We didn't order a starter, but we enjoyed an unusual and delicious dish (pork spider steak), broccoli gratin, green beans and homemade mashed potatoes, a fresh and succulent green salad, and excellent desserts that you can make yourself (chocolate-covered fruit, for example)... we highly recommend this cafeteria! Enjoy your meal.

08/03/2026: We stayed at Château de Germigney for a small getaway, and everything was perfect for a wonderful time. The place is charming, elegant, and very peaceful. The staff is particularly attentive, helpful, and friendly. The spa is excellent, the rooms very comfortable, and the garden is magnificent, spacious, and beautifully maintained. A truly charming place that we highly recommend.

27/06/2025: A moment out of time, while looking for a restaurant to celebrate my birthday, I stumbled upon this place by chance. A perfect welcome, succulent and beautifully presented dishes. A wide selection of dishes using only fresh and very well-prepared ingredients. The cooking is perfect, and the sauces and side dishes are perfectly balanced. As a chef, I can assure you that the chef and his team will undoubtedly delight your taste buds. As luck would have it, things work well. See you soon, and thank you again.

24/11/2025: A place like few others left in France! Arriving on our motorcycles, a bit dirty after a ride through the forest, we were warmly welcomed by the owner and invited to discover the local cuisine prepared by his wife. If you're passing through the region, it's well worth a visit, provided you have a sense of humor 😉 It will remain a very fond memory and a wonderful encounter for us.

22/08/2025: Four of us had a delicious three course set menu, with four choices for each course, for €32 each plus drinks. We sat outside and were served by the friendly host and his wife who prepared our meals. A very enjoyable time was had by all. I would certainly recommend.

19/02/2026: Originally from Guadeloupe and visiting the city, we came for lunch. We stopped at the Place Nationale, saw the restaurant, and noticed it was full, but we wanted to get some information (if they offered other services or if we could come another day) and ask questions. The waitress, barely arrived, offered a less than warm welcome, didn't take the time to listen to us, and promptly ushered us towards the exit, suggesting another restaurant. It's not my habit to criticize a restaurant, and one can understand certain situations, knowing that the restaurant business isn't easy. But there's an art to how you interact with customers; first impressions are crucial. This review isn't intended to criticize this establishment, but rather to encourage the staff to be more attentive to how they welcome potential customers. I am responding to your feedback: Sir, your sarcastic response only confirms the lack of professionalism we experienced. Before writing a review, we took the time to consult your positive feedback. Unfortunately, the reality was quite different. To claim that it is abnormal to enter a full restaurant to ask for information or make a future reservation is a rather peculiar view of hospitality. You praise the welcome "Madame" gives to your regular customers, but on that day, for us, as Black and Afro-descendant women, the welcome was icy and the expulsion swift. This stark contrast between the glowing reviews and our experience raises a legitimate question about the impartiality of your service. And yet, my colleague returned to calmly tell "Madame" that the way she spoke to me could have caused discomfort, and I was. She became defensive and even more dismissive. Finally, please be aware that your fellow restaurant owners in the city, where we were received with the respect due to any customer, were the first to be shocked by your attitude and do not share your vision of service at all. A true professional knows how to question themselves instead of hiding behind their "regulars" to justify discriminatory behavior.

18/02/2026: Excellent cuisine, beautifully presented dishes, and impeccable service. Smiles and friendliness are always present. All this at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this restaurant located under the arcades of the lovely Place Nationale in Montauban.

16/02/2026: Bad experience. Rissoto with a few scallops on a small plate and dessert for 25 euros!!! When I pointed out while paying that the rissoto with scallops was insufficient, they told me it was leftovers from the Valentine's Day menu... I'm very disappointed and consider it a rip-off... Because 35 euros for a main course, dessert, 25cl of rosé, and a coffee is outrageous! I won't be back.

15/02/2026: We came to celebrate a birthday at this restaurant and what can I say! I have nothing but praise. The food was beyond excellent: the verrines were beautifully presented, I savored a salmon tataki as a starter, and for the main course I was lucky enough to enjoy a succulent perch fillet with its butter sauce, dauphinoise potatoes, and ratatouille. The service was simply perfect—quick, cheerful, and always with a smile! The restaurant is very well laid out, with a beautifully designed space that encourages conviviality and conversation. A big thank you for this wonderful afternoon! ☺️

30/10/2025: Visited as a family during the All Saints' Day holiday. The setting and atmosphere weren't great, but the waiter was quite efficient. The main drawback was the food, which wasn't to our taste... the fish soup was too salty, served with stale bread instead of croutons, and the rouille was bland. The red mullet fillet was unseasoned and served with lukewarm mashed potatoes, all swimming in oil... On the other hand, the children's menu was a hit. Very mixed feelings.

15/03/2026: Centre commercial spacieux et très aéré sauf pour le parking souterrain, il ne faut pas avoir de voiture de taille "normal" car les coups de porte son nombreux dû au peux de place.

25/03/2026: A superb restaurant in a typical village south of Coutances. Homemade cuisine using excellent local produce, all beautifully presented. The welcome is warm and the value for money is unbeatable. A gem not to be missed.
