The staff's suggestions were excellent, and the prices are entirely justified by the quality of the experience. A big thank you to the waiter who kindly brought us a fan. A very appreciated gesture, full of thoughtfulness and courtesy. The only slight drawback was the heat. As the restaurant is quite small with an open kitchen, the temperature inside was really high, which made the meal a little uncomfortable at times. Despite this minor issue, we had a wonderful evening and will gladly return. I highly recommend this restaurant!

02/07/2026: At night it seems to be a student hangout, by day a charming bistro somewhat removed from the more touristy terraces of central Toulouse. A very pleasant atmosphere, with friendly and relaxed service. Our half-hearted attempts at speaking broken French were graciously met with Spanish. I recommend their signature dish of Toulouse sausage and their country pâté, washed down with a good beer blanche. Likewise, their innovative QR code payment system is highly commendable.

The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, and the service very professional. No children's menu? No problem! The chef whipped up an excellent dish for us on the spot, completely free of charge. The food was excellent. The lunch menu is beautifully presented, and the value for money is unbeatable at €18 😳. Plus, I wasn't hungry after the meal. That's a definite plus! We'll definitely be back.
