27/05/2026: After we were assigned a table, we sat waiting for at least 20 minutes for a member of staff to place an order... given the pace of the staff, we then just left for another restaurant, and there the delicious food and drinks were on the table within 20.

07/06/2026: The food is top quality - seafood and fish are fresh and excellently prepared. The overall service was a hot mess. Our experience was greatly diminished by our waiter, who fawned over the tables around us while completely ignoring service at our table. We waited a long time to place our order, were not given utensils with our starters and we waited over ten minutes to finally get his colleague’s attention to get those, our shellfish entree dishes (with the detritus) were left uncleared for almost half an hour, and our glasses were never refilled. At the price point, this is lamentable service. We finally managed to get our waiter’s colleague to serve us, which salvaged the rest of our dinner. Our group was unfailingly polite and not very demanding, we merely asked for the most basic aspects of service, yet we were treated with contempt by our waiter. Dessirier - at your price point, you really need better staff.

06/06/2026: Food was good. Shame our waiter was a disaster, long wait, attitude. Luckily his colleague took over at the end to save the dinner.

02/05/2026: Passing through Guérande, we stopped at this lovely little restaurant. The staff were pleasant, there was no wait, and we enjoyed some delicious dishes. We will definitely return.

10/04/2026: I often eat here with colleagues, I highly recommend it! Try, among other things, the chicken korma with basmati rice, bell peppers, red onions, and cilantro. 20/11/2025: I'm giving it four stars because it's a good restaurant, but the manager isn't very friendly. You go in for a coffee, and the guy doesn't even crack a smile. I came with someone who wasn't feeling well, and I can understand the manager, but what happened wasn't my fault or my friend's. The guy just wanted to act all high and mighty, but he ran away from us, so that's no excuse for avoiding my gaze.

20/05/2026: A delightful stop at the restaurant on each of our visits to Corrèze: a radiant hostess; her good humor is contagious. A set menu (18€) is offered on weekdays, as well as a bistro menu for 28€ (starter/main/dessert). Excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; everything was delicious.

12/04/2026: A truly accomplished pastry chef, trained by Jean François Foucher, no less! Renowned for the quality of her products AND her kindness, you absolutely must go because, what's more, it's less expensive than those Feuillette or Meunier places that lull you to sleep with their prices per kilo... yes, really, go check it out. In short, good, homemade, passionate—let's go!

08/06/2026: The dishes were well thought out. The flavors were well balanced. However, be aware that the pork was undercooked, the veal lacked a bit of zest, and the rosé wine was too cold! The young waitress was very friendly and professional. It will be a pleasure to return and try some new dishes at this restaurant, which is definitely worth discovering!

05/06/2026: We're always so happy when we leave this restaurant. The welcome is very warm. The meal, from appetizer to dessert, is divine. The presentation is superb. It was our first time with the children. They were delighted. The children's menu is fantastic and delicious, just like the adult menu.

28/03/2026: Very quiet hotel, good location! Beautiful buildings, rustic! The food in the restaurant is sublime, friendly service! One minor downside: the shower does not work optimally, and there is a leak in the heating element in the bathroom!

13/05/2026: A wonderful discovery and a very good restaurant. We went on a Monday at lunchtime (not very busy). The food was good and generous with morels. The trout was also very well prepared. The waitress was very friendly and pleasant. The decor is tasteful (and the restrooms are clean). It's worth noting that the setting is very pleasant, near the abbey lake and its church, and the restaurant is next to a parking lot, making it easily accessible. Don't hesitate to go!

19/04/2026: The restaurant has been beautifully renovated, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious! I had the frog leg menu, and the frogs were well-seasoned and perfectly cooked! I highly recommend it!
