23/05/2026: We stopped at Le Relais des Deux-Chaises restaurant during our journey. The dishes were generous and delicious! The waiter was friendly and professional! The brick pastry appetizer was truly excellent! Thank you! 😁

31/05/2026: While the staff were very friendly, the food was decidedly less so. We paid 45 euros per person for an à la carte meal that was more like something you'd find in a cheap diner.

20/05/2026: We ate there on Tuesday, May 19; it was downright disgusting! Three repulsive pieces of meat, and for the exorbitant sum of €32, twice! It is incomprehensible; it is unworthy of a restaurant. I doubt the chef's competence. We come to Goudargues on holiday every year, but I will never set foot in there again! The bill came to €90.

03/07/2026: Frankly, I don't understand the good reviews. The service is really poor; you definitely get the feeling you're bothering them. Not a smile, barely a hello—it's a shame for a local shop. And the products don't make up for the rest. I tried several things, and nothing stood out; quite the opposite, in fact. The bread is ordinary, the pastries lack flavor, and the cakes are disappointing. Given the prices, I expected much better. Just a few minutes away, you're much better off going to the bakery in Parc Monceau, where the service is far more pleasant and the products are significantly better. For me, there's no comparison. I won't be going back.

We felt the whole experience had improved significantly: very professional and friendly staff, classic cuisine with an intelligent twist, and a superb setting.

Very pleasant staff, very good food, although the Caesar salad had a bit too much dressing, but the presentation was original. The suckling pig and the small salad of baby squid and shrimp were excellent...

02/05/2026: There were six of us. The service was quick despite the crowd. The main course was good. The only downside was the dessert. Nothing exceptional, and I had to send mine back because the panna cotta was full of gelatin lumps. They apologized afterward and didn't charge me for it.

We opted for ice cream for dessert, which was excellent. The service was top-notch, and the dining room was quite quiet. They accept holiday vouchers. We are delighted with this restaurant.
