16/04/2026: A lovely hotel, the most pleasant one I've ever stayed in. Knowing that I'm disabled, I called to ask if they could serve me in my room, and within five minutes, the staff arrived with a tray, smiling, attentive, and absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

12/04/2026: Love this spot in Perpignan. Le Petit Pastis has that perfect balance between relaxed and lively. Great atmosphere, always a good crowd. The club sandwich is honestly top tier, simple but done right, and the drinks hit every time. Whether it's for a quick lunch or evening drinks, it just works. One of those places you keep coming back to without even thinking about it. Shout out to Carla !

They did everything to make my wedding unforgettable, and it was! Mission accomplished. My guests were absolutely thrilled, as were my wife and I. Thank you to Anne, the owner of the venue, for everything she did for us. We were deeply touched, and I would give anything to relive that day. I highly recommend Jonathan to anyone wanting an unforgettable wedding. He will take care of everything from start to finish and will pamper you. You can trust his team; they are top-notch! The same goes for their partners: caterers, DJs, pyrotechnicians, etc. They are all competent and professional. A huge thank you to everyone, and I look forward to seeing you again.

The staff is incredibly attentive to the bride and groom. Special mention goes to Jonathan, who manages everything masterfully and knows perfectly how to take all the pressure off the couple. A huge thank you also to Anne for the decorations and flowers, created with exquisite taste and true expertise. And finally, Greg, our head waiter on the big day, whose professionalism and attentiveness were impeccable. We had a fabulous wedding. Celebrating your wedding at Château du Vivier means benefiting from a turnkey solution while still maintaining control over your choices and desires. The entire team is attentive, understanding, and does everything possible to ensure that everything runs smoothly. If we had to do it all over again, we would get married here again without the slightest hesitation. A huge thank you to the entire team!

I was still half-asleep this morning, started eating the moment the plates arrived, and only realized I should take a picture a few bites in—so the photos look a bit messy. The soft boiled egg was cooked to absolute perfection, with the whites just set and the yolk completely runny. The salmon had a natural peachy-pink color and a translucent texture, paired with lime slices (which are more fragrant than lemon) and fresh dill. You can clearly see a slight char on the surface of the sautéed mushrooms, tossed with extremely finely minced shallots and chives—this is the technique of pan-frying in butter first, then flavoring with herbs. That plate of avocado was not only fanned out (Fanned slicing), but also sprinkled with sea salt, black pepper, chervil, and even garnished with edible flowers. 12/05/2026: The Hotel Restaurant Le Normand is a charming hotel, tastefully and carefully decorated, and very quiet. The bedding is of very good quality. Well located near the beach, a 3-minute walk away. Several shops and the market are nearby. The staff is attentive to its guests. The daily specials are varied and generous. If you would like to try teurgoule, you can enjoy a dessert that won first prize at the 2026 French Championship. 🎖 We were very happy with our visit and will return.

03/05/2026: ⚠️ New Owner ⚠️ The food is basic, the fries are mass-produced, there's hardly any food on the plate... the meat is inedible... I don't recommend it, especially considering the price we paid and still being hungry afterwards.
