26/06/2026: A delightful time spent at this Douai restaurant. The cuisine is generous, authentic, and everything we tasted was perfectly prepared. The gratin was absolutely delicious with a beautifully golden crust, just the way we like it. Paired with a local beer, it was the ideal meal to enjoy in a convivial atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for a great meal.

And what's more, it's more than reasonably priced (not even 60 euros for two, including a starter, main course, dessert, aperitif, and wine 😱). In short, we highly recommend this establishment.

23/07/2026: Shameful, how can they have a restaurant like this? We ate incredibly well with high-quality ingredients, the staff was super friendly, the owner took the time to check on us and chat with the customers (and he's a great guy too). And to top it all off, we were seated in super comfortable armchairs. Don't change a thing. You deserve 6 stars.

The setting is simply exceptional: practically on the water's edge, with a dining room entirely surrounded by large sliding glass doors, you really feel like you're having lunch overlooking the sea and its crystal-clear waters. I chose the pasta with langoustines, a real treat! A thoughtful touch that surprised me: they even offered a black paper bib so you could enjoy your meal without worrying about splashes. A small detail that shows the care they take with the customer experience. The value for money is excellent, the ingredients are high quality, and the staff is particularly pleasant, welcoming, and attentive. I highly recommend this place for enjoying a delicious meal in an idyllic setting.
