13/09/2026: Absolutely amazing! We went there for my sister's birthday this past Saturday night. Everything was excellent, and the burger was to die for. Sorry about the photo, my daughter had started nibbling at it 🤣. I'm so glad I discovered this restaurant.

01/09/2026: A small restaurant located on one of the side streets of the town of Riquewhir, with a limited but very traditional and extremely good selection of dishes; you can tell everything is freshly prepared. The staff are friendly, speak English, and are eager to explain the ingredients of the dishes with a smile and passion. Even when we made our reservation by phone, we were greeted by a friendly young woman with good English. The alcoholic beverages were nothing short of praise; we drank two excellent beers and two glasses of local wine (Alsace), the name of which I regret not remembering because I would have bought a bottle available in the village. I highly recommend this place, especially for families, who are very welcome.

02/09/2026: A wonderful discovery on Monday, August 10th. A small, tastefully decorated, bright restaurant with restrooms worthy of this often-neglected space. A simple yet very attentive welcome. An enticing menu and dishes that delight the palate. A special mention, as this is often overlooked in most restaurants... the main course and its contents were piping hot. What a joy to savor a flavorful dish cooked to perfection and served hot... We thoroughly enjoyed it! We also appreciated the chef's visit to our table, with whom we had the pleasure of chatting briefly.

22/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! I had a fantastic time at Substance. The cuisine was delicious, conceived as a genuine journey between the Franche-Comté region and French gastronomy, with great finesse and creativity. Special mention goes to the cancoillotte: discovering it showcased so beautifully in a gourmet restaurant was a first for me, and frankly, a very pleasant surprise. A simple yet iconic product, completely elevated. A gourmet experience, original and perfectly executed. I'll definitely be back!
