21/04/2026: What a wonderful discovery! It's so cozy in this little hideaway 😀 I tasted a deliciously fragrant...and warm shepherd's pie. The strawberry dessert was equally delicious. Thank you both for your hospitality. I don't come to Nantes often, but know that on my next visit I will be sure to stop by and say hello. Don't change a thing.

01/03/2026: I'll start my review with a minor drawback: a clear lack of staff. The owner, who is a good sommelier, had to serve the dishes while leaving the bottles on the table, without having time to pour the wines for us. It's a shame there wasn't a Bordeaux on the wine list. On the other hand, the meal was exquisite; the dishes were beautifully presented with exceptional flavors and excellent service. Despite these small details, we will return to this establishment where we had a wonderful evening.

28/02/2026: A mixed experience for this meal, on my birthday. A family meal with our 8-year-old son. I'll try to be as objective as possible; let's talk about the food: Top-notch. Dishes crafted with extreme precision, perfectly cooked, and incredibly fresh… I can say we ate very, very well. The tableware: incredibly inventive and absolutely beautiful! A taste of the ocean in Brittany. Now let's talk about the hiccups, which, for me, are almost unacceptable in a Michelin-starred establishment and for a bill of several hundred euros for four people. The atmosphere: COLD. Like the Breton wind from Finistère 😂 That's the word. There was absolutely no warmth. The service was rather rushed, and the response to my son's question about a dish was mediocre/barely adequate. My birthday? Not a single little gesture. (This isn't the first time I've gone to a restaurant like this for this occasion.) I had, however, mentioned this little event when making the reservation. I wasn't expecting a big party, but a small gesture would have been very appreciated. We asked for more bread… “We're out of bread, I didn't expect people to eat so much.” Okay. 😅 One last little point, which I'm sure will be “discussed” by other guests: Cheese, for goodness' sake!!! There are so many wonderful varieties of cheese in Brittany! It's a shame to forget them!

10/04/2026: I often eat here with colleagues, I highly recommend it! Try, among other things, the chicken korma with basmati rice, bell peppers, red onions, and cilantro. Update 10/4/2026: Feel free to come as a group for lunch. The welcome and service are very professional. Thank you to the entire team at Maison de Perle!

20/11/2025: I'm giving it four stars because it's a good restaurant, but the manager isn't very friendly. You go in for a coffee, and the guy doesn't even crack a smile. I came with someone who wasn't feeling well, and I can understand the manager, but what happened wasn't my fault or my friend's. The guy just wanted to act all high and mighty, but he ran away from us, so that's no excuse for avoiding my gaze.

25/04/2026: We came to Boem as a family during our holiday in the Camargue, on the recommendation of several friends. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the staff are lovely, attentive, and very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the cocktails to the dessert. Everything was beautiful and delicious. Even the children's menu is truly exceptional. And since I have gluten and dairy intolerances, they were able to adapt the main course and dessert. I highly recommend it!

12/04/2026: An excellent gastronomic experience! A wonderful discovery of Ardèche products, prepared with simplicity and finesse – a true delight for the taste buds. This meal will remain a very fond memory, one to be repeated as soon as possible. It richly deserves a Michelin star! Bravo to the entire team!

15/04/2026: We were a group of 20 high school students and everyone was very happy! The food was excellent and the restaurant owner and his family were very friendly!

22/03/2026: A lovely dinner on March 20th; we opted for the €52 set menu and it was excellent. The extra petit fours at various points during the meal were a very welcome surprise. We also ordered a glass of wine to accompany our main course, as well as aperitifs. The dishes were original and of high quality. The service was good. The atmosphere was quite intimate and airy.

11/03/2026: Average for a "gastronomic" restaurant. We didn't find it exceptional... Beef fillet and sea bass fillet (the fish wasn't cooked through). Nothing extraordinary, it's what you find in many restaurants. Only the appetizers, petit fours, and dessert were more elaborate. Otherwise, impeccable service and a very warm welcome.

22/04/2026: The food is delicious. We tried the escargots and the entrecôte; the latter was cooked to perfection, the wood-fired touch giving it an exquisite flavor. They don't take reservations, so the line is usually long, but it's worth the wait. The prices are reasonable—not cheap, but not too expensive either.

22/04/2026: The restaurant is full by 7 pm. Don't bother looking for it, the customers know better.

27/02/2026: Fantastic experience, excellent service, and delicious local cuisine. The portions were generous, and the quality/price/atmosphere ratio was excellent. As requested by the server, I ordered the pineapple-Tabasco juice.

We appreciated that everything was homemade. A big thank you to the waiter for his warm welcome: he was very pleasant, smiling, and his presentation of the dishes was meticulous. He also took the time to explain the origin of the ingredients, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return!
