29/10/2025: An incredible place, cuisine just as we dreamed of that evening, 100% local produce, and meat cooked to perfection over a wood fire (the duck breast)! The scallops as a starter were cooked to perfection, and for me, the cod fillet with its generous and exquisite confit of forgotten vegetables as a main course was a delight. Finally, the fig crumble for dessert was simply marvelous (well, if I had to suggest one improvement, it could have used a little more fruit for my taste, and there was too much crust). But in short, everything was top-notch! Please don't change the authenticity at all... Thank you again, and congratulations, I highly recommend it!

26/10/2025: A great discovery, we stopped by chance with our son and our dog, looking for a place to stop for lunch. This restaurant is really very pleasant, we had lunch on the terrace surrounded by nature. We appreciated this beautiful cuisine with quality ingredients. The pan-fried foie gras is superb and the duck too. The fish is beautifully cooked with successful accompaniments. For lovers of quality in a calm and pleasant setting.

01/03/2026: I ate there a few weeks ago and it was perfect for me. The menu was excellent, the portions were generous, the food was well-prepared, and the atmosphere was exactly what I expect from a restaurant: calm. The service was good. I would gladly go back (maybe not during peak season if it's too crowded). Go without hesitation.

09/10/2025: Let's start with the negative points, where some improvements would be welcome: the restaurant is rather ordinary and uninviting, and the welcome is a bit cold (thanks to the Chilean apprentice for warming us up with his smile!). On the other hand, we ate extremely well, with delicious and very well-presented dishes (prawns, swordfish), which makes it a good place to which we will gladly return.

20/03/2026: It is with genuine pleasure that I post this review; indeed, I have been a regular at Crescendo, located next to the Leclerc supermarket in Hauconcourt, Moselle, for quite some time. I sincerely want to thank the team surrounding the extraordinary manager, who will recognize himself, and who orchestrates his superb team so wonderfully. I will mention, as is only appropriate, a portion of his team, all incredibly kind and possessing a level of professionalism that is quite rare these days…yes, indeed. So, I would like to acknowledge, among others, Léa, Christophe, Eva, Tony, Ryade (the Pizza Master), Yasmine, Pierrot, Fiona, Virginie, Sophie, Sylvie…and especially the extraordinary Carine! Her efficiency is literally beyond compare, I'm not mincing words…and many others, of course, that I'm forgetting. It's easy to praise a restaurant…believe me, this one is top-notch! I know what I'm talking about. A constantly varied menu, quality, speed, and incredibly competitive prices. Professionalism, efficiency, kindness, and good humor! Believe me, the superlatives are not an exaggeration. A huge thank you to all of you for what you do, for what you give of yourselves to us, your customers. Your job is far from easy. Today I tried the crispy duck, a pure delight, served with a red cabbage purée, one of many vegetable options available. A real treat. Thanks to Christophe, who's always in a good mood, and thanks to the whole team, I love you all! ——————- Always satisfied with this cafeteria. The staff, whom I've known for a long time now, are extremely friendly and competent. The value for money is excellent, especially these days. A special mention for the pizzas and flammekueche, which are excellent. Thank you.

Tonight, my son and I were served by a very kind, professional, and pleasant waiter. Pure bliss! Thank you, sir, for your simplicity, kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. I think this might be my last fondue of the year, but I can't wait for the next one. Congratulations to this establishment, which has been around for 26 years (a fact I just learned tonight 🤫)!

17/01/2026: We ordered in advance, but the starters were forgotten on the day. The food was of poor quality. The service lacked professionalism. In short, we were very disappointed.

22/12/2025: We came by chance, and we were pleasantly surprised. Very good, very generous portions, and the staff were very friendly.

23/11/2025: We arrived as a group of five adults and an 18-month-old child, without a reservation, and were warmly welcomed. There were no vegetarian options available that day, but the chef kindly and happily offered an alternative at no extra charge. We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert, and all three were delicious. Homemade, excellent value for money. We highly recommend it and will definitely return! Thank you again for the thoughtful touches for our baby.

12/03/2026: We came as a group of four and what a welcome! So hospitable and professional! The dishes were DELICIOUS! Beautifully presented with high-quality ingredients… for €28 per person, we enjoyed a hake fillet with baby vegetables, a pavlova with fresh fruit… and a delicious amuse-bouche, all with a glass of wine included in the €28! The setting on the terrace is fantastic 🤩. Service and quality right down to the coffee ☕️!! You won't be disappointed by the entire team! 👍

13/03/2026: A very warm welcome from the owners, a kitchen team that seems genuinely happy to be there, and it makes all the difference in the food. The portions are generous, filled with fresh ingredients despite the many options on the menu. A well-stocked wine cellar with local wines at very reasonable prices, all in a cozy atmosphere by the fireplace. Everything is in place for a wonderful time with friends, family, or as a couple. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything!
