29/05/2026: Excellent restaurant. We opted for the tasting menu, and everything was superb, from appetizer to dessert, showcasing both originality and quality. Vegetarians won't be disappointed either. Despite being late for lunch, we received a very warm welcome. A great stop during our motorcycle road trip (parking available).

13/06/2026: Reasonable price (less than €20 in June 2026), unlimited starters, main courses, and desserts. Very friendly waitress with a genuine smile, homemade food, the owner is a true gentleman as he runs to greet his customers. Great location right across from the sea. I'll be back with my sweetheart so I don't have to shop at home. 🤣 I forgot to mention the mussels (excellent) because I'm from Lille.

02/06/2026: To visit the Cantal region, we chose Nathalie and Lionel's inn. We were welcomed with smiles and kindness. The service was top-notch. The room was comfortable and everything was very clean. We discovered delicious dishes prepared and explained by Nathalie. We appreciated their humor, their explanations about local attractions, and the Tuesday evening game of pétanque. A big thank you to you both for these relaxing and convivial moments.

30/05/2026: We stayed in a very pleasant room for one night, with a comfortable bed, a clean room, and a peaceful atmosphere. The icing on the cake was that I slept in a former school, in the teacher's room, which had been renovated, of course. We had dinner and breakfast there, all homemade and delicious. A real treat! Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive. The village of 200 inhabitants is truly ideally located for exploring the region by car or for beautiful hikes. The scenery is magnificent and rejuvenating. You can also ask Nathalie and Lionel for advice. We will definitely return as soon as we go to the Cantal region. I highly recommend it. Go there; you will be delighted both with the food and the sights in a comfortable and welcoming setting.

10/06/2026: A very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we were seated, but despite waiting several minutes, we never received a menu. The service was extremely slow, and the waitress was particularly unpleasant, showing no attention or consideration for the customers. After an interminable wait, unable to order or get any information, we finally decided to leave the restaurant without eating. A minimum level of welcome, courtesy, and organization is expected in a restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of these standards. I do not recommend this establishment until the service has been significantly improved.

28/05/2026: A shopkeeper who insulted and threatened his customers, who had come from another region to visit Alsace, it's disappointing to see professionals insulting strangers…

30/05/2026: The €49 set menu was excellent, the service impeccable and friendly, the setting exceptional... Nothing to complain about! Remember to bring a light jacket for the evening on the terrace.

11/04/2026: Our children gave us a €150 gift certificate for lunch at L'Artimon. We wanted to go there today. I tried to make a reservation and got the answering machine: Permanently closed!!!! Big SCAM Be careful.

10/04/2026: Having a gift certificate, I called to make a reservation, but what a disappointment! The restaurant is permanently closed. The money is lost. It's shameful. No announcement was made. I suspect I'm not the only one.

05/06/2026: I stopped by on a whim, drawn in by a tempting set menu (starter, main course, dessert) at a reasonable price, and… I was in heaven! The dishes were exquisite (yum, the chilled carrot and mustard soup starter…) and the service was attentive. The atmosphere isn't boisterous (despite the name), but it's delicious and creative. Understated and calm. Perfect for one person, two, three, or four… if you want to be able to hear each other and have a conversation. It's also surprisingly light, a world away from the repetitive, pork-laden bistros that even the most discerning foodie eventually tires of.
