28/04/2026: We've often walked past this restaurant without going in. Today, we decided to try it and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome, the quality of the service, and especially by a beautiful plate of delicious meat accompanied by vegetables. We'll definitely be back! The prices are very reasonable, the decor is superb, and everyone is very friendly. This restaurant undeniably deserves 6 stars. See you soon, and viva Corsica! 👍

12/03/2026: Passing through on a Saturday evening with part of the team after a hockey game in Belfort, we had a reservation at La Paillotte Comtoise. They were very accommodating, as we arrived in larger numbers than expected, and they did everything they could to find a solution, including moving tables, etc. The menu is short, with a few dishes, and there's something for everyone. Everyone was delighted with the dinner, as well as the service. A very enjoyable time spent at this restaurant. P.S.: And they even had Patrimonio wine! Thank you and see you soon!

06/05/2026: We have rarely eaten so badly in France. There were four of us, and the experience was a complete fiasco from beginning to end. I ordered the asparagus and artichoke tartlet for 23 euros. The waitress herself warned me that it was small, specifying that it was a starter and that we should order another course. Furthermore, the sauce was strange, and the ingredients clashed completely. To top it all off, there was a fly swimming in the bottle of water we were served. As for my friends, they ordered flammekueches, which were extremely greasy, clearly swimming in cream, making them sickeningly delicious. It was truly a terrible experience, a level of quality we have rarely encountered. Absolutely avoid this place.

30/03/2026: A down-to-earth house, down-to-earth cuisine, friendly and competent service! It's good that places like this still exist, given the many pizzerias or Asian restaurants that are all interchangeable.

11/05/2026: Wow, everything was perfect!!! We're from Quebec, visiting Lyon, and we fell in love with this restaurant! The service was impeccable, the food exquisite, and we adored the entire experience! We even went back a second time within a few days because we loved our first dinner there so much! I highly recommend it to everyone! *A huge thank you to the maître d'hôtel on Friday, May 1st, for going above and beyond to find us a table since we didn't have a reservation!

11/05/2026: It's quite impressive to eat in this place. The colorful staff and service—the uniforms and open kitchen—lend a very formal air to the experience. The dishes are delicious, the desserts too, all for a very reasonable price.

15/02/2026: One evening, we made a reservation at L’Authentique, a restaurant I highly recommend. The food is excellent, especially the very tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat served with forest-style potatoes. The portions are very generous, and the desserts are delicious. The staff is very friendly and all gentlemen, which I think is a great touch. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the team.

15/05/2026: We had a very good lunch. The children, aged 5 and 2, were warmly welcomed with a generous meal of starter, main course, and dessert. They were able to eat like the adults and discover local cuisine. A small coloring activity for them would have been a welcome addition, much appreciated by both children and parents to keep them occupied. I recommend this establishment.
