A very warm welcome from the owner and the gentleman in charge of service, professional and friendly. The 5-course menu was excellent, refined and appropriate for the season, accompanied by the proposed and very well-chosen wine pairing. An excellent address to try again!

29/09/2025: An excellent brasserie, the likes of which unfortunately don't exist many anymore... The dishes are generous, very fresh, and carefully prepared. The welcome was friendly, cheerful, and very professional. The mussels (bouchot, of course!) were simply delicious. All this at a very reasonable price. Faultless! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Too bad I live so far away...

27/02/2026: We were a bit lost in Laon, looking for a nice little restaurant, and stumbled quite by chance upon Le Rétro. And against all odds, the meal was exquisite! Fresh sole pan-fried to perfection for me (€38), Angus ribeye for my partner (€32), who was clearly delighted with his choice. The waitress, Gladys, was absolutely lovely. We'll cherish the memory!

01/07/2025: Pokeo is a wonderful discovery, ideally located in the heart of Levallois. The restaurant is small, so I recommend avoiding busy times—it's best to come before or after the lunch rush. The welcome is always warm: the staff is friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. You can create your own bowl according to your desires, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty ingredients: avocado, salmon, mango, various vegetables, original sauces, toppings like peanuts, goji berries, fresh herbs, etc. The combinations are endless, and the portions are very generous. I love it every time I visit! It's fresh, balanced, and filling, and the sauces are truly delicious. A small drink included in the menu would be a plus, but it doesn't detract from the quality of the meal. A refreshing and healthy spot, perfect for a lunch break with a little something extra. I highly recommend it!

09/12/2025: We discovered this place completely by chance this Monday at lunchtime while visiting the Basilica of Neuvy-Saint-Sépulcre. We received a very warm welcome despite the late hour. A chalkboard menu offered a varied selection of four starters, four main courses, and four desserts, all for €16! Truly excellent value for money. The service was attentive, careful, and quick. The place is very pleasant with its large bay window, and the furniture is simple yet very comfortable. There's plenty of space between the tables, so you don't feel cramped, unlike in some restaurants. I highly recommend this establishment for a good lunch with exceptional value for money. 06/03/2026: A fantastic discovery in Rueil! We had a wonderful time at L'Avenue restaurant. As for the food, the duck breast was simply succulent and perfectly prepared. To finish on a sweet note, the pavlova was a delight, very fresh and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is a real highlight: we were there for the Friday night karaoke, and it was truly enjoyable and friendly! Finally, a big thank you to the team for their warm and welcoming service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

10/03/2026: It was absolutely wonderful. I would rate the food and atmosphere at least 5 out of 5. The elegant waitress had a resemblance to Sade when she was younger, and I'm not sure if she was being intentional, but Sade's songs played four times while I was there... The synergy between the waitress and me created an endlessly positive atmosphere. The food itself was also perfect. I ordered white fish rillettes for my appetizer and braised lamb shank for my main course, and both were so delicious that I couldn't help but smile the moment I took a bite. Both were richly flavorful, and I enjoyed them in various ways from the moment I put them in my mouth until they disappeared from the plate. The wine recommended by the woman who resembled Sade was a perfect match, and I truly enjoyed a wonderful dinner.
