15/05/2026: Hello everyone 🌻. The restaurant "Idéalement" is ideally located right next to the Palace. On this chilly, dreary day, it was lovely to eat by the wood-burning stove to warm up. Simple, delicious dishes that really fill you up 😊. Reasonable prices. Very welcoming service. Parking at the entrance. Reservations are highly recommended.

20/05/2026: The south of France is changing and losing its soul… from a roadside bistro, it's become a good, generous, and delicious stopover… very friendly and attentive, a little less so when it comes to paying, the food is very good, high-quality seasonal produce and plenty of it, but something's missing to be perfect… a bit pricey, but you're almost in St Rémy…

13/06/2026: We had a lovely time at the Auberge des Tilleuls. A peaceful moment, seated on the terrace in the shade of large trees. A warm welcome, a very friendly owner, and a well-chosen menu. Excellent value for money. We highly recommend this stop in the Beaujolais region.

The place was full, the setting was lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful time. 26/04/2026: A somewhat mixed experience We opted for the tasting menu; the dishes were refined, beautifully presented, and above all, the table setting was simply magnificent. The plates were truly superb with lovely decorations. No complaints about the menu itself, but we were disappointed by the service. The head waitress (I believe) gave us a frosty and impersonal welcome, the presentation of the dishes was very brief, and there was no warmth in either her words or her gaze. After forgetting the bread, she returned with the basket, imposing the country bread on us without even asking our opinion. She also forgot to refill our water glasses; we had to do it ourselves—unheard of for a Michelin-starred restaurant. However, thank you to the sommelier and his wife (I believe) for their kindness and attentiveness. ✨ In short: no complaints about the food, just the service was lacking.

We discovered the cabaret "Les Attaques" and everything was perfect: the atmosphere, the superb food – thank you to the chef, the very pleasant owner, and the artists – a huge BRAVO! 28/04/2026: A quest for flavor and quality ingredients is undeniable. However, being the last to arrive, we didn't receive the proper quantity of each ingredient (the red mullet fillet was reduced to a tiny finger, and the curved white presentation plate became a bland, flat red plate). We also savored the experience with our eyes.
