17/09/2026: We were lucky enough to book at the last minute. Unfortunately, we were seated in the middle, which was a bit of a shame since there were several seats available behind us. We chose the four-course tasting menu. The portions were quite small, even though the flavors were original and sometimes surprising. Since it's a surprise menu, you should expect to encounter some ingredients or combinations that you might not particularly like. Overall, the experience was interesting, but we would recommend choosing the six-course tasting menu to better appreciate the different options and have a more satisfying portion size.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with remarkable warmth and professionalism, but it was truly the attentive presence of Alexandre, our server, that transformed this meal into a truly unforgettable gastronomic experience. Alexandre possesses an impressive knowledge of every dish on the menu. He didn't simply list the options, but took the time to explain the culinary techniques, the premium ingredients used, and above all, the philosophy behind each of the chef's creations. It's rare to encounter such a passionate and knowledgeable professional who can truly guide his guests. What particularly struck us was his expertise in food and wine pairings. Alexandre suggested wine selections that perfectly complemented each dish, explaining the aromas, the terroirs, and why these wines enhanced our palates. His recommendations were relevant and very well-reasoned—it was clear he truly knew his stuff. Throughout the meal, Alexandre struck the perfect balance between discretion and attentiveness. He was always there when we needed him, without being intrusive. He anticipated our requests with thoughtful care, pouring our drinks at the perfect moment, clearing our plates smoothly, and regularly checking that everything was to our satisfaction. The service was impeccable – prompt, courteous, and genuinely kind. Alexandre created such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere that time seemed to fly by. At the end of the meal, we found ourselves wondering where the hours had gone! The quality of the food matched the service. Each dish was a culinary work of art, flavorful and beautifully presented. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the textures harmonious, and the chef's meticulous work and passion were evident in every bite. This restaurant more than deserves its excellent reputation. It's a place where gastronomy and outstanding service go hand in hand. We will definitely be back, and we will warmly recommend Scratch Restaurant to all our friends and family who appreciate good food and truly excellent service. 02/09/2026: I've been going there for a few years now and I'm always delighted! The quality-price ratio is very good. The wait time when you order is really short compared to the 45 minutes at some pizzerias. The place is always very clean, and the kitchen (the visible part) is too. Finally, after getting sick from several kebabs in Aix-les-Bains, my stomach thanks you for doing your job properly! Don't change a thing, you're the best!

21/08/2026: I highly recommend eating there. Lots of choice, quality ingredients, and generous portions for a very competitive price. The meat and fries are excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They also have great Häagen-Dazs ice cream for dessert, with eight different flavors. Go without hesitation... perfect, and thank you!

28/08/2026: There were four of us: my wife, myself, and her two younger sisters, both of whom have severe nut allergies. The waiter asked about allergies. We told him. We then repeated it, clearly and more than once, before ordering. After a single piece of ravioli, both sisters began reacting - shortness of breath and the onset of anaphylaxis. We asked the waiter again whether there were nuts in the dish. He assured us there weren’t. Only after we pressed him repeatedly did he go to the kitchen and return with: “just pine nuts.” Just? He then told us, apparently in his opinion, that pine nuts aren’t nuts. We were speechless. One sister stabilised after medication. The other was taken to hospital. At no point did anyone apologise. No one offered to call an ambulance. A kitchen at this level should have an allergen protocol and front-of-house staff trained to use it; instead we got a shrug and a semantic argument while a guest struggled to breathe. The food is irrelevant. Avoid this restaurant if anyone in your party has an allergy.

13/08/2026: We had dinner there Monday evening and everything was magical! The chef has built a wonderful young team! Charming place, excellent food, and efficient service (very professional wait staff and Corentin the sommelier is top-notch). A great experience to start our vacation in the Luberon.

08/08/2026: We recently visited here as a family with two “teenagers,” aged 18 and 16. Reservations are a must, as you don't want to arrive only to find there is no table for you. We had a starter, main course, and dessert. The dishes were delicious, prepared with care and love. The service was pleasant during the welcome and dinner. However, towards the end, the attention waned; the staff were no longer visible, causing us to wait unnecessarily long for the bill and then to pay. That is the only point of attention; we would love to come back again 🍷
