08/07/2025: We are never disappointed by Le jardin d été. The service is great, the good succulent and their specials are always very different with flavour. This time we opted for the beef filet a classic with just the right amount of homemade French fries, a bit of veggies and sauce aux poivres! Excellent all around

05/07/2025: A huge thank you to the entire team for this exceptional experience! We were welcomed very late in the evening when most restaurants had already finished their service—a rare and much-appreciated gesture. For the starter, the parsley razor clam was simply divine, a lovely surprise full of freshness and flavor. The steak tartare was by far the best I've ever tasted: perfectly seasoned, tender, and a real treat. And to finish on a high note, the salted caramel profiteroles... to die for! A special mention for the service: impeccable from start to finish, warm, attentive, and with a smile despite the late hour. A big thank you to the waiters for their welcome and professionalism. 08/07/2025: Unfortunately, the service was overwhelmed with three large tables. Very friendly, but unable to cope with the number of people. The food took two hours to arrive, was only lukewarm, and still quite raw. I'm particularly annoyed, as the ingredients themselves were of very high quality. Overall, it's a shame, because I'm sure they could do better.

25/11/2025: Absolutely delicious. The tuna steak was flavorful, and the cod fritters were divine. Their profiteroles are excellent for dessert. It's beautiful, it's delicious, and the service is elegant. I love it!

27/05/2025: The rooms are lovely especially the apartments although the toilet is I bit too small and had no sink. The kitchen and living room were great as well. The view is amazing looking out to the mountains.

09/07/2025: Reservation made for dinner on a Friday evening as a couple. Upon our arrival, a warm welcome was received and we had the choice of our outdoor table. A beautiful menu was offered to us with daily specials (three daily specials available with different flavors). Once the order was taken (octopus and a goat cheese salad with real bacon), the service was fast and discreet. The dishes are of good quality and in more than sufficient quantity. For dessert, two French toasts with caramel were a real treat for the eyes and the taste buds. A great discovery for this restaurant that takes care of its customers. Don't hesitate to come and relax with friends or as a couple around a good meal.

05/07/2025: A great time at Les Nymphéas tonight! The service was fast and pleasant, with a very friendly young server. The dishes are well-prepared, with a special mention for the meat: tasty and very good quality, all for a reasonable price 👌 Small complaint shared by our table: a little light on the sauce. Desserts were probably industrial, but they were still tasty and well-presented. A complimentary digestif was a small but appreciated gesture, even though we declined. Overall, it's a very good place, and we'll be happy to come back!

23/01/2025: Traveling for work. I had the opportunity to enjoy a very pleasant warm lunch on a rainy day. Excellent cuisine (dressing, seasoning, controlled cooking) In short, comfort on the plate, or rather the pleasure of pleasing is there.... And the brioche was a treat!!! The welcome is not left out 😊 I will come back if passing through the area. THANKS

08/11/2025: We were greeted at 1:30 pm with a smile. We ordered andouillette sausage served with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were cold and the sauce was poorly emulsified, resulting in bland dishes in some areas and an overpowering mustard flavor in others! The waitress was pleasant and efficient! If you ignore the fact that she repeatedly petted a customer's dog and continued serving without washing her hands! We will not be repeating this experience.
