21/06/2026: We are absolutely thrilled with this restaurant: outstanding cuisine, without exaggeration, at a Michelin-star level; a charming owner; and friendly and attentive service – you feel completely at ease. The value for money is excellent. The extensive wine list, featuring numerous exceptional wines, is a pleasant surprise. You can tell that this owner is a master of his craft and practices it with passion, striving for greater heights and working towards a Michelin star, which, in our opinion, he certainly deserves! He has created all the necessary conditions. The terrace is lovely; the only slight drawback is the traffic noise from the adjacent street, which can be heard outside. The menu changes monthly, and we will definitely be back!

06/07/2026: A fantastic welcome! We received a very warm welcome from a team that was attentive and caring. The meal was excellent and the service was perfect. We were with our dog, and the team went above and beyond, seating us in a quieter area so he would be comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment: everything was perfect!

30/06/2026: We were delighted with our evening at the Auberge de Saint-Ame. The portions were generous and the cuisine refined, all at an affordable price. The dishes were unlike anything we'd ever tasted, and incredibly delicate. We will definitely be back!

We were a little hesitant to go in because the exterior isn't particularly attractive, but once inside, it was a marvel! We were all delighted by the dishes, especially the exceptional langoustine (tartare and seared), the incredible chocolate dessert, and the impeccable, professional service. There's ample space between the tables, a calm and elegant atmosphere—everything is designed for a delightful experience. A superb discovery, 5 stars richly deserved!
