We highly recommend the chicken and the melt-in-your-mouth beef cheek: divine! And what can we say about the frozen lemon soufflé! The smiling chef even provided impeccable service, explaining her fresh produce and carefully selected wines from independent winemakers. A restaurant well worth a visit; we will be back for a getaway soon, staying at your cozy hotel. Thank you for this wonderful experience and congratulations on your hard work!

26/02/2026: We celebrated my father's 60th birthday and my 30th by booking the entire establishment and rooms exclusively, and everything was perfect ✨ A peaceful setting, cozy rooms, and an excellent meal: Bresse chicken with morels, pluma sausage, and homemade dessert... a real treat 🤤 Kudos to Océane for the outstanding service 👏 An address we won't forget and where we'll gladly return!

The beers and wine are high-quality, and the owner provides friendly service. We'll be back (to the "chicken coop," a nod to the owner).

I wanted to book for lunch, but first I wanted to ask a question about the meal, and the nice lady treated me like I was some kind of salesperson, so she ended the conversation before I could explain (I'm not French, so maybe it was my accent...). Too bad. Next time I'll ask my French husband to make the reservation.

15/02/2026: A brasserie atmosphere at the price of a gourmet restaurant. It's incredibly noisy! The bar, an extension of the restaurant, should be closed off... it's a real barnyard. As for the meal, there was a set menu for Valentine's Day, which was to be expected at that price—a burst of flavors, you'd think... but it was just so-so! We'd heard about the famous Prieuré, and it was our first time there... but never again. When you realize afterward that it was the group's management that was causing the chaos: bravo!!! Thanks for the respect for your customers; you have to wonder if these people even know the meaning of customer service in the restaurant industry!
