05/12/2025: A beautifully renovated old castle, with a wonderful atmosphere, very friendly staff, and excellent food! The rooms are very well-maintained.

26/11/2025: We stayed there in November, so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel: a well-designed (prestige) and very clean room, excellent service with attentive and professional owners, competent staff, and superb food! We always find flaws or shortcomings in the hotels we stay in, but not here!

22/10/2025: We were here this Sunday and had a great time! The dishes are well-prepared and the service is attentive. It's a pleasure to eat in a beautiful house like this!

18/12/2024: I went to eat this lunchtime and I recommend starter and dessert at the very good buffet as well as the main course grilled ham with fries dessert chocolate mousse et 1gat with sugar on top and. Cream in the middle 1regal staff very welcoming and attentive the cockpit is open on Sunday.

21/10/2024: Dimanche, nous décidons d' aller visiter le fort. Après plusieurs recherches infructueuses, nous tombons sur ce restaurant. Nous n' avons pas regretté. Accueil souriant, chaleureux. Les flams sont délicieuses, faites avec des produits frais. On reviendra. Nous recommandons cet endroit. Ne pas hésiter.

25/09/2024: Serveuse hyper souriante et accueillante , les plats excellents , table sous une pergola végétal bien au frais , rien à dire de négatif .

12/09/2024: Situé un peu à l'écart de l'agitation du bord de mer, sans toutefois être trop éloigné, ce restaurant garde un côté balnéaire de bon aloi à quelque 10 mn à pied du centre de Moriani... Carte restreinte et néanmoins variée ce qui consttue un gage de qualité . Un plat de jour proposé hors de la carte pour un tarif abordable 19 € en moyenne. Que dire, sinon service agréable et efficace où le client est respecté. C'est le patron qui est en cuisine pour nous confectionner avec imagination des plats véritablement élaborés et très savoureux. Bref, à ne pas manquer, qualité au rendez-vous sans se ruiner.

01/07/2025: Atmosphere nothing special, an outdoor area like others, very slow service if you are at a side table on the sidewalk. Menu la scène 41 € dishes good in flavor and presentation. Draft beer 50cl at 9 € definitely too expensive.

29/06/2025: Cosy but not culinary. I had salmon with roasted cauliflower in a chilli sauce and my wife had a salad with goat cheese. But these were not so tasty unfortunately.
