14/04/2026: A magical moment for my 60th birthday. The welcome, the service, the cuisine of Chef William. And always a kind word as we left the Chef's pavilion for my birthday. We have been coming to the Westminster for over 15 years. We had an apartment in the Westminster residence. And we were very regulars at the Les Cimaises restaurant. 01/06/2026: The seafood platter for sharing was overpriced for what it offered. Gabriel was very pleasant, smiling, and always had a touch of humor; he was very professional. I regret that the chicken with Maroilles cheese is no longer on the menu... moreover, there's a serious lack of choice in the other dishes.

05/06/2026: A return visit to this restaurant, not great unfortunately! I went for lunch there one day in March and the service was excellent. I went back on Monday the 1st and it was just okay. First, we didn't get the little toasts with tapenade. Then, the beef fillet was very good, but the green sauce was rather bland; a good meat jus would have been enough. The fish trio was so-so because it was served with cold broth, so not great. The plate was very TikTok-worthy; only the prawn salad was fantastic! I'm a bit disappointed! I admit I'll go back for another try.

19/05/2026: Point 1: The staff's welcome was excellent, very professional. Number 2: The atmosphere wasn't great, and all those pictures of animals on the wall made me feel down. And that large garden cow at the restaurant entrance—everything is designed to remind you of the meat on your plate throughout the entire meal. There's a strange atmosphere surrounding the meat. I had mixed feelings; a piece priced at €21, practically a spider steak, I expected better flavor. Regarding the pepper sauces and the shallot sauce: avoid them. You'd be better off using the mayonnaise in a packet. A few undercooked fries. Regarding the charcuterie board, it needs improvement. I find it excessively expensive, especially for what's on it: mortadella, 3 gherkins, salad, €12. And then they add salad to fill the board. I don't see the point of overloading it with salad, especially if there are several of you at the table. Not everyone is going to pick at salad when they'll already have some in their own dish. I'm still torn between being satisfied and not satisfied; I won't be going back. It's a shame, because the presentation of the dish was reasonably good. Otherwise, the staff is really friendly.

18/05/2026: Hello, I was very happy with my visit to this restaurant. The food was very good and the portions were perfect. The wait between courses was short. We would have liked to sit on the terrace, but it was raining, which was a shame.

08/05/2026: An intimate restaurant, perfect for a romantic evening. Everything is fresh and perfectly cooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The meat was tender and all the ingredients were high quality, from the appetizer to the dessert! A restaurant that truly deserves its reputation and one we will definitely return to often.

03/05/2026: A superb meal shared with a friend! A warm welcome and excellent service, with refined and convivial cuisine! We arrived after a long bike ride and were able to enjoy a delicious meal before catching our train (plus, there were two bike racks right in front of the restaurant)! Highly recommended!

04/06/2026: Great meal after visiting Notre Dame and Isle of St Louis. Easy access, friendly service, good food. I had the lamb kebabs cooked over hot coals. A great flavor. Given it's proximity to Notre Dame & Shakespeare & Co bookstore, I'd highly recommend reservations!

24/05/2026: An exceptionally warm welcome. A restaurant run by a passionate couple, and it shows in the cuisine: inventive, generous, and simply worthy of a Michelin star. But with a touch of simplicity. In short, an experience I would easily rank among the best. Thank you again for this wonderful time.

22/05/2026: If it were possible to give 6 or 7 stars, that would be ideal! What a lunch!! 🤩 We were immediately captivated by this sublime restaurant, brimming with charm. We discovered this unique menu, a complete surprise with each course! A true delight for the taste buds, we will definitely be back and we obviously recommend Julianon!!

31/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! The welcome was warm, with a smiling and attentive waitress throughout the meal. The dining room is small and intimate, creating a pleasant and calm atmosphere, free from any hustle and bustle. As for the food, everything was excellent. The veal onglet was particularly tender and perfectly cooked. The side dishes were also delicious and very well prepared. The various desserts we chose were a hit with everyone. A truly great place that I recommend without hesitation!

13/06/2026: I returned after several years because I wasn't convinced during my first visits. Congratulations on this radical change in the kitchen and service. I'll be back soon.

13/06/2026: A marvel… ✨ The dishes are truly delicious: excellent local and seasonal produce, perfectly showcased. The fish was cooked to perfection, and the chili was also a real treat. As for the desserts, let's not even go there… 🤤 Thank you again for the extra praline custard! We absolutely must support this kind of restaurant where everything is homemade, with love. Thank you also for the service, full of humor and thoughtful touches. We will definitely be back very soon!

07/06/2026: First dinner at this restaurant. It probably won't be the last. A truly wonderful discovery. The food is refined and sophisticated. Each dish is carefully considered, and you can feel the desire to share a love of fine ingredients. The welcome and service were fantastic. A lovely memory for my mother's birthday; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
