28/04/2026: This dinner was a gift from my students as a thank you. We had a wonderful time. An exceptional culinary experience that I wanted to share. The tasting menu consisted of six courses, including an aperitif, and each course was paired with a glass of wine, all organic and perfectly complementing the dishes. The menu began with a consommé made with mascarpone and sherry vinegar, served with pickled mushrooms. This was followed by homemade foie gras with a tuile and flavorful condiments. Next came a perfectly cooked sea bass, leading to a dish of pink duck breast. These were accompanied by green asparagus and a carrot cooked with honey and vanilla. The taste of that carrot will remain etched in my memory. Fingers of Reblochon cheese wrapped in filo pastry with a Reblochon emulsion preceded the meal, before finishing with a delicate chocolate dessert accompanied by a quenelle of tarragon, parsley, and wild garlic ice cream. The welcome was warm and unpretentious. We simply loved it. The food and all the staff. Perfect

11/06/2026: We came one evening in May, arriving late with our three children, and received a particularly warm welcome! There are games available for children, and the atmosphere was truly welcoming. We had a very good meal and highly recommend this place!

26/05/2026: I made an impromptu stop in Dijon this evening, on my way elsewhere. I'm glad I did because I ended up having a truly lovely meal at Spica. All 3 courses of the fixed menu were delicious; especially the 'strawberry soup' which was a perfect, flavourful & fresh way to end a meal during a heatwave. The service, setting and wine was also perfect. No notes!

26/05/2026: Excellent, creative, and flavorful cuisine. Efficient service. You can make something delicious with simple ingredients. Lunch at 27 euros for a bistro-style meal that I highly recommend.

15/05/2026: We chose this restaurant because it was close to our hotel. Highly recommended! The French and Italian food is very good and plentiful, the service is fast, and the owner is incredibly friendly. We ordered a calzone, pasta, and entrecote with gorgonzola sauce (steak with cheese sauce), which comes with a side (either fries, pasta, or salad). I ordered green beans, which took longer, but we didn't mind. We also ordered a 50ml pichot (house wine in a pitcher to share). We would have loved to speak French to chat with the owner—the best French speaker in France! But we communicated with gestures and goodwill. It's a typical neighborhood bistro, warm and unpretentious, very popular with locals (which says a lot, considering they were ordering pizza), and everyone was friendly. We would definitely return!

10/05/2026: A delightful discovery, this gourmet restaurant where everything comes together perfectly. A warm, friendly, and relaxed welcome from the owner, who has run the place with her husband for 20 years. Refined and original cuisine made with local produce, served in a charming, inn-like atmosphere. The only slight drawback: the extensive wine list is quite pricey. A very enjoyable birthday lunch.

22/04/2026: Shocking experience. The owner completely lost his temper because of the music. He violently threw a corkscrew against the wall, breaking his own glasses, and then launched into a very aggressive verbal attack on children who were simply having fun. Shouting, uncontrolled anger, a totally disproportionate reaction. Unacceptable and very disturbing behavior. I absolutely do not recommend it. In response to your reply: I would like to clarify my position: my opinion is neither fabricated nor exaggerated. It simply reflects my feelings and experience at this birthday party. I see no point in fabricating facts or distorting reality. Everyone is free to share their experience, and mine is sincere, based on what I actually experienced. My intention is not to cause harm, but simply to offer honest feedback.
