There's no doubt that the dishes we ordered were expertly prepared, from the meat to the fish, and from the appetizer to the dessert. Furthermore, the service was friendly and not too slow. The atmosphere is quite pleasant, especially on the terrace. Yet another restaurant that deserves to be discovered!

08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! We opted for the "Intuitions" menu, a four-course meal consisting of an amuse-bouche, two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. Everything was perfect: the flavor combinations, the portions, the taste. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special mention for the floating island with its incredible coriander jus! The staff was very pleasant and guided us through this wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

24/02/2026: Undoubtedly the best restaurant in La Garenne-Colombes, Courbevoie, Colombes, Bois-Colombes, and surrounding areas. Benoît, in the kitchen, will take you on a culinary journey with a menu that changes every three months according to the seasons. Don't hesitate to try the tasting menu and let yourself be transported into the world of creative flavor pairings from Saint-Joseph. Personally, I recommend trusting Catherine and choosing the wine pairing. Always a wonderful experience! Remember to book ahead, as it's fully booked every day for lunch and dinner.

15/03/2026: I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday dinner during a weekend in Paris, and I have nothing but praise for it. The menu offers few options, which is appreciated because less is more. All the dishes we tried were excellent, and the portions were perfect. French cuisine to enjoy and highly recommend, served in a pleasant and exquisitely attentive setting. As a suggestion, I would like the lighting to be dimmer. I will definitely return on my next visit. I loved it!

31/01/2026: Chef need to go back to cooking school. Basic things not done good. Duck breast hardly chewable, impossible to cut, skin not crunchy like a gum. So basically the problem is simple things which are not done well. Trying to be fancy, but not for the price of quality. Not to be recommended.

Unfamiliar yet amazing spices, surprising yet perfectly balanced combinations. Each dish is a burst of flavor. The young chef lives up to his reputation: talented, inspired, and generous in his work. A true gem.
