10/07/2026: Cheap and tasty food. However, I noticed that the vegetarian sandwich (which costed 5 euro), lacked protein. It was supposed to include fried tofu, but when I opened it, all I found were pieces of the fried batter that was meant to coat the tofu. There was no actual tofu in the sandwich. Very disappointed!

The team was incredibly kind, attentive, smiling, and always went the extra mile. You feel truly welcomed. A huge thank you also for their ability to accommodate food intolerances. It's so reassuring to be able to enjoy a meal with complete confidence, with staff so attentive and concerned about their customers' well-being. As for the food… a real treat! Each dish is as beautiful as it is delicious. The ingredients are of the highest quality, the flavors are perfectly balanced, and the portions are generous. Special mention for the octopus: probably one of the best I've ever eaten. Incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The presentation of the dishes is sublime; every detail is meticulously crafted. You can taste the passion and expertise in every bite. It had been a very long time since we'd had such a wonderful meal in a restaurant. This is a place that truly deserves to be discovered, and we would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!

13/06/2026: It started out promising, but went downhill pretty fast. The entrees were a bit on the light side with more garnish than substance, but we comforted ourselves with the expectation of a delicious main. Well, to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The lamb dish was ok, smallish but still ok. But, the chicken was so below par in every respect. There was one, yes, one chicken drumstick served with an enormous amount of mashed potato and a watery gravy. It was a disgrace. The chicken had no taste and was skimpy. €25 for one drumstick! If you accept this, more fool you! When we complained, they gave us a wafer thin slice of chicken fillet. Truly, we can’t express how disappointing this experience was.This restaurant needs to get back to basics and stop with the inflated prices and pretensions. Worst meal in Paris for the exorbitant price.

01/08/2026: A wonderful summer lunch at William's! Gazpacho, ceviche, carpaccio, veal rump... Delicious. A wine list that's constantly evolving... A 2023 Chablis Domaine from William Fèvre and a 2022 Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Morgeot (organic) from Philippe Bouzerau... Sublime! You must visit William.

Simply put, wherever you live, you must visit La Cantine in the 14th arrondissement because you'll be back! And I want to remind all egg mayonnaise lovers that La Cantine by William is the only place in Paris where you'll find five (half) eggs on your plate!

The must-try leek fritters and the excellent homemade charcuterie are a real treat for the taste buds. Everything is good and plentiful. We come with family and friends, and they love it.
