24/04/2026: A wonderful discovery with L’Auberge Fleurie! A restaurant with a truly unique setting, reminiscent of the classic village inns we all love: warm, authentic, and full of charm. As for the food, it's simply superb: the meat is absolutely excellent, cooked to perfection. A real gem for meat lovers. Special mention goes to the roast potatoes, which are absolutely magnificent! I didn't usually eat them, but I completely rediscovered this dish. And finally, a big thank you to the owners: lovely, welcoming, and very friendly, they clearly contribute to making the experience even better. A place I recommend without hesitation!

20/04/2026: We were just passing through Gourdon and received a very warm welcome despite having many reservations. The food was excellent, beautifully presented, and the service very pleasant. The atmosphere in the dining room was wonderfully lively, which meant the full restaurant was quite noisy.

11/04/2026: While vacationing for a few days in the charming village of Noyers-sur-Serein, we had dinner at the restaurant Les Millésimes. The welcome was warm and the food, some of which was prepared in front of the guests, was delicious (grilled meats cooked over a brazier). The owner, who works with his father, a butcher and delicatessen owner in Noyers, offers high-quality meat. We enjoyed it so much that we even returned for dinner the following day. Everything was perfect: the setting, the friendly service, and the quality of the homemade dishes. A special mention goes to the accompanying gratin—a true delight.

04/04/2026: Great little restaurant. The menu is intentionally limited to ensure the dishes are perfectly executed. The wine selection is really good. Some nice little wines aren't even on the list. For the neighborhood, it's inexpensive and high quality. That's what the owner promises. A good find.

31/03/2026: I found this restaurant because I was craving beef tartare. It costs €18. It's overwhelmingly more delicious than restaurants in a similar price range, and the atmosphere inside is calm and relaxing. It was a very nice dinner. Since I was alone, I could only order one dish, but I would definitely like to visit again and try other dishes.

08/04/2026: A very warm welcome and delicious, homemade cuisine. The salmon ravioli gratin and the beef and salmon tartare were excellent, as were the chocolate fondant and the crème brûlée. We had a wonderful time.
