14/04/2026: A fantastic find! Generous and very affordable menus featuring quality ingredients! We opted for the set menu at €16.50, which offered several choices: starters, two main courses, a selection of aged or fresh cheeses, and dessert. We also ordered an amber draft beer. A truly impressive cheese platter was presented on the table along with homemade jellies (hay, poppy, dandelion) and homemade desserts. The homemade jellies, honey, fruit pastes, and liqueurs are available for purchase on-site (limited quantities).

19/03/2026: A wonderful, delicious meal with excellent homemade products and the kindness of the grandmother waitress and her daughter. We will definitely return. The price is very reasonable and quite rare for a complete menu at €16.50 (starter, main course, cheese, and dessert). And of course, the delicious hay and spruce jams! A lovely discovery... Sandrine and Olivier from Ebreuil, Allier, and the sublime views on the way back down to Issoire. Thank you!

02/05/2026: Lovely little café where we stopped along the way. We had a meal and it was very good. Right in the arcades. Very quiet.

05/06/2026: Passing through for a stroll to the oppidum, we discovered this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. The welcome, the setting, a very pleasant shaded terrace, and the food—very good, generous portions, and more than reasonable prices.

30/03/2026: Where to start? Is a great location the reason why everything else has to be so horrible? Reception has a hard time speaking English so they just hang up on you when you are trying to get information. Twice. Once when we were trying to get a code for the parking. You book an extra bed for your child and when you arrive it isn't ready. Then when it comes, it is broken and it takes hours to replace. Breakfast is simply sad, really. The room is old not in a good way. Carpeted with ancient smells.. THe flip flops for the sauna are reusable. Seems like hotel management is trying to save money on the smallest things. The shower on the bathroom is awful. A small amount of water comes out of it. For the price we paid, this is most likely the worst place we have ever stayed at.

30/03/2026: The hotel is perfectly located at the foot of the slopes, with a friendly and very welcoming staff. The view of Mont Blanc from the breakfast room is magnificent. We had an excellent stay thanks to the team and the thoughtful touches in our room (pastries, water, toiletries, etc.). We will gladly return!

27/06/2026: An excellent restaurant that I highly recommend! The food is absolutely delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great skill. Every dish is a true delight. The staff is particularly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is convivial, and you immediately feel at ease. A big thank you to the entire Chatanay team! We will definitely be back.

25/06/2026: Nice, good food, but a bit long...

31/05/2026: Every year when the weather gets warmer, we've been going back to this restaurant for a long time now! But this year I'm very disappointed; the quality is definitely not the same anymore! Especially for the price we paid! The presentation was awful! Plain and ordinary! Not up to what I've experienced before: my meat was barely edible! Tough, overcooked, and dry, and the fries were frozen! I don't think I'll be going back!

31/05/2026: Having come on Mother's Day, and knowing it was busy, we were nonetheless disappointed by the slow service. We can't entirely blame the servers, who are doing their best. The ice cream sundaes were served on warm plates, so the cream was delicious. The quality of the meat was good. We were told not to be late for the 12:30 service, and it was 3:20 PM when we were finally served dessert. Don't be in a hurry! Finally, even though the meal was decent, is the price of the set menu justified?

20/04/2026: We were lucky enough to be invited to the Players Plus dinner. The meal was excellent, the service top-notch, and the atmosphere very friendly. This evening was a real pleasure. A big thank you to the entire Casino team, and especially to Emilie for her professionalism, kindness, smile, and good humor 👍

18/04/2026: The service was impeccable, but the food was poor quality! The mashed potatoes were just instant mashed potatoes! The food and cooking were tasteless. The dishes weren't even piping hot!

08/05/2026: Meeting Laurent, the waiter, who doesn't just serve drinks, he presents liquid masterpieces with the charisma of a rock star and the elegance of a sommelier on caffeine. I highly recommend it.
