If you want a super warm welcome, refined and expertly prepared homemade cuisine, amazing sauces, and incredibly delicious desserts, especially homemade whipped cream—the best I've ever had! 13/09/2026: La Fraternité - Café Français is a restaurant that is very “raffiné” indeed, enhanced by the original recipes and an impeccable service done by a very up class waiter named Pierre. The four of us stopped there for a lunch and were delighted by the offers on the set menu, so most of us chose a fish theme menu, pushed down to oblivion by a fabulous local white wine. The cuisine is definitely on the sophisticated side as well as the presentation. The service is elegant and professional the bill is well proportioned to the moment shared. A place for self indulgence.

03/09/2026: A restaurant in the 15th arrondissement with a warm welcome. The staff is friendly, the dishes are simple but generous, and the service is quick and friendly. I've been six times and have never been disappointed. I don't understand the negative reviews; perhaps it was just an off day. It's not a three-star restaurant, but you'll have a good time, and the food is tasty and plentiful.

20/09/2026: You are traveling back from a region with all kinds of culinary delights, the Périgord. On your return journey from this extremely beautiful beating heart of France (where wealth and its preservation—as evidenced by the many castles and estates—can still be found in cultural-historical form in many ways), you plan a stopover north of Paris. That way, you will have already gotten that traffic misery out of the way. Then, via AI, you find a wonderful bed & breakfast called “l’Atelier des Magnolias” in Aumont-en-Halatte, run with complete dedication by Nathalie, who is kind enough to reserve a table upon request from a wide list of her culinary recommendations, chosen from those restaurant tips. Then you arrive in a neighboring town, Senlis, at a restaurant with about 20 seats in—as we understand it—a historic former crêperie called “Le Julianon.” Named after the children of the couple who run the restaurant with love and dedication. Love brought the Southern French chef to this area. Fortunately, he has brought his wealth of extensive experience with top chefs with him. And that combination of experience, love, creativity, craftsmanship, a feel for the freshest ingredients, and complete dedication is served to you in an unprecedented way through a daily changing menu. To the residents of Senlis, it seems completely normal by now, judging by the surrounding tables. But for a passerby returning from a culinary paradise, this convergence of the aforementioned qualities—presented on your plate in a more than tasteful manner through the various courses—is an extraordinary experience. In fact, it is in a league of its own, you will conclude after extensively tasting (and above all, enjoying!) it. Accompanied by very flavorful, carefully selected wines from a clear and concise wine list. It is highly recommended to visit this top artist and undergo the same culinary experience. Take your time, don't rush, and above all: enjoy! In complete peace. And be sure to combine it with an overnight stay at l’Atelier des Magnolias in Aumont-en-Halatte. You’ll feel like you’re in paradise.

11/09/2026: A very pleasant atmosphere. The food was superb, even if it was a bit more expensive than elsewhere. In return, you get very special food. Less traditionally Corsican, but still very good. I would describe the food as having a Corsican touch, presented in a modern way. It was also beautifully presented. The service was excellent. Highly recommended as a change from classic Corsican auberge food. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, and the food was absolutely delicious.
