Équipe bienveillante et souriante
Ce restaurant n'est pas pour toutes les bourses mais reste finalement abordable au vue de la qualité des plats et des produits locaux.
On s'est régalé...
25/11/2024: La structure traditionnelle de la symphonie, c'est 4 mouvements organisés en rapide ; lent ; menuet/scherzo ; rapide.
Mais toute règle a ses exceptions et la symphonie n’échappe pas à ces dernières.
Au garde champêtre, la symphonie des saveurs est toujours en mouvement, de temps en temps, c'est lent puis cela s'accélère mais la saveur est subtile et perpétuelle 😎
Vous êtes triste quand vous arrivez à la finale et vous espérez revenir déguster le plus vite possible

Théo excels at service, without notes he remembers everything and knows how to share and offer the menu of a great cook. Attentive to details, he won't keep you waiting
Anaïs the chef makes wonderful dishes (I tried the Comté hamburger, next time I will try the prawn ravioli)
The boss is very welcoming and doesn't hesitate to chat and likes people.

28/08/2024: Absolutely great atmosphere, professional and friendly service. Unfortunately our expectations for the food were too high.
The fries were ok, the confit duck was good, the grilled skewer was ok but unfortunately hardly seasoned.
The steaks were both almost raw and well done at the same time. Roasted aromas were missing. The meat is really stringy. Given the great display with the Weber outdoor grill kitchen, our expectation was that the steaks in Aux 2 terrasses would actually have to be very good.
26/08/2024: Restaurant très bien placé : presque en face du Château de Brissac. Cadre très agréable en terrasse (Terrasse très propre). Les brochettes de boeuf étaient délicieuses et cuites comme nous les souhaitions avec un accompagnement bien dosé. Très bon accueil et service parfait.
