26/05/2026: Had an experience with front desk. Upon realizing they had erred with my parking arrangements, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, front desk staff was dismissive and stated what was the big deal- I’d just be paying a few more euros. I was surprised by the response - obviously a few euros is something I could cover, but the reaction was rude and condescending. Very inappropriate response to a guest. Just acknowledge the mistake - don’t brush it away as unimportant. Arthur/Anton could use some more training on how to handle guest services.

01/05/2026: We had the pleasure of discovering Le Saint Joseph by enjoying the “Intuition” menu, on a double special occasion for us. From the moment we arrived, the tone was set: absolutely incredible service, at once warm, cheerful, natural, and exceptionally attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and guided with great care throughout the meal. As for the cuisine, the experience was simply unforgettable. Probably one of the best we've ever encountered. Each dish was remarkably delicate, both in flavor and presentation. It was a truly suspended moment, a culinary journey that leaves a lasting impression! A huge thank you for this timeless interlude, where everything—the food, the service, and the ambiance—exudes refinement and care.

08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! We opted for the "Intuitions" menu, a four-course meal consisting of an amuse-bouche, two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. Everything was perfect: the flavor combinations, the portions, the taste. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special mention for the floating island with its incredible coriander jus! The staff was very pleasant and guided us through this wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

13/06/2026: It started out promising, but went downhill pretty fast. The entrees were a bit on the light side with more garnish than substance, but we comforted ourselves with the expectation of a delicious main. Well, to say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The lamb dish was ok, smallish but still ok. But, the chicken was so below par in every respect. There was one, yes, one chicken drumstick served with an enormous amount of mashed potato and a watery gravy. It was a disgrace. The chicken had no taste and was skimpy. €25 for one drumstick! If you accept this, more fool you! When we complained, they gave us a wafer thin slice of chicken fillet. Truly, we can’t express how disappointing this experience was.This restaurant needs to get back to basics and stop with the inflated prices and pretensions. Worst meal in Paris for the exorbitant price.

15/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at Bistrot Des Bonnes Femmes. The dishes were refined, flavorful, and beautifully presented, featuring high-quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover the small inner courtyard, hidden from view from the outside—a quiet and charming spot that made the meal even more enjoyable. Special mention goes to our waitress, who was truly friendly, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal. Her professional and welcoming service made the experience even better. We will gladly return!

14/05/2026: A wonderful discovery in La Rochelle, deserving of a higher rating than its current one ⭐️ The lunch menu offers excellent value for money (€20 for a starter/main or main/dessert, €26 for all three). The cuisine is original, flavorful, and exceptionally well-executed, with lovely touches of creativity (such as the subtle vanilla incorporated into a cauliflower mousseline). The service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is calmer than some other restaurants in the city center, which is much appreciated.

Unfamiliar yet amazing spices, surprising yet perfectly balanced combinations. Each dish is a burst of flavor. The young chef lives up to his reputation: talented, inspired, and generous in his work. A true gem.

02/07/2026: How can you make a reservation to celebrate an event and end up at home with the manager completely indifferent...? So, how can I put it...? Tonight we're celebrating our wedding anniversary. We booked your restaurant for 8 pm for an outdoor table...it's so hot! There was a slight problem at home, so I called at 7:45 pm to let them know we'd arrive between 8:15 pm and 8:30 pm. Being in the tourism industry and a business owner, I think it's the least you can do... The woman thanked me profusely and said, "See you later." A 20-minute drive later...we arrived at 8:20 pm, 10 minutes before the scheduled time...the young man who greeted us noticed there was a problem...called the manager... "Oh, you're seated there...under a pergola, with no air...a heated aquarium...I would have preferred to be inside with the air conditioning!" When I told her, "I booked an outdoor table," she replied, "Well, it's outside, not inside, and we just have to deal with whoever arrives!" Zero apology and zero consideration. You're here, ladies and gentlemen, to make money, regardless of customer service... not very nice. You won't last long... especially with all the social media and word-of-mouth in our small villages. So we went home to eat on our cool terrace, stunned by such a lack of professionalism, which we'll be sure to spread the word about. The only positive point? We'll remember this birthday, but we'll remember you too...

05/05/2026: We had a great evening at Les Poulettes Batignolles. The food was amazing: high quality ingredients, very well seasoned,... We truly enjoyed it. The service was also impeccable: very friendly, we received good advice on wine,... We would 100% recommend the restaurant and will definitely return if we are around again!

10/05/2026: As long-time customers of Domaine de Bellevue, we have unfortunately noticed a decline over time, both in service and in the quality of the facilities. We feel that the commercial aspect is now taking precedence over the quality of the welcome and the customer experience. The spa was quite dirty: the bin hadn't been emptied after the previous guests, the toilets were dirty, and the floor was covered in hair (photos available). Furthermore, we spent over €500 for our visit as a family of three. Since afternoon tea wasn't served until 6:00 PM, we asked if it would be possible to each have a small cookie with our glass of champagne while we waited. The brunch cookies were still on the table, the plate was full, and there were no other guests, but we were refused. We found this particularly unprofessional and quite disappointing. Also, during our afternoon tea, the hot chocolate was actually just flavorless hot milk, and we were refused a cappuccino because the waitress didn't know how to make one… The massages, however, were very good. It's a shame, because we've always enjoyed coming to this establishment, but this experience unfortunately no longer reflects the standard and quality of service we were used to.

03/05/2026: A gem... an exceptional setting offering a true haven of peace with a top-notch team! The staff are kind, professional, attentive, and generous, not to mention the creativity and talent of the chefs in both the kitchen and pastry shop... A feast for the eyes and the palate... an address not to be missed, whether for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or for seminars and corporate events. I highly recommend Domaine de Bellevue!
