22/04/2026: Le Grand Colbert is still my favorite place to eat! I often go there on Saturday afternoons with my friends. The waiter, Paul, is truly fantastic; he always knows what I want. The escargots are a real treat—you're never disappointed. The atmosphere is great, even during the week it's nice. Well done to the whole team for their work, keep up the good work!

01/02/2026: Excellent restaurant! We had the three-course menu this Sunday, a real treat. Attentive service, a wonderful array of flavors, amuse-bouches at every stage, refined and elaborate cuisine. There was a bit of a wait at the beginning, but it was incredibly comprehensive, which lives up to its reputation. We'll be back!

09/04/2026: Fantastic. Not exactly cheap, but since you get chilled water included, it's not too expensive. But most importantly: the delicious lunch menu. Simply wow. Special recipes, select ingredients – you don't just make that at home, certainly not on a whim. And the best part: it was vegetarian! Unfortunately, there aren't always good options. This place nailed it. I'll definitely be back.

17/04/2026: The Angus beef brisket is a delight, three pieces of tender, confit-cooked meat.
We hadn't tried it before, but we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The shaded terrace gives it a holiday feel.
I highly recommend it.
Second meal:
Chicken liver salad with poached egg
Mussels and parsley casserole
Egg mayonnaise
Confit chuck roast and fries
Grenadier steak and gnocchi
Baked apples with salted caramel
Rice pudding and chocolate mousse
A very good meal; the chuck roast was so tender it fell apart with a fork.
The vegetables accompanying the grenadier steak were seasoned with olive oil and herbs, like a summer salad.
The chocolate mousse was homemade and perfectly chocolatey.
I had a very good meal in a lovely, pleasant setting on a shaded terrace.
The staff was very welcoming, and the descriptions of the dishes made me want to eat them.
Don't hesitate to book. there are a lot of people

We received a very warm welcome from all the staff, and the atmosphere was friendly.
The food was excellent!
We now recommend it ourselves!

17/04/2026: These products are good; I tried them once on my way there and went back on my return because I liked them so much, but this time I bought more. The cider, apple juice, and terrine were really appreciated by my family and friends.

The daily special was excellent.
We'll be back this summer for galettes and crêpes.
The cider was very, very good, but we were already familiar with it.
We left with a case for our own consumption.
