22/02/2026: The Bresse bladder chicken isn't what it used to be. The bladder chicken we were looking forward to turned out to be just a regular hand-pulled chicken. If I had known, I definitely wouldn't have ordered it; the taste was just average. Besides that, the Truffe Melanosporum, Homard bleu de la côte d'Opale, and Noix de coquilles Saint-Jacques de Normandie were above average 👍👍 Especially the truffle risotto; the truffles were generously piled all over the risotto, a truffle lover's dream ❤️ Overall, it was delicious, but nothing particularly surprising. The bill plus service charge came to €1100. 🤫 But next time I'll go back for the Divine Delicacies.

26/02/2026: Everything is perfect. Absolutely everything is homemade, with quality ingredients, flavor, and care. The service is always exceptional. I come regularly and I'm never disappointed. For people with intolerances or allergies, everything is clearly written on the chalkboards, so there's no need to stress about searching (or rather, no need to search for it). My favorite restaurant in Pézenas!

06/07/2025: You can go there with your eyes closed. We've eaten there a few times now, and every time we're amazed by the dishes, each one better than the last. A special mention to the waitress this Sunday lunchtime for her unfailing patience, her smile, and her invaluable advice. We'll be back with pleasure because we haven't tried the entire menu yet 😂

03/02/2026: The place resembles a loft decorated with pop-art paintings and vintage finds. The welcome and service are what you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber. And most importantly, on the plate, the chef takes great care in selecting excellent quality ingredients, which he then assembles with passion and creativity! The recipes change very regularly; the menu is constantly evolving. I love this place; it's always a pleasure to return.

We found good, traditional cuisine with a nice side of fries...everything was good (a minor point about the sauces being too thick and not homemade). But the service was attentive, pleasant, helpful, and cheerful. A very nice experience. Well done!
