21/05/2026: A quick detour to Les Hayons on May 13th at lunchtime; we stopped by the restaurant as a family. It was our first visit since the change of ownership, and we received a very warm welcome. We had booked a table well in advance to avoid waiting with children. The welcome was friendly, and the selection and quality of the food were excellent. Good value for money. I highly recommend it! 👍

09/05/2026: We discovered this restaurant last night. The portions are generous, the servers are fantastic, and the wait times are managed perfectly. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is clean and elegant without being pretentious; you feel right at home. The icing on the cake is that the restaurant even welcomes dogs, who receive special attention from the server. Honestly, one of the best restaurants we've ever been to! Thanks again to the team for a wonderful experience; we'll be back!

08/05/2026: The first time my father and I ate there, we each ordered a flank steak, and the meat was tough! We pointed it out, the plate was sent back without any fuss, and we ordered the veal hanger steak instead, which was perfect! The second time we went, we ordered another flank steak and my father ordered an entrecôte. The entrecôte was very good, even if a little fatty, but the flank steak tasted spoiled. I pointed it out, the plate was sent back, they reordered my flank steak, and it still tasted spoiled. I didn't eat it. I told them, and they didn't offer any compensation! Furthermore, there's a sewer smell on the ground floor. I told them, they're aware of it, but according to them, there's nothing they can do! For a restaurant, that's unacceptable. I won't be going back there.

02/06/2026: Nice little brasserie. The service was friendly and went out of their way to explain everything to us (since we don't speak French). The food was really good. Good, traditional fare. 4 courses + drinks cost about €15. Lots of truckers stop there, so it can only be good.

24/04/2026: A wonderful discovery with L’Auberge Fleurie! A restaurant with a truly unique setting, reminiscent of the classic village inns we all love: warm, authentic, and full of charm. As for the food, it's simply superb: the meat is absolutely excellent, cooked to perfection. A real gem for meat lovers. Special mention goes to the roast potatoes, which are absolutely magnificent! I didn't usually eat them, but I completely rediscovered this dish. And finally, a big thank you to the owners: lovely, welcoming, and very friendly, they clearly contribute to making the experience even better. A place I recommend without hesitation!

15/05/2026: I'll start with my only disappointment: discovering this restaurant too late, just before closing time. The setting is beautiful, and the service is very pleasant and attentive. The tasting menu might seem a bit pricey, but everything is delicious and beautifully presented. No regrets about paying the price; the food is as good as in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team, and best of luck for the future!

07/05/2026: We specifically stopped in Dijon to return to this restaurant located next to the covered market, where we confirm the excellent food (the bourguignonne with mashed potatoes is delicious) as well as the unlimited “mousse au chocolat” – VERY VERY good!

It's a restaurant like they don't make anymore, with a more traditional style of cooking where taste takes precedence over decor. The ingredients are high quality, cooked with care, and the prices are more than reasonable. Thank you for this meal.
