07/12/2025: A wonderful discovery by chance in the streets of Béziers, an excellent welcome from the young waitresses to the chef, who is also the owner, a delicious experience, a very pleasant time accompanied by beautiful music. I highly recommend it.

It's clear this is a restaurant run with love and tradition. The food was spectacular, very French and homemade, with top-quality ingredients and authentic flavors. Everything we ordered was delicious, especially the traditional dishes and desserts. The recommendations were spot on. One of those places that makes a dinner in Paris truly special. 18/05/2026: A fantastic weekend spent in a super spacious and very comfortable apartment, a wonderfully warm welcome, and superb cuisine just the way we like it: hearty and delicious. Whether it was the northern specialties like the Flemish carbonnade (which was amazing) or the Welsh rarebit, or the excellent pizzas, this is definitely an address to keep in your notebook. 31/05/2026: A wonderful dinner, authentic crepes made with carefully selected, quality ingredients! Excellent value for money. Even the sweet crepes were delicious. The host was kind and helpful. We stopped by on the night of the PSG final, and despite the turmoil, we felt confident in the excellent service.

From the charcuterie board to the meats cooked over a wood fire (beef, chicken, or duck breast skewers), everything was excellent. The service was also very pleasant. We will definitely return on our next visit to La Tranche.
