25/08/2026: Best restaurant we've been to in a long time. Amazing that we have such a place in Angles. Everything was perfect: the food, the presentation, the serving dishes, and the service itself. With the menu changing every six weeks, we'll definitely be back!

22/09/2026: We had an absolutely wonderful time at the restaurant **La Pommeraie**, with my parents. Everything was perfect from beginning to end: the warm welcome, the attentive service, the delicious food, and the friendly atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and savored every moment of this precious family time. A magnificent discovery that we wholeheartedly recommend! ❤️

28/08/2026: There were four of us: my wife, myself, and her two younger sisters, both of whom have severe nut allergies. The waiter asked about allergies. We told him. We then repeated it, clearly and more than once, before ordering. After a single piece of ravioli, both sisters began reacting - shortness of breath and the onset of anaphylaxis. We asked the waiter again whether there were nuts in the dish. He assured us there weren’t. Only after we pressed him repeatedly did he go to the kitchen and return with: “just pine nuts.” Just? He then told us, apparently in his opinion, that pine nuts aren’t nuts. We were speechless. One sister stabilised after medication. The other was taken to hospital. At no point did anyone apologise. No one offered to call an ambulance. A kitchen at this level should have an allergen protocol and front-of-house staff trained to use it; instead we got a shrug and a semantic argument while a guest struggled to breathe. The food is irrelevant. Avoid this restaurant if anyone in your party has an allergy.

02/09/2026: I've been going there for a few years now and I'm always delighted! The quality-price ratio is very good. The wait time when you order is really short compared to the 45 minutes at some pizzerias. The place is always very clean, and the kitchen (the visible part) is too. Finally, after getting sick from several kebabs in Aix-les-Bains, my stomach thanks you for doing your job properly! Don't change a thing, you're the best!

21/08/2026: I highly recommend eating there. Lots of choice, quality ingredients, and generous portions for a very competitive price. The meat and fries are excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They also have great Häagen-Dazs ice cream for dessert, with eight different flavors. Go without hesitation... perfect, and thank you!

13/06/2026: It started out promising, but went downhill pretty fast. The entrees were a bit on the light side with more garnish than substance, but we comforted ourselves with the expectation of a delicious main. Well, to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The lamb dish was ok, smallish but still ok. But, the chicken was so below par in every respect. There was one, yes, one chicken drumstick served with an enormous amount of mashed potato and a watery gravy. It was a disgrace. The chicken had no taste and was skimpy. €25 for one drumstick! If you accept this, more fool you! When we complained, they gave us a wafer thin slice of chicken fillet. Truly, we can’t express how disappointing this experience was.This restaurant needs to get back to basics and stop with the inflated prices and pretensions. Worst meal in Paris for the exorbitant price.

14/09/2026: An intimate experience with a truly wonderful culinary offering; not a single flaw, we had a magnificent time from the amuse-bouche to the coffee! An enticing wine list is also available, as well as an elegant non-alcoholic food pairing (a very rare find). Definitely worth repeating!

A warm and attentive welcome, a three-course menu that allowed us to sample a little bit of all their specialties, each one as delicious and high-quality as the last, incredible flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend going :)

14/08/2026: We went twice for lunch and ordered the set menu. The couple who run the place are very attentive, accommodating, and considerate of pregnant women and children. The price is so reasonable for the portion sizes! We can't wait to go back one evening to order à la carte! Thank you!

19/07/2026: Without a doubt, one of the finest restaurants we've ever had the pleasure of dining at. We were particularly impressed by the perfect balance of flavors, the variety of tastes, and the excellent wine that accompanied our meal. We booked on a whim, without knowing what to expect. After the initial surprise of discovering the menu and its price, we let ourselves be swept away, and what a delight! From the very first bite, we were transported by the array of flavors offered in the amuse-bouche, and each subsequent course continued to amaze us. Perhaps the only slight drawback was one of the desserts, which was maybe a little too unconventional for my taste. Thank you to the dynamic duo at Rez de Chaussée who played a significant role in making this an unforgettable evening. We will be back, and this time it won't be by chance! Marie and Benjamin
