16/09/2024: Very nice place! The setting is magnificent, typical mountain. The restaurant is charming as are its staff. The food is delicious and plentiful, we had a great time as a family. I thank the team for the little attention given to the birthday cake with the candles and the digestives offered, it was very nice. I recommend this place.

11/09/2024: I would like to begin by saying we were incredibly excited to visit Astrance to celebrate our anniversary. It came highly recommended. While I was not as impressed with the food, that is all personal preferences which I understand. My rating is solely based on the experience and service. The service itself started fantastic, very attentive, what you’d typically expect of a Michelin experience; however two things were major flags in my book: 1. We were seated at 8:30, meaning our dinner finished around 10:30, right around the time of another table (I’m guessing VIPs based on the attentiveness of the staff). It seems the entire wait staff took them for a tour of the kitchen, leaving us alone in the dining area for 25 minutes waiting for our check. 2. The check was startling. We ordered the Astrance menu (7-8 courses) with the wine pairing. We’ve been to quite a few Michelin restaurants and I’ve never been charged for my first glass of champagne or tea at the end of my meal. It felt very cheap. These things should be included in a $1000+ meal. To nickel and dime your guests in this way did not feel up to the Michelin standard. All in all, I’m giving this review as feedback. Like I said, we wanted to love it as we chose Astrance to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I am sad we’re disappointed.

30/08/2024: We’ve been Astrance for a few times whenever we visited Paris. They are always our favorite restaurant. After yesterday visit Astrance (new location) is still number1 on our list. So glad chef Pascal Barbot can keep up the quality of food and we get surprises every time we visit. It’s like eating in HEAVEN! 👼🏻😇😍😂🥰

24/09/2024: Food was excellent, very delicious take on the simple baked potatoes with cream, cheese and your choice of meat or fish. The service really good and attentive. Simple food very well made, and very reasonable prices. They even invited a Francois Mitterand lookalike (complete with Beret) to seat at the table next to us.

17/09/2024: We thought it was excellent. Traditional decor, local cuisine and staff very friendly. Quality of food very good and a lot cheaper than most restaurants in Epernay. We thought that the fact that most of the diners were "local" spoke a lot and we liked their innovative Ipad style of ordering, with the waiter than taking your order from it.

26/12/2024: While passing through Saint Brieuc we were very pleasantly surprised by this creperie. The pancakes are very good and the service is perfect
