16/03/2026: First visit to La Table à Victor since the change of chef. The welcome from the restaurant's iconic waiter was as warm as ever. The menu has changed very little, with the meat dishes remaining exceptional. The wine pairing recommendations were always excellent. If we hadn't known the chef had changed, we wouldn't have noticed the difference. Excellent value for money, making this restaurant one of the best in the area!

The refined and delicate dishes are served by a super friendly duo who don't hesitate to raise their voices to sing "Happy Birthday," which is then joined by the whole room. 08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! We opted for the "Intuitions" menu, a four-course meal consisting of an amuse-bouche, two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. Everything was perfect: the flavor combinations, the portions, the taste. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special mention for the floating island with its incredible coriander jus! The staff was very pleasant and guided us through this wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

24/02/2026: Undoubtedly the best restaurant in La Garenne-Colombes, Courbevoie, Colombes, Bois-Colombes, and surrounding areas. Benoît, in the kitchen, will take you on a culinary journey with a menu that changes every three months according to the seasons. Don't hesitate to try the tasting menu and let yourself be transported into the world of creative flavor pairings from Saint-Joseph. Personally, I recommend trusting Catherine and choosing the wine pairing. Always a wonderful experience! Remember to book ahead, as it's fully booked every day for lunch and dinner.

The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with local ingredients. The staff were very pleasant, smiling, and attentive. Reservations were easy to make online. A great place, go without hesitation!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a modern setting, ample parking, and a most welcoming reception. The tasting of the appetizers and main courses demonstrated great professionalism and remarkable quality. The decor and presentation were excellent. The service was worthy of a 5-star establishment; having frequented Michelin-starred restaurants, we found that same level of service here. All four of us shared this opinion: we had a wonderful time and we will definitely return.
