A comfortable, authentic room with an unusual shower and toilet cubicle (hidden behind the wardrobe). A very generous breakfast with homemade yogurt, pastries, toast, waffles, orange juice... Excellent! Very good value for money. Friendly owners!

The venue is simply magnificent, full of charm and authenticity. The reception hall, enhanced by elegant and welcoming décor, created a magical atmosphere, exactly as we had imagined. The meal was a resounding success: delicious, refined, and generous. The secular ceremony and cocktail reception were organized with great professionalism, in a friendly and moving atmosphere. A huge thank you to the staff, who were fantastic from beginning to end: available, attentive, kind, and very professional. 16/09/2025: We just returned from a four-week road trip, so it's time to share our thoughts on the places we stayed. We spent three nights at the Auberge de la Grande Ferme, and it was an exceptional stay. The room was warm, comfortable, and located at a high altitude, offering a magnificent panorama. The food was perfect: everything was homemade, and our taste buds were delighted. The team is welcoming, attentive, and always available to answer our requests. We highly recommend dining there, and if you're looking for accommodation, don't hesitate. A positive experience in a warm atmosphere. Eric & Françoise

21/08/2025: Ha. The "big" menu offers three starters. No, it's not one of the three, it's all three one after the other! Cautiously, I settle for the "small" menu, with a single starter. As soon as the aperitif begins, the color is set... The owners take a good ten magnums of kir out of the fridge, with new flavors: chestnut, mandarin, vine peach, morello cherry... "Oh, by the way, you can come back for more if you want to try several!" Are you kidding? No. It's practically unlimited. The syrups are, of course, homemade, as are the little cakes that accompany them. The ensemble is perfect. The starter arrives: eggs cocotte with summer truffle. Two eggs, crème fraîche, a generous amount of truffle slices. The combination is fantastic! I'm already feeling less hungry... Beef with guigne sauce: the meat is of superior quality, accompanied by a breaded eggplant purée ball, a slice of grilled eggplant, and a potato wrapped in a thin slice of bacon. Let's move on to the cheese: it's not a measly piece of cheese in the middle of a plate, but a whole platter, a dozen local cheeses, all you can eat once again. I skip it; I'm starting to feel more than satisfied. Dessert is an assortment of three chocolates (Mexican, Guatemalan, and?), in the form of a sorbet, a mousse, and a fondant. The chocolate-sugar balance is perfect! The icing on the cake: the owner offers us a digestif, a frosted pear. All you can eat once again. The setting is superb; there are only four or five tables on the terrace, so you can't hear any conversations. The service is provided by the owner himself, with great good humor. For around €40 per person, including wine, the die is cast. The next time I'm in Ariège, I know where to eat without hesitation. I recommend it 200%. It's a shame Nancy and Sieuras are so far apart... I'll be there often.

06/10/2025: I just spent three unforgettable days in an exceptional setting at the Hautegente Manor. Marie Josée welcomed me like a friend with kindness, generosity, and warmth. Marie Josée, her husband, Capucine, Julie, and the entire staff were full of thoughtful touches, from breakfasts by the fireside to delicious gourmet meals and wonderful encounters, "a moment of gentleness and happiness." The chef's cuisine is excellent: flavorful dishes, beautifully presented and made with quality ingredients. The breakfast is simply exceptional, varied and generous, perfect for starting the day right. The bedding is comfortable and high-quality, ideal for relaxing after an active day. Special mention goes to the absolutely magnificent view of Mont Blanc, which truly enhances the experience. A place I highly recommend for a pleasant stay and to enjoy the nearby ski slopes.

11/11/2025: Fantastic weekend with friends at the Lodge du Domaine. Caroline was very welcoming and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. The place is magnificent. The cottage is completely renovated and has superb bedding! Special mention for the jacuzzi – the icing on the cake.
