The restaurant is very good.
01/10/2024: The restaurant in the small hotel in Hourtin is often overlooked but has excellent cuisine! The predominantly traditional French dishes are very tasty and lovingly prepared. The selection of wines is decent for the Médoc. The service is very friendly! The rooms are simple but nicely furnished and clean. The prices in the hotel and restaurant are reasonable. You should definitely treat yourself to dinner here!

30/10/2024: A big thank you to all the Esquisse staff for this incredible moment. The welcome and service are impeccable. We took a 5 course menu. Everything was excellent, refined, delicious. We really enjoyed tasting the chef's surprise, it was amazing!
The sketch is a very nice address, you will not be disappointed.

Avec Mia, on se croirait en Amazonie !
Accueil sympathique ; cadre chaleureux ; la fondue savoyarde aux cèpes délicieuse. Le dessert du jour un cheesecake très bon ! Je vous le recommande.

29/12/2023: Nous avons choisi le Grand Cap comme lieu pour le repas de notre mariage 🥰 Chaque étape et chaque met ont contribué à faire de cette journée une journée d'exception et un voyage gustatif inoubliable 😊 Un grand merci à Erwan Houssin pour ce régal des Papilles et à Pamela Houssin pour cette pièce montée exceptionnelle.... Sans oublier "Florent" qui a mené cette symphonie avec discrétion et professionnalisme...Tous nos invités ont été conquis et nous avons passé un moment inoubliable 😊

03/09/2024: Excellent meal, copious and tasty dishes in a decor adapted to the environment. The authentic grocery store must absolutely be visited. We will return there especially as the welcome is warm. The long tables encourage discussion with other customers, it's very pleasant
29/08/2024: Passing by by chance after a hike, it was a very nice surprise for lunch. We had a blast! The meats were excellent and cooked perfectly. The quantities were more than generous, ideal after a big effort. And the service was perfect!

12/11/2024: The owner approaches us in the street to present his menu of the day, original, for a port restaurant, a Venezuelan dish, very well received, quality food and good value for money, I recommend the crepes for dessert, delicious, we We didn't taste the main ones, why not next time!

30/08/2024: Our dinner was fantastic from the hummus starter to the cafe for dessert.
The spicy sauce with the couscous, the tender vegetables and the generous amount of couscous were a delight. Our modification due to allergies was taken into account.
If we have the chance to come to Aix-les-Bains again, we will definitely come back to the Couscousserie.

18/10/2024: The hotel's decor is full of charm, like its delicate garden. We would like to thank the staff for their warm welcome and especially for the upgrade to a lovely room overlooking the garden. It was a nice surprise for this romantic weekend!

Hamburger with fries was tasty. Chocolate cake was very, very good. Cheesecake was fine.
Here you can have lunch or a drink.

17/12/2024: Nous sommes allés à ce restaurant suite à la diffusion d'une vidéo sur Facebook d'un chroniqueur culinaire ( Gauthier Pajona ) pour voir de près et nous n'avons pas été déçu super accueil du patron et de la patronne ,la déco du restaurant très bien fait avec gout que que dire du repas qui était excellent nous avons pris du vin au verre de l'apéro au dessert et leur petits pains fait maison extra le patron est venu nous voir à la fin du repas et nous a offert un café très sympa de sa part ce qui est sur nous reviendront car il y a pleins de bonnes choses à découvrir bonnes fêtes de fin d'année et à bientôt,Mr Alain et Christine Rapha
