04/10/2026: It had been a while since I'd been there. Recently I ate there and it was very, very good. I had asked for a quiet table, and my request was respected. The staff and owner were very pleasant. I had a very good evening.

04/10/2026: Le Cheval Blanc is part of the "19 Good Restaurants of Sarthe" association, which I believe now only has 9 members, and it truly deserves its place! It's excellent, even the €41 set menu is a real treat! The morel compote is simply divine, and the crème brûlée is one of the best I've ever had! Impeccable service, well done!

20/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, understated decor, carefully prepared meal, and well-chosen wines. The only downside is the noisy back room for groups. Otherwise, the quality of the service and the food was excellent; I highly recommend this place!

01/09/2026: I haven't tried the restaurant, only the small butcher shop. Besides the extremely attractive prices and the very pleasant welcome, I must say that the meat is excellent. From the bacon slices to the short ribs, the pork tenderloin, and much more... all the meats were tender and very flavorful. We will gladly come back to try the restaurant. And I strongly encourage you to support this small business!

21/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. The value for money is remarkable. Book your table and enjoy. The wine is largely local, and the ingredients are fresh. I highly recommend it. For a wedding or other special occasion, the rooms and services offered are of very high quality. The staff is attentive, and the venue is simply magnificent. Both indoors and outdoors, the layout is perfectly suited. I highly recommend it to future brides and grooms 💕

06/09/2026: This tiny café is a great find! They serve a Taiwanese specialty called "Wheel Cake," which is similar to a filled waffle pastry. I ordered the Bubble Tea flavor and was pleasantly surprised! As for the fruit tea, you can tell it's homemade. The green grass jelly is a nice change from aloe vera jelly. I highly recommend it! The only downside is that there's very little seating (only 3 tables).

16/09/2026: Taken for the first time by my wife, who has made this restaurant her go-to spot for gourmet dining, I was blown away by the inventiveness of the meals at the price they're offered (€23 for a complete meal (starter, main course, and dessert at lunchtime)). Following on from the "table of contents," the quality of the food is truly exceptional, at an unbeatable price. How does the chef achieve such a feat?

09/09/2026: An excellent dinner at this warm and tastefully decorated restaurant. We received a friendly welcome upon arrival, and the service continued in the same attentive and efficient manner, with excellent timing. We opted for the Discovery Menu, but the entire menu was tempting. The ingredients were fresh, with perfectly balanced flavors, and the dishes were as beautiful as they were generous. We took the time to select wines by the glass to best complement our meals, and the suggestions were ideal. The desserts, refreshing on this slightly warm evening (but thankfully the restaurant was air-conditioned), were delicious, with enough choice to suit all tastes. All this at a very reasonable price. A truly wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend!

02/10/2026: First time at this restaurant, and there were four of us, and honestly, what a great find! 😍 Everything was delicious, with a special mention for the fries, incredibly crispy just the way I like them! 🍟 The meat was tender and melt-in-your-mouth, and the soft-boiled egg was perfectly cooked. A wonderful experience, with generous portions and truly excellent dishes. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back! 😊
