28/01/2026: Exceptional! My first meal at this restaurant, enjoyed at lunchtime today, and it will certainly be the first of many... Fresh ravioli stuffed with mushrooms, accompanied by an excellent mushroom sauce with a drizzle of white truffle oil: words fail me to describe how delicious this dish was. Then, hanger steak with Béarnaise sauce and fresh fries. The taste of this meat is amazing, truly excellent. The chef explained that the meat came from a Swiss breed, if I remember correctly... For dessert, apple crumble topped with a scoop of ice cream, in keeping with the other dishes. The chef and his wife are very friendly and attentive to everyone's needs. A little anecdote: I only like my meat very, very well done (honestly, like shoe leather 🤔), and the chef kindly cooked it for me exactly the way I like it. I highly recommend this old-fashioned bistro-style place where you feel comfortable and the food is truly excellent. Thank you for everything.

04/11/2025: A lovely hotel with a wonderful welcome. As a disabled person using a manual wheelchair with a rigid frame, I appreciated the provision of a wheelchair with folding footrests, allowing me to use the elevator without any problems. The accessible room was spacious with a comfortable bathroom and a comfortable bench for transferring to and from the shower. I was even offered a shower chair for added stability. Fantastic! A great little stay without any difficulties related to my situation. Many thanks to Emilien for his attentiveness and kindness. See you soon.

A true delight. Special mention also goes to the waitress, who was very friendly, accommodating, and always smiling—a welcome that makes all the difference. An address to remember and recommend without hesitation!

15/02/2026: I'm leaving a review for the restaurant; my wife and I had dinner there tonight. The owner was very friendly! The decor is rustic, authentic, and beautiful. The food was EXCELLENT, one of the 10 best places in Ajaccio! A set menu featuring Corsican products, prepared by the family. The terrines and head cheese were excellent, the roast pork was excellent, the cheeses were also delicious, and the soup and prizuttu were a real treat. Honestly, for €48, it was a delicious and generous meal! (I have a big appetite.) See you soon!

28/11/2025: In August 2025, we had a wonderful meal, and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely be back to try the hotel! 👌👍 In November 2025, we enjoyed a gourmet getaway: sauerkraut for dinner, a night in a very quiet apartment, and breakfast with a view of the garden, deer, llamas, pheasants, and chickens. Our only regret was that we weren't hungry enough! A must-see! 🤩
