07/02/2026: Having been a regular at this establishment under the previous manager, I wanted to try out the new one, and unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. They were stingy with the portions (for example, the fondue). Prices have gone up for lower quality products (especially the raclette cheese). They hadn't even bothered to remove the sprouts from our potatoes. They strongly urged us to leave the restaurant for the second seating, and when we were about to leave, we still had a quarter of the raclette cheese left, which we had already paid for. The waiter explained that they were keeping it to serve as appetizers to other customers—it's simply shameful (and not very hygienic)... So, of course, no doggy bag was offered. I do not recommend this restaurant and bitterly miss the previous manager.

30/01/2026: What can I say? Everything is perfect: the decor, the food (which is equally excellent), the very fast service, and the warm and welcoming staff. I highly recommend it.

26/02/2026: Why did the fishmongers refuse to serve me on Thursday, February 26th at 9pm? Completely unacceptable!

24/02/2026: Mussels marinière 1 ⭐️ not great at all. Empty, or perhaps already open (dead) before cooking, in a pan with a handful of raw celery and onion. We reported the problem to the waitress and the cashier too late, apparently, so no compensation was offered. Grilled gurnard dish of the day 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very good and well-cooked, generous portion. Desserts were decent. Mixed experience. A shame.

12/11/2025: Gargantuan doesn't even begin to describe the EXTREMELY generous portion of the meal. I arrived feeling nauseous (the bumpy road was hard on my Parisian stomach). I left feeling like I was going to throw up with happiness. Everything was excellent. Six or seven courses were offered, all centered around duck. Divine for a big bird like me. I've eaten well in my life, let's be clear. But this meal blew all my expectations out of the water. At the end of the meal, the owner looked concerned. "Are you alright, sir?" she asked, seeing my bewildered expression, overwhelmed by the sheer intensity of the experience. I was simply turning pale with happiness. Thank you for everything.

21/11/2025: Promise kept! The €18 lunch menu was absolutely delicious, homemade with local produce! The menu is different on weekends, especially on Sundays. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

16/10/2025: A wonderful discovery! This brasserie, located next to the Bayonne Courthouse, is an excellent place for lunch on weekdays. We ate inside, but there's also a pleasant outdoor terrace. The value for money is unbeatable: a delicious daily special for less than €10—it's hard to beat! The staff is truly attentive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. For families, there's a children's menu, and although high chairs aren't available, booster seats are available. A nice bonus: the option to order dishes and desserts to go is handy. However, I recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a table, as this place is very popular. In short, a simple, efficient, and friendly place that I highly recommend.

01/03/2026: We came for lunch as a group of four, arriving late for the midday service. We were received with exceptional care. And the meal was truly extraordinary from start to finish. Special mention for the children's menu, which was very well-prepared with beautiful dishes and desserts! We were absolutely delighted, thank you.

10/01/2026: Our taste buds were in heaven (thanks to the chef and his young team...) 😋👏 5 stars for this 3-star restaurant because here it's all about flavors, surprises, daring touches—in short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 🍾😃👍 A delightful journey through origins, colors, aromas, flavors, textures... A truly great restaurant! Alexandre Couillon takes us beyond the port... elsewhere... and sometimes quite far away. From here to elsewhere... like a voyage at sea.

31/12/2025: My starter and main course were delicious, however, I much less enjoyed the dessert which I found rather ordinary considering the price of €13, I paid €75 per person for a starter + a main course + a dessert and a glass of wine… I found that a bit expensive, otherwise the setting is very pleasant, but a small point to note, the restaurant is not at all dog friendly.

13/09/2025: We visited this lovely town on a Saturday and noticed this pretty restaurant on our way in towards the market. We were lucky to get a table even tho we walked in at 12noon, as obviously it’s a favourite with locals who had booked. We had the menu de midi @ €23 which was great value and beautifully presented, along with a 500cl carafe of house rose. The kirs aperitifs took the bill to €80 in total, which we felt was excellent value. The place was packed by 1pm, definitely book to secure a table. Madame hostess was charming

02/12/2025: A delightful discovery for our only evening in Bandol. A warm and welcoming reception that continued throughout the meal. Impeccable service. We opted for the 5-course Immersion menu. The chef's creative dishes were a delight. Some truly wonderful, surprising, and delicious combinations, such as the foie gras with sardines. Beautifully presented on the plate. All this was accompanied by a fine wine list and a sommelier who offered excellent advice. We came for dinner, so at this time of year, there was no sunset, but the view over the bay must be stunning. We will gladly return if the opportunity arises. Thank you for this wonderful experience. (Hotel valet parking available.)
