29/07/2026: I highly recommend Chez Marcel! A loyal customer for over 10 years. Without a doubt, one of the best value-for-money restaurants in Toulouse! Refined cuisine and attentive service. Just 200 meters from the Capitole for tourists. A delicious 300g ribeye steak for €21 and more. Have a great day, Bob!

28/07/2026: I ordered cod, which was supposed to be served with vegetables. I got a few carrots and a ridiculously large amount of peas. It wasn't visually appealing. It's a shame to serve customers like that. The only good thing was the waiter's friendliness.

17/07/2026: From the outside, the restaurant might not look like much, but once you step inside, it's a very pleasant surprise! The welcome is truly warm, Charles is very friendly and attentive, and Virginie's cooking is simply excellent. We enjoyed delicious dishes and had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this place!

22/07/2026: Last year, I discovered this restaurant and had wonderful memories of it: a very pleasant setting, truly excellent cuisine, so much so that I returned several times and recommended it to everyone I knew. Last night, I went back to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The setting is still just as charming and the food very good—the ribeye steak was perfect, the ice cream delicious. However, the service has clearly changed. From the moment we ordered, the waiter insisted heavily on selling us a bottle of wine when I simply asked for a carafe. Then, at the end of the meal, while we were enjoying our ice cream, he offered us a digestif without a menu, without any explanation, and most importantly, without mentioning that it was extra. In most restaurants, this kind of gesture is offered at the end of the evening, which naturally led us to assume that was the case here. When it came time to pay, we were told that "if the waiter doesn't say it's on the house, it's because it's not free." This approach leaves a bitter taste and spoils the end of what was otherwise a very pleasant experience. It's a shame: a place I really enjoyed, where I'd been several times and recommended to everyone I knew… but after this experience, I won't recommend it anymore and I won't be going back.

18/07/2026: We had a sensational meal. The owner conjured up a vegetarian dish that was both visually stunning and delicious. The food is grilled over an open fire, and the atmosphere was very personal and cozy. Reservations are probably recommended, but we were able to get a table without one.

20/07/2026: There were nine of us dining at this restaurant, and we had a truly wonderful meal! The service was impeccable and warm from beginning to end. A special mention goes to the Caesar salad, which was excellent. The rib-eye steak was also a hit! An excellent restaurant that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

20/05/2026: Noisy place (it must be said that there was a group of 20 retirees so it was somewhat normal), excellent starter foie gras and smoked salmon a delight, matured sirloin steak a first for us, certainly the meat is tastier but too grilled for our taste, classic but very good dessert.
