24/03/2026: At Maurette's, you'll find traditional cuisine in a rustic setting that reminds me of my grandmother. The dishes are prepared with care and love, using ingredients Maurette sources herself from the market. The blanquette, in particular, brings back childhood memories. It's not the chic of fine dining establishments, but it's simple, honest food, full of memories, served in a warm and inviting atmosphere. For all these reasons, I give it four stars.

We couldn't resist the owner's famous hot box, which we shared. Being food lovers, we couldn't resist having seconds. We came for a fleeting craving, and we left with friends. 27/02/2026: We had a very pleasant time at this restaurant. The service was impeccable, and the starters and main courses were outstanding. We were full for dessert, but the plates we saw being served looked very promising.
We had a chance to chat with the waiter and the owner at the end of our meal; they are very friendly people who clearly care about making their customers happy with their cooking. A great place to remember and return to on our next trip to Beaune.

04/04/2026: Nice bar, friendly staff. Impressive menu. However, the smell of cigarettes comes from the "terrace" and wafts up to the upper floor, which isn't cool. The same thing happens when you need to use the restroom. Honestly, it's a real shame. If you're sensitive to the smell of cigarettes and cigars, go somewhere else.
