03/09/2024: So I don't often leave reviews but this time I had to! Impeccable service, we were 6 adults, 1 child and 1 baby. The food was excellent between the ravioli gratin and the pancakes…. The children had fun with games that were lent to them during the meal. The server was very kind! We had a great time and we will come back if we are in the area again. In short, you can go there with your eyes closed.

27/08/2024: We were passing through Aubenas and we were lucky enough to come across the Gecko open on a Sunday 😊 a great time, in particular thanks to the service: very kind and available. On the plate it was really good too! THANKS !

17/09/2024: Excellent table, all that's missing is the beach 50 meters away. Remarkable mastery of service. The only problem is the subwoofer behind the counter, too bad. Restaurant added to my favorites.

29/08/2024: Enfin un restaurant où on ne propose pas un steak frites et des nuggets aux enfants ! Le menu est le même que pour les adultes et franchement toute la famille se régale, c’est fin et généreux. A l’image du propriétaire qui est d’une grande convivialité, on adore !!

26/09/2024: One of the best experiences of my life! I went there with my partner for her birthday and it was our first Michelin-starred restaurant. Verdict: an extraordinary moment! Each dish had a sublime presentation and each bite was a subtle and refined explosion of flavors! Appetizers, starters, main course, and desserts, all magnificently accompanied by wine pairings perfectly suited to each moment... in short, a treat! A big thank you to chef Matthieu Girardon for this incredible meal and also thanks to Bérengère and Axelle for this magnificent service which made the moment even more magical! Looking forward to returning there for great occasions!!!

12/09/2024: Nice restaurant. Staff very friendly. Menu, 9 courses, was good, just a bit too fast. It would also include cheese, but we didn't see it. Friendly atmosphere.

05/09/2024: Yesterday we booked a night in Beaune as a stopover on our trip to Italy. We reserved a table here to celebrate our last evening and wedding anniversary. Very stylish restaurant with beautiful soft colors. Very tasty dishes, a feast for the eyes and taste buds. The only downside, everything came way too quickly. I still had my last appetizer in my mouth when the plate disappeared under me. I was careful not to eat too quickly and we also asked to wait with the main course, but without much success. Perhaps something typically French, but we are used to taking the time to enjoy the menu in such a gastronomic restaurant. It was also noticeable that the other tables, who had chosen a bottle of wine, still drank it after dessert. Not because they drank so slowly, but just because everything was like that passed quickly. Too bad, because the kitchen is highly recommended.

23/09/2024: Among the best mussels and fries in Saint-Malo at a reasonable price, with the possibility of taking away to eat on the Sablons sea wall when the weather permits. And when it’s no longer mussel season, fish & chips take over 😋 a sure bet

27/08/2024: Superbe accueil, avec le sourire et une envie de bien faire et de mettre à l'aise tout le monde. Nous étions 15 et cela a été parfait. Les plats (surtout la fameuse matouille) sont très bons et copieux. La crème brulée au chocolat avait vraiment un bon gout de chocolat. Les vins étaient agréables. Vraiment une très bonne expérience qui est venue clôturer une semaine de vacances réussies. On reviendra !

Excellent service, excellent appetizers, as well as the cuisine, very varied and rather sophisticated, based on simple, seasonal products. Wines perfectly matched with the dishes, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very soothing. We will return.

19/09/2024: An address to discover if you don’t know it! Gourmet cuisine, based on local and seasonal products. Homemade preparations rarely seen elsewhere (charcuterie, terrines, condiments, etc.) I enjoyed it on each of my visits.

The service was kind and professional from waiters, one lady was a bit rude, but I guess anyone can have a bad day. Overall great experience and a must visit. The restaurant is easy to get to by Uber
