The meal was superb and quite generous. Very good value for money, and we had a lovely time. We will gladly return on our next trip to the area.

07/04/2026: It's so good to eat at L'Ourson! The team is fantastic, so warm and welcoming, and they took great care of us. We absolutely loved it! The place is superb, beautifully laid out. They use only good ingredients, have lower prices at lunchtime, and a great children's menu. In short, go for it!

30/06/2026: We had a wonderful time. The place is peaceful, very pretty, with a truly magnificent view—ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends. The food was decent, although, in my opinion, it lacked seasonality: we had to add a little salt to almost everything, and the meat arrived slightly cold. Otherwise, everything was perfect: good service, a calm and pleasant atmosphere. I recommend the place and would gladly return.

18/05/2026: Located on the west side of Lake Annecy, the hotel offered rooms with excellent views of the lake and the mountains across the way, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. It was wonderful to be able to leisurely enjoy the magnificent view, which was even better than the view from the city center. When I needed to get around the city, I could take a city bus, ride a bicycle, or walk, as the buses ran quite frequently. Walking along the lakeside was particularly enjoyable as I could take in the scenery. The staff at the front desk, bar, restaurant, and fitness center were always friendly and smiling. In particular, on the last day, I had no choice but to make an unreasonable request due to transportation issues, but thanks to their willingness to help, I was able to resolve the situation successfully. I will never forget my experience at the Black Bath Hotel Annecy. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience.

07/07/2026: I expected better after reading previous reviews; the food was average and lacked creativity. The male waiter's service was rather cold, and we didn't feel welcome until the young woman cheered us up and helped us finish our lunch on a positive note.

06/07/2026: I live in the neighborhood and used to frequent this restaurant. Unfortunately, after the reception we received today, I won't be going back. The terrace was empty. From outside, we simply asked if we could sit down. We were met with a curt response: "Just come inside!" I then asked if we were allowed to be on the terrace, and the reply, in an aggressive tone, was: "If you don't come inside to speak to someone, nothing's going to happen." We left immediately. I understand that an establishment has its rules, but nothing justifies speaking to customers that way. It's all the more disappointing because I'm a neighbor and a regular customer. Customer service is an integral part of the restaurant experience. Today, unfortunately, it was nonexistent.
