04/12/2025: Passing through Limoges, I wanted to eat a Limousin ribeye steak, but unfortunately, it was undercooked. Not enough fat, and the pan or griddle wasn't hot enough.
The result: a pale, crustless ribeye steak, which is a shame because the quality of the meat wasn't the issue. In short, a cooking problem. And all that was a bit pricey!

There weren't enough scallops, and the tiramisu was too runny. The drinks were okay; the white wine was good, but the aperitif selection was disappointing.
