21/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery in L’Île-Rousse! The setting is simply exceptional: practically on the water's edge, with a dining room entirely surrounded by large sliding glass doors, you really feel like you're having lunch overlooking the sea and its crystal-clear waters. I chose the pasta with langoustines, a real treat! A thoughtful touch that surprised me: they even offered a black paper bib so you could enjoy your meal without worrying about splashes. A small detail that shows the care they take with the customer experience. The value for money is excellent, the ingredients are high quality, and the staff is particularly pleasant, welcoming, and attentive. I highly recommend this place for enjoying a delicious meal in an idyllic setting.

24/10/2025: Thanks to the owner, Florence, Romain, and Inès. We had a wonderful time this lunchtime. We really enjoyed ourselves; it was very refined and generous, we loved it... The octopus was magnificent, beautifully cooked, generous, nothing to complain about, and the Corsican platter was fantastic! Suitable for families with children, with delicious, crispy chicken tenders. We'll be back next time we're in La Tremblade 🙏👌 Thank you for the very friendly welcome... 21/06/2026: We are absolutely thrilled with this restaurant: outstanding cuisine, without exaggeration, at a Michelin-star level; a charming owner; and friendly and attentive service – you feel completely at ease. The value for money is excellent. The extensive wine list, featuring numerous exceptional wines, is a pleasant surprise. You can tell that this owner is a master of his craft and practices it with passion, striving for greater heights and working towards a Michelin star, which, in our opinion, he certainly deserves! He has created all the necessary conditions. The terrace is lovely; the only slight drawback is the traffic noise from the adjacent street, which can be heard outside. The menu changes monthly, and we will definitely be back!

01/05/2026: We had the pleasure of discovering Le Saint Joseph by enjoying the “Intuition” menu, on a double special occasion for us. From the moment we arrived, the tone was set: absolutely incredible service, at once warm, cheerful, natural, and exceptionally attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and guided with great care throughout the meal. As for the cuisine, the experience was simply unforgettable. Probably one of the best we've ever encountered. Each dish was remarkably delicate, both in flavor and presentation. It was a truly suspended moment, a culinary journey that leaves a lasting impression! A huge thank you for this timeless interlude, where everything—the food, the service, and the ambiance—exudes refinement and care.

08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! We opted for the "Intuitions" menu, a four-course meal consisting of an amuse-bouche, two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. Everything was perfect: the flavor combinations, the portions, the taste. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special mention for the floating island with its incredible coriander jus! The staff was very pleasant and guided us through this wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

19/06/2026: It's a true pleasure to return to this restaurant every time I travel to Nice. It's a must-visit. The dedication and love they put into their dishes are evident when you taste them. A blend of flavors from around the world with a very refined touch, all at a very good price. The ambiance is sophisticated and tastefully decorated. The service is very polite and attentive to every detail. I recommend everyone try this wonderful restaurant in La Colle-sur-Loup after visiting Saint-Paul de Vence, as it's on the way. Don't miss it!!

11/07/2026: Amazing dinner at clos d’astorg! I was dining alone and was so welcomed by the staff, particularly max, who made amazing menu suggestions. The food itself was amazing. The langoustines were perfect and the steak was great too. I also had wine by the glass with each course that was recommended by the staff and they were all excellent. One of the better dinners I’ve had in Paris. Merci!
