A blend of flavors from around the world with a very refined touch, all at a very good price. The ambiance is sophisticated and tastefully decorated. The service is very polite and attentive to every detail. I recommend everyone try this wonderful restaurant in La Colle-sur-Loup after visiting Saint-Paul de Vence, as it's on the way. Don't miss it!!

The value for money is excellent. The extensive wine list, featuring numerous exceptional wines, is a pleasant surprise. You can tell that this owner is a master of his craft and practices it with passion, striving for greater heights and working towards a Michelin star, which, in our opinion, he certainly deserves! He has created all the necessary conditions. The terrace is lovely; the only slight drawback is the traffic noise from the adjacent street, which can be heard outside. The menu changes monthly, and we will definitely be back!

06/07/2026: A fantastic welcome! We received a very warm welcome from a team that was attentive and caring. The meal was excellent and the service was perfect. We were with our dog, and the team went above and beyond, seating us in a quieter area so he would be comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment: everything was perfect!

30/06/2026: We were delighted with our evening at the Auberge de Saint-Ame. The portions were generous and the cuisine refined, all at an affordable price. The dishes were unlike anything we'd ever tasted, and incredibly delicate. We will definitely be back!
