07/10/2025: Despite a reservation for 10 people made well in advance, what a disappointment to learn that part of the menu, which was very reasonably varied, had been cancelled and that all red meats were excluded! This is not up to the standard of this establishment!

07/07/2025: We were heading to Sylvanès Abbey and arrived mid-afternoon, five of us. We were starving and desperate, thinking we wouldn't find anything. No, we arrived at this bar. We were extremely well received and informed that we could enjoy charcuterie platters, salads, and desserts. We chose from a diverse menu and enjoyed excellent, generous salads made with fresh, high-quality regional produce. As for the desserts, they were a spectacular display worthy of a grand establishment. We would love to return to this area, but we're not planning on doing so. So don't hesitate to make the detour.

06/07/2025: The seafood was of excellent quality and freshness, however it was Pancote weekend and we were invaded by Spaniards, the restaurant was packed, one on top of the other, no privacy...

05/07/2025: I didn't know it, and I had the opportunity to experience this magical place... Its receptionist is exceptional... a kind word... and you've booked??? And then we see the gentleman... less friendly with men and with ladies, a certain funny courtesy, and we fall for his game... a smile is perfect for this place... an exceptional product that I highly recommend... Thank you, Christophe, for your welcome and a staff that reflects your image.

01/09/2024: We went there this afternoon as a family. We enjoyed ourselves. Fast service, quality dishes. We also appreciate the small gift (bottle of wine) for my grandmother's birthday.

22/01/2025: Cold welcome, fine cuisine. Too bad Madame is not up to the task! The water automatically served at the table is horribly chlorinated and destroys all flavor of the food, too bad, it would just have to be filtered. When you kindly point it out when paying, you get reprimanded with a haughty look and a bad answer! What a mistake, Madam, it is you who do not honor the qualities of your husband!!

09/07/2025: Great truck stop, almost a single menu at €15 (starter, main course, dessert, drink including wine or lemonade, coffee), clientele of workers taking their lunch break, also suitable for families. Came with family, just on our way back from the Château de Kerouzéré. Perfect service, super fast, super accommodating, very kind lady. The pork stew was truly perfect, the fries were very good. Frankly impeccable, if we have to eat in the area, we'll be back.

03/12/2025: If you pay close attention, you'll sense the unspoken invitation from the men in the dining room to join in a devotion to the cook, who works with the generosity and love of a mother. But how does she manage to produce such a menu at this price? It almost seems inappropriate to leave a tip after such a gift. Love can't be bought.

11/11/2025: The best value for money I've found in Nîmes in the last 10 years for a lunchtime restaurant. A simple, family-style menu, a price under €15, and delicious home-style cooking...what a treat! I highly recommend it.

04/09/2025: In a small village now devoid of shops, this little gem warmly welcomes its often numerous customers. I even assume the municipality has provided a brand new parking lot nearby, in order to avoid the rush of cars at lunchtime. The setting is charming and decorated with paintings by artists, I suspect, local. The terrace with a relaxing garden, the entire team is pleasant, and the elves are visible in a beautiful, top-notch kitchen. Unbeatable quality and quantity for the set prices. Don't hesitate to treat yourself to a visit to this enchanting building. Signed: A bothered customer.

03/08/2025: We stayed at the Auberge d'Hevilliers for 10 days on a business trip, and we have wonderful memories of it. The welcome was warm and attentive throughout our stay. The meals were varied and of very good quality, perfect for long-term stays. The establishment offers excellent value for money, making it a highly recommended option for both business and leisure stays.
