07/04/2026: It was a really lovely evening. The owner is incredibly nice and friendly. Communication is a little tricky if you don't speak French, but it worked out great with just a few words. The food was absolutely delicious and quite affordable for France/Paris, especially the set menus. The restaurant was also really nicely decorated, and since most of the people there were French speakers, it was a very pleasant experience. All in all, a fantastic find off the beaten tourist track.

15/04/2026: Excellent welcome and service. We had a lovely time and a great meal. The sauerkraut platter was delicious and generous. The salmon was good, and its partially cold accompaniment (which is perfectly normal!) was a nice touch. The desserts were consistent with the rest of the meal: tasty and plentiful.

12/04/2026: Pleasantly surprised! The food is excellent, no set menu so the ingredients are always fresh. The service is top-notch; I even felt like I was in a Michelin-starred restaurant. The lamb stew with spring vegetables was a delight. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and delicious.

24/04/2026: A wonderful discovery at Faubourg 34! I had the pleasure of enjoying an absolutely delicious, flavorful, and perfectly prepared veal stew. The other dishes I saw around me also looked very tempting, which definitely makes me want to return to explore more of the menu. The decor is elegant, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Special mention goes to the impeccable service from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant!

21/04/2026: Cheers to excellent service, food and ambiance. Just got done with dinner this evening. Bread roll was the best I’ve had this trip, the most soft and tasty olive bread and hearty olive oil with robust flavor. The service was fantastic - waiters were kind enough to explain each dish and presentation was exceptional. I loved their beetroot presented in the shape of a lotus and their onion pie (a local dish). Risotto was delicious and the fish was the absolute best!! Dessert was also artfully constructed and very balanced in flavor. A wonderful evening.

27/03/2026: We had lunch there as a group of three one day, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

18/04/2026: The room and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and we met nice people. The rooftop is really beautiful and gives you a nice view of Montmartre. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the mattress protectors sometimes slid off during the night.

14/04/2026: They charge an extra €16 on top of your reservation upon arrival, and it's non-refundable; that's equivalent to 350 MXN. The railings to get to your top bunk are extremely uncomfortable. The view is nothing special, but keep an eye on your belongings because guests stole my makeup from the bathroom.
