The ingredients were high quality, the dishes delicious, and the organization perfectly managed despite the size of the group. A truly wonderful experience that we highly recommend! 04/10/2026: Positive points: Good quality food, the chicken was very good (once we had more sauce), and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Points for improvement: The dishes were barely hot, we were seated 30 minutes after our reservation, the recommended wine didn't match the wines we had requested, and the beef bourguignon was dry.

From the appetizer to the dessert, a real treat, not forgetting the complimentary after-dinner drink with three choices. A beautiful, flower-filled chalet in the middle of a splendid valley. 16/09/2026: The entire structure has been renovated, making it very cozy and more spacious. The decor is beautifully coordinated and a real success, and the food is as delicious as ever! The menu update is well thought out.

15/09/2026: The restaurant wanted to move upmarket, with a new menu, a new atmosphere, and also new prices. Fortunately, the dishes and pizzas are still good, but a bit pricey, in my opinion. I wasn't thrilled with the new approach. What a shame…

26/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant completely by chance while driving around Collobrières, and what a pleasant surprise! The welcome was particularly warm and friendly. We even had the pleasure of chatting with a local, which made the experience even more authentic and enjoyable. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I'm often cautious when eating out, but the staff were attentive and very accommodating. I was able to fully enjoy my meal without any worries. The pizzas were absolutely delicious: a flavorful crust, quality ingredients, and amazing taste. A real treat! A great place where you feel right at home, which we wholeheartedly recommend to anyone passing through Collobrières. Warm regards from Savoy.

05/10/2026: From the moment we walked in, the welcome was the most unpleasant we've ever experienced. We decided to eat there based on the reviews. We were turned away as if we were rotten fish, practically yelled at for "daring" to ask for a table for two. (Several empty tables) This kind of restaurant shouldn't be so enthusiastic about its customers.

28/09/2026: Absolutely delicious food and a restaurant that is definitely worth booking in advance. Be sure to make a reservation, as it is always difficult to get a table. Every dish prepared by the chef was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. I especially loved the seafood dishes. The fish was cooked to perfection—tender and moist, with just the right texture—allowing you to really appreciate the delicate, naturally sweet flavor of the sea. And one more thing: their red wine is excellent! Definitely give it a try when you visit. A wonderful dining experience with beautifully prepared food, great value, and genuinely delicious flavors. Highly recommended!
