We tasted dishes prepared by a master.
The Chef will amaze you with his dishes prepared in an unexpected way, and throughout the meal, pleasant surprises await you!! Of all the addresses we have been able to visit, La forge is at the top!!!
Top service, Top chef.
Without hesitation, I recommend 200%.

11/09/2024: An overall lack of finishing touches for a restaurant in this price range, both in the dishes (which are well presented and which are good but not exceptional) and in the service (carafe of water not offered, cutlery not replaced, etc.).
One more effort and you will be at the right level 😉

Une cuisine avec de superbes produits, divinement préparés. Un accueil et une gentillesse en salle rendent la soirée au top. Juste un service un peu long, mais rien de bien méchant.

24/09/2024: Un endroit très bien situé à proximité du port du Douhet. Facilité de stationnement grâce un grand parking juste devant.
Le cadre est agréable et on ressent tout de suite une ambiance conviviale . Une équipe très sympa vous accueille avec comme chef d orchestre le patron SEB, qui des le premier contact vous met à l aise. Les produits frais de qualité ,copieux et très bien cuisinés vous sont servis rapidement .
Pour conclure un endroit à découvrir pour les gens qui veulent passer un agréable moment .

30/11/2024: The Py-r is a real experience (second experience for us in two years)
This gourmet restaurant, well located in the center of Toulouse, has two bright spaces where the tables are spaced apart, the service is professional without being stuffy.
What can we say about the food...the cooking is perfect for both meat and fish, special mention for the hake and its accompaniment.
The numerous appetizers will take you on a journey, as will the wine pairing.
09/11/2024: It is a pleasure for the eyes and the taste buds, a real refined feast. I particularly liked the staging of the sweet treats, magical. I advise you not to look at too many photos to maintain the element of surprise.
The service is discreet and efficient, thank you to the whole team for this festive and gastronomic moment!

09/09/2024: A restaurant that we shared with family for Mother's Day, a truly delicious meal, a warm welcome, almost perfect service, very very generous dishes... They meet your specific dietary needs, a terrace is offered as well as a barnum, if you cross the small road you reach a very pretty chapel then a small pleasant river of the Sioule Forte, I highly recommend. Reservation essential. Thank you for this pleasant time spent. To redo

17/01/2025: Nice welcome, spacious and pleasant restaurant. Smiling but impersonal service. Sufficient quantity of dishes. A downside for the mini welsh, sandwich bread, cheddar only and not hot enough for the cheese to flow. Average value for money. On the other hand, the excessive entrance fee?
Too bad I didn't have the little spark to have the pleasure of coming back.

small downside the glasses are not clean! fingerprints and dried water from the dishwasher yet pretty glasses it's a shame it's a detail but it's important
the music is too high!
We will come back and I recommend despite these two remarks

06/12/2024: Good address. We ate fish and chips. Impeccable service and very pleasant staff. The fries were not homemade and that's a shame for this type of restaurant. The children's fish and chips are a little tight (more breading than fish). The fish was however very good but a shade below what we tested in England and Ireland. This remains a very good address with an immediate view of the Loire.
06/12/2024: One-on-one with my partner, the meal is good and our waitress (luckily we didn't have the other one) charming. The next table looks like a family birthday meal, a waiter approaches a teenager and tells him to stop drawing (there is a toddler in this family) and eat, severe cold.

01/09/2024: Nice decoration and atmosphere. On the other hand, 0/5 for the quality of the dishes. It's clearly not worth the price. A Caesar salad served without Caesar sauce, an iced tea served in front of you at the bar with a big container that doesn't tempt you, an extremely bland avocado toast. Thanks to the boss for being understanding, the Caesar salad was not included on the bill.
31/08/2024: Located just opposite the Grand'Place, ARA has a very beautiful decoration.
Fast and very pleasant service 🥰
Wide choice of drinks such as smoothies etc.
But dishes can be improved - Poke a little bland, you don't feel enough of the sauce on the vegetables and be careful the prices are quite high (17 euros per Poke / 5 euros per drink)
But place for a very very nice coffee ☕️🥰

The kitchen, the atmosphere, the staff, everything is very good! You can come and eat there with your eyes closed
Special mention since the change of ownership and the work the place is even nicer! What are you waiting for?

As satisfied as the first.
It was fast, competent service.
We'll linger longer for desserts next time.
In any case, for the dish: we ate very well and it was good.
