Special mention for the octopus: probably one of the best I've ever eaten. Incredibly tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The presentation of the dishes is sublime; every detail is meticulously crafted. You can taste the passion and expertise in every bite. It had been a very long time since we'd had such a wonderful meal in a restaurant. This is a place that truly deserves to be discovered, and we would recommend it without hesitation. 08/07/2026: This is our second time eating at Iodin during our holiday. The food is as delicious as ever, with attentive and friendly service. Located at the foot of the pretty village of Allauch.

The chef and waitress were very friendly, the food was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the menu written entirely phonetically! Quite a puzzle, but we had a good laugh reading it 😄 We highly recommend this restaurant!

31/08/2026: Fantastic restaurant run by a charming couple. We return here year after year and have always been served consistently wonderful food. We have gluten and lactose intolerances - both of which were catered for without any problem. The price is extremely reasonable for the quality of the cooking. I am surprised this restaurant does not have a Michelin Bib Gourmand rating - it certainly delivers that level of quality.

23/08/2026: We recommended to our friends, who were visiting from the UK, to go for their wedding anniversary. They were blown away: reporting it as good as 1 Michelin Star restaurants they’ve enjoyed at home. Outstanding, occasion worthy food, with excellent, facilitative, bilingual service. One of the key points of enjoyment was that they reported spending very little time without food, because the cooking and service was so well timed. Despite the fine food, portions were still well sized, so most of their two hour experience was used eating and drinking - something very close to their hearts. When I collected them the restaurant and surrounding area was radiant with life - with a god cried playing boule on the pitch outside - and created a lovely overall atmosphere under the trees of the exterior dinning space. We can’t wait to go again ourselves!

The atmosphere was warm and stylish, and the service was friendly, attentive, and professional. I would strongly recommend if you are visiting Paris and want to try out something new. A special thank you to the chef Juan Martínez — we’ll be coming back for sure!

22/08/2026: A truly exceptional gastronomic experience. From the very first bite, the grilled sardine with garlic and black citrus set the tone: a perfect balance of intensity and freshness. The journey continued with a perfectly cooked roasted hake, enhanced by a txakoli beurre blanc and the subtle bitterness of the bell pepper and zucchini duo. Pure bliss. To top it all off, the peach Melba for dessert provided a touch of wonderful sweetness. A must-visit restaurant where every dish is a masterpiece.

16/08/2026: The rose-lychee iced tea is tasteless; with my eyes closed, I could almost mistake it for water. Given the price, it's disappointing to pay so much and get no flavor or enjoyment. Perhaps I just had bad luck? Or maybe the lemonades are better than the teas? In any case, I can't taste either rose or lychee here... However, the setting and atmosphere of the place are unique and truly charming.
