29/08/2026: The servers were pleasant, polite, and funny! The food was excellent (the truffle pasta). They even printed a photo of us for my grandmother's birthday. I highly recommend it for a lovely evening and a great meal!

05/09/2026: Unfortunately, I don't share the published reviews. As a Breton, I didn't enjoy the crêpes. For me, the crêpe batter, both sweet and savory, had no flavor. My savory crêpe—because I'm fed up with the term "galette"—was supposed to be filled with Maroilles cheese and onions, but where were they? My sweet crêpe wasn't any better: a scoop of ice cream in the middle, four dollops of whipped cream in the corners, and only the apples were good. Very disappointing, and on top of that, quite expensive.

06/08/2026: We had a wonderful dinner under an olive tree on a quiet, medieval street. Everything we ate was thoughtfully prepared with the freshest ingredients, had amazing flavor and a beautiful presentation. We loved the exceptional food, and the peach melba for dessert was incredible. My husband raved about how fantastic the cheese selections were. Our server was fantastic -responsive, kind, and made excellent recommendations for wine pairings with each course. We quite randomly found this restaurant, and are so happy we did. We will come again.

30/05/2026: A wonderful discovery! We received a very warm welcome at this tastefully decorated restaurant, which boasts a lovely, quiet terrace where we enjoyed a delicious dinner. The menu is concise, but the selection of starters, main courses, and desserts is of high quality. A truly lovely evening!

18/09/2026: A jewel of a restaurant with a very reasonable menu a midi (lunch). Tasty food and good wines. Very much recommended! But it's popular, so try to book a table. Very impressed to see a vegan option main course. And the desserts were excellent (especially the rice pudding!)

11/09/2026: The place might lead you to believe it's just another soulless café/brasserie on the port of La Rochelle, but think again! At Les Brocanteurs, they don't do flashy things; it's simple and effective, with a special mention for the fries, the beef, and the burgers. The staff is very professional and friendly, even during busy periods. A great place to eat simple but quality food at a fair price.

10/09/2026: September 2024 Passing through La Rochelle, this is a must-visit for fish and chips and a delicious French toast-style brioche. But that's not all...come and visit! April 2024 The welcome was spontaneous, warm, and top-notch. The fish and chips were a delight with their chive cream and delicious homemade fries. We had French toast-style brioche for dessert...pure bliss for a gourmand. This restaurant is a favorite for us. I'll be back... Visited in September, despite the heat, a friendly welcome, much respect to the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips... I'll be back... March 2023 I wanted to eat some good meat, so we chose this brasserie. The welcome was friendly, the place very pleasant, and the meat was perfect, as were the homemade fries. We finished with a delicious gourmet coffee (French toast-style brioche, chocolate fondant, red berry panna cotta, and coconut macaroons). Excellent value for money.

27/09/2026: The best thing about this crêperie isn't necessarily the galettes or crêpes (which aren't bad, but not the best either), it's the decor and the waitress who was absolutely fantastic and very kind. Thank you!

26/09/2026: Perfect for a crêpe break in Nantes. A starter, main course, and dessert all in crêpe form, served in a bowl. A must-try and exactly what you'd expect from a Breton crêperie in a quiet and easily accessible neighborhood. Absolutely delicious!

31/07/2026: I didn't have the chance to dine in due to work commitments, so I ordered takeout. What a wonderful surprise! It had been a very long time since I'd eaten something so delicate, refined, and delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the ingredients were top-quality, and every bite was a true delight. Even as a takeout, the quality is exceptional. A huge congratulations to the chef and the entire team! I highly recommend this restaurant. It's definitely worth discovering!

24/07/2026: One of my favorite spots in the neighborhood. Friendly service, original cuisine, and very reasonable prices for the area. The patio is a real bonus on sunny days.

06/09/2026: Fantastic experience! Very pleasant and competent staff. Delicious meal from start to finish. We had scallops as a starter, followed by lobster, and then a ribeye steak. All of it melted in your mouth. Thank you to the chef! One small drawback: the dining room wasn't air-conditioned, but perhaps that's planned for the future.
