11/12/2025: Very disappointed with this restaurant, which had shown great promise. The daily special was good. However, we found several pieces of plastic in our two desserts. We therefore didn't finish them, and the manager didn't offer us any alternative desserts. He simply offered us hot drinks, which we wouldn't have ordered otherwise. No other gesture of goodwill was made.

11/12/2025: An excellent bistro-style restaurant, almost on par with fine dining establishments. The exploration and blending of flavors is worth the trip. The presentation of the dishes is meticulous. Prices have increased significantly over the years, but Coretta remains an excellent option for exceptional meals.

04/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! We went in to eat and didn't even get a "hello." The waitress was incredibly cold. 🥶 We started looking at the "meats"—well, that's a bit of an exaggeration, because we left as soon as we saw what was inside the display case. It's truly disgusting how pre-packaged everything is. And the color, the texture… really awful. 🤢 A few years ago, it wasn't like this; it was vibrant and clean, and it looked really inviting. But now it didn't look fresh, and we literally fled. Personally, there are plenty of other places to eat in this area, so avoid this Subway. This is just my advice so you don't waste your time and be disappointed.

06/03/2026: Definitely one of the best restaurants in Rennes. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside you'll find a friendly, dynamic team with a kind word. They know how to take care of their customers; there's no fuss, and the food is a delight from appetizer to dessert, including the daily special. From the warm welcome and efficient service to the intimate stone dining room (perfect for cooler weather) and the magnificent terrace with its panoramic views of the lake and city walls, everything makes us want to return. The cuisine is exquisite, consistently showcasing delicious flavors and originality in every dish. In short, highly recommended... and we strongly advise booking well in advance, as we're clearly not the only ones who adore this place.

23/12/2025: A small company lunch at Garage Rigoulet in Bouniagues – a first for us, but it won't be the last! Excellent service, a very nice selection of delicious cheeses for the raclette, and a hearty and delicious Périgord meal. Thank you for this discovery; we will be back!

20/11/2025: It's been two wonderful years today since I discovered Frédéric and Suzanne's cooking. We enjoy it so much that we always want more! Suzanne always welcomes us with a cheerful disposition, and we laugh a lot! Her husband's dishes are absolutely divine! I can't wait until December to celebrate my birthday there! Long live your restaurant!
