15/04/2026: So we shared the same feeling as many other reviews. The food is nice, quite good, but the portions are a bit small. Perhaps we came on an off day for our first visit, but the overall atmosphere and the staff were tense, and the service was incredibly slow, so I'm deducting a star.

08/04/2026: I spent one night at the hotel with my two children. The reception was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite small, but perfectly adequate for one night. Unfortunately, the shower drain wasn't working properly, which made it a bit difficult when three of us wanted to shower together. Perhaps that should be looked into. We had to book breakfast separately, but we knew that from the start. The buffet was ample and good. There was really nothing lacking. The service was also very good. Overall, we were satisfied.

07/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Hotel Les Alpgaes. The location is ideal, just steps from the slopes, with the option to walk there. The view is also beautiful. The room had everything you need for a good, quiet night's sleep. Finally, the welcome was excellent.

16/04/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Perraud's. The menu is limited, but that's a good sign. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The cooking, especially of the fish, was perfect. The service is discreet yet very efficient. I highly recommend it.

29/03/2026: We booked a table for two at Perraud's for 8 pm three days before our dinner. When we arrived, only one table for two was available, right by the restaurant's entrance, with the constant flow of people coming and going, letting in the cold air... and opposite, the restroom door was always open. I find it really disappointing that such a restaurant doesn't prioritize quality (especially when booking three days in advance) and focuses on maximizing the number of customers. Fortunately, we did have a very good meal; the food was excellent. We won't be giving a positive review for this particular evening.

23/03/2026: Yeah, it was OK. It had 3 weird mc Donald's style screens to order food which seemed ridiculous in such a small place, just want to order at the bar from a human. Burgers a bit too rare for me and hella expensive, but I guess you're in the mountains, music banging like a rave when there's only 3 people in there. So... yeah... alright, not great.

05/05/2026: Tiny but mighty. A wonderfully charming french bistro with excellent service, high quality food and a distinctly unique atmosphere. Wine list was on point and our whole experience was managed beautifully by every staff member we encountered. Definitely recommend pre-booking a table.

04/05/2026: Great find. Right in front of Notre Dame. Prices are way lower than the US prices for similar items. Very cozy atmosphere. Charcoal grill makes a huge difference.

10/03/2026: My wife and I had dinner at the Auberge de Monceaux on a Thursday evening. The atmosphere is very cozy, the service efficient and pleasant while remaining discreet. The cuisine is based on local produce (from the restaurant's own garden and regional producers), with superb creativity that elevates basic ingredients (cabbage, Jerusalem artichokes, beets). Unbeatable value for money and a sure bet for a family meal or a romantic dinner. The Auberge de Monceaux is a restaurant that leaves a lasting impression on anyone who dares to visit it.
