04/10/2026: A lovely little restaurant with friends under the pergola on a Saturday night. The setting is very pleasant. The food was delicious. The mixed grill was excellent. The service was a bit overwhelmed by the crowd, but nothing major. The dessert buffet was fantastic. Everyone enjoyed the evening. We'll be back.

01/10/2026: Great welcome, we ate well. The unlimited drinks are a good concept, but the selection was a bit limited. The food was good, though the portions could have been smaller. We'd definitely go back; good value for money.

We let them know we'd be late and arrived an hour later! => after the bullfight, right in the middle of the feria, and our table was waiting for us. 09/09/2026: On our first trip to Europe, we arrived in Paris and right below our Airbnb we stumbled upon this place, which has a modern bar-style atmosphere, but with the heart of a traditional Argentine eatery! The welcome, the helpfulness, the food, and the dessert were, in true Argentinean terms: AMAZING! If you come to Paris, you absolutely must treat yourself to a visit to Le Dis Vin Gaulois. 06/10/2026: The food is good, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is nice, everything is perfect!

04/10/2026: We discovered wines perfectly suited to the exceptional dishes. However, due to spilled liquid during service, it should be noted that the table was not cleaned several times throughout the meal. We were also slightly disappointed with the quail dish, which lacked flavor in our opinion, as well as the sea bream. For a one-Michelin-starred restaurant, we expected more culinary discoveries. But overall, we were delighted; our taste buds appreciated the cheese tasting, the bread, and the various petits fours and other offerings.
