquisite. All the presentations were superb. We had heard good things about this restaurant, but we were so charmed by it that we've now been back three times. The value for money is unbeatable.
