24/07/2026: An unforgettable celebration of high-end terroir cuisine! We had the privilege of dining at 110 TAILLEVENT, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. We started the meal with a magnificent pâté en croûte with foie gras, followed by impeccable dishes such as the Vol-au-vent and the spectacular Tourte with morels — a house classic with divine puff pastry and an incredibly rich sauce. It is an extraordinary terroir cuisine, with striking, intense, and profoundly surprising flavors, demonstrating the utmost excellence of refined traditional French gastronomy. The concept of pairing is the great differentiator: for each of the two dishes, we had at our disposal a perfect coordination of four wine options per course. To end the night on a high note, the dessert was something divine, truly heavenly! A very special thank you and praise to the sommelier, whose professionalism and friendliness made the night memorable. We left the choice of labels entirely up to them and were surprised by incredible discoveries, enriched by impeccable explanations about each wine and its origin. 17/07/2026: We chose this restaurant for its reputation, and this time specifically for the sweetbreads on the €48 menu. We were delighted with the meal from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. There wasn't a single flaw in the service or the ambiance; inside, we were seated at round tables. We will return without hesitation.

05/08/2026: Terrible experience. Don't go there if you have any food allergies. The wait staff is completely unprepared and very rude. I asked what I could have for a main course that wasn't gluten-free; the waiter suggested a tuna dish without the filo pastry. Too bad the dish also had soy sauce.

12/07/2026: First time at Bouillon for me and my partner. It's definitely worth the money, given the very affordable price. The fries were pretty good, the meat was decent but not very flavorful, the pea soup was quite good (as was the chocolate raspberry fondant), but the avocado and shrimp dish was questionable and the rosé wine jug clearly hadn't been washed...

19/07/2026: To have just a drink on a sweltering afternoon, I ordered Evian still water with ice. Okay, I got my glass with two ice cubes and a small bottle of Evian that clearly hadn't seen the cold room. At €8.70, the bill was ridiculous... Go somewhere else to quench your thirst.

09/08/2026: We came to this restaurant on Saturday evening for dinner with friends. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the portion sizes, which were frankly ridiculous considering the prices. We ordered two platters advertised as serving 3-4 people, at almost €100 each, and clearly, the quantity wasn't there… On the platters: three measly pieces of steak (which were very good, no complaints there), but in terms of quantity, it was more like an appetizer for a 5-year-old than a platter for several adults. As for the sides, we received two small bowls of fries for 6 people, only half full, and a zucchini gratin as thick as a subway ticket… We politely pointed this out to the owner, and his response was: "You ordered medium-rare meat, and it shrinks more during cooking, hence the small quantity." Honestly, such blatant dishonesty worthy of a comedy sketch… No attempt at self-reflection whatsoever. A few apologies would have been appreciated, as any shopkeeper would do when a customer points out a problem or expresses dissatisfaction. But no, instead, they suggested we each order another plate. Obviously, that's not exactly the solution we were expecting after already paying almost €100 for a platter. The least they could have done was apologize or offer a small gesture of goodwill, even just a free coffee. But no, they even balked at offering us a simple bowl of fries… And to top it all off, the owner proudly pulled out his card reader when it came time to pay and then told us to get lost. The icing on the cake: they didn't accept Ticket Restaurant or Chèque Vacances cards. The height of absurdity for a tourist restaurant in the middle of summer. And the €13 pint of beer should probably have been a red flag from the start. Yes, €13 for a pint… Personally, I'd never seen anything like it, not even in New York! Thankfully, a huge thank you to the waiter, who was incredibly friendly and salvaged what he could from this experience. In short, a major disappointment. The portions were far too small for the price, and the handling of customer feedback was frankly appalling. Zero points. The owner definitely needs to take some business courses!
