09/05/2026: A wonderful family discovery at Champ de Mars. The welcome was warm and attentive, and the service highly professional. The dishes are prepared with great care and originality, using excellent ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed the seven-course meal. Only the coffee and lobster pairing didn't quite win us over, but all the other dishes, especially the morel stuffed with poultry, delighted our palates. Bravo to the chef and his entire team! I highly recommend it.

Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome from the waitress and the chef, who wished us a very happy anniversary. What a thoughtful touch! Thank you both. The experience continued to improve. The food was of exceptional quality, a wonderful culinary discovery, and our taste buds were delighted. The service was worthy of a top-tier restaurant. The chef was very attentive and took the time beforehand to inquire about each customer's allergies and dietary preferences. The waitress clearly loves her job, and it shows in the presentation of each dish. She was very friendly, pleasant, and attentive. The ambiance, charm, and decor were all perfect. At the end of the meal, the chef personally came to chat with his guests. A truly beautiful and excellent restaurant that deserves its first Michelin star. I highly recommend it. We will gladly return.

21/04/2026: The experience was wonderful. It was how we expected a French restaurant to be. Tucked in a small laneway away from all the hustle and bustle of the main street. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food was delicious and great cocktails and wine! Thank you so much for making our last night in Beziers and memorable one.

Seeing this family restaurant run by a father and son brings a rare authenticity these days. 18/05/2026: I had a wonderful evening from start to finish. We arrived at 7:30 pm and left at 11:30 pm without even noticing the time passing. From the aperitif and bottle of wine to the digestif and the entire meal, from the sofa to dessert, everything was perfectly executed. The seasonings were spot on, the cooking precise, the vegetables still crisp, the meats perfectly prepared, and the fish remarkably well-presented. You immediately sense a thoughtful, intelligent cuisine, driven above all by someone passionate and hardworking, with solid technical skills acquired in prestigious establishments. Beyond the food itself, it's the overall experience that stands out: you feel comfortable, you enjoy yourself, and you don't want the moment to end. A truly wonderful discovery. I can't wait to go back.

09/05/2026: A truly delightful discovery! One of the best restaurants in Melle! A lovely menu with generous and flavorful sharing plates priced between €7 and €9 each (international cuisine). A selection of gourmet burgers with international influences! The Korean burger is fantastic. And on top of that, a great cocktail menu with over 18 different drinks. A good selection of beers and wines. The kind of place that major cities like Nantes or Bordeaux have in their offerings. But here, it's right in the heart of the Melle region 🍛🥂☕️🧉🍸

03/05/2026: What a wonderful discovery! A chef who cooks like a Michelin-starred chef! I've never eaten such tender meat! Everything is homemade; you can taste the passion in every dish. The blend of spices and flavors is pure bliss! The staff is smiling and very friendly. And what can I say about the cocktails prepared by a top-notch bartender? I've been to many restaurants in the area, and none of them come close to this level when it comes to the cocktail menu. I highly recommend this restaurant to all food lovers.

And what's more, it's more than reasonably priced (not even 60 euros for two, including a starter, main course, dessert, aperitif, and wine 😱). In short, we highly recommend this establishment.
