22/09/2024: Refined cuisine. Excellent value for money. Very nice atmosphere. Impeccable service and attentive to customers. We were unable to test the terrace on the banks of the Saône due to the unpredictable weather. But I suppose it must be very pleasant in good weather. Restaurant highly recommended. Belgians on vacation and delighted. THANKS.

24/09/2024: I wanted to highlight the quality in terms of service, the presentation of succulent dishes, as delicious as they are varied, the pizzas, the general atmosphere of this restaurant, no more hesitation when going out to eat in the village, it is Estanco!

24/11/2025: Beware of the order and the bill; the staff is dishonest. They charged us extra for adult dishes and desserts instead of the four children's menus we had ordered, which included desserts. Not an apology, not a gesture of goodwill; the owner is determined to meet her sales target at any cost and refuses to listen, even though a waitress admitted her mistake. Having worked in retail and customer service myself, I must say I have never witnessed such a lack of consideration and honesty. I strongly advise against this place for anyone wanting to enjoy a pleasant meal with friends. PS: Even when dissatisfied, I never leave negative reviews to avoid harming businesses, but this is unacceptable.

20/09/2024: I hesitate between 4 and 5 stars. It's the kind of place we love. It's simple, clean, well located for motorcycle rides, the kitchen is very good and (too) plentiful, swimming pool, jacuzzi, garage for motorcycles.... Plus the boss is nice. What more could you ask for?

27/08/2024: Basically, I only write a review for exceptional restaurants or extremely bad experiences. It's a shame, because this beautiful place invites you to linger. We were there for lunch. My friend had a beef skewer, the meat was so tough. Every other leaf in my salad with goat cheese was rotten and spoiled. I was more than uncomfortable bringing this to the boss's attention. Without apology (!!!) he brings me a plate to sort out the bad salad. In the end we pay the full price for the salad - the espresso is also on the bill. The owner probably doesn't need to make an effort. It's a shame, go to the nearest store, it couldn't be worse.

26/08/2024: Meal at the start of the season, so we were not able to taste the famous veal on the spit, but the meats were very well cooked over a wood fire, with quality cuts (rib steak and lamb for our part). Very pleasant waiters and owner, pleasant terrace with a view of the embers. We ended up with 3 homemade desserts, very pleasant, a small downside for the bush one compared to the others which for the price of €9.5 was in fairly limited quantity. Allow on average dish dessert drink €40 per person.
