01/06/2026: Hello, we were passing through with our family of eight, including lunch, overnight stay, and a generous breakfast. A charming, quiet stone inn with a very warm welcome. The food was excellent, and the little candle for our daughter's birthday was a lovely touch. The prices were reasonable, and the owners and staff were delightful. Don't hesitate to come.

30/07/2026: A truly wonderful discovery. I arrived late, just as the kitchen was closing. Despite this, the chef kindly agreed to reopen his stoves especially to prepare a meal for me. This gesture of generosity and professionalism deserves to be highlighted. The meal was simply exceptional: high-quality ingredients, generous portions, perfectly executed and bursting with flavor. You can taste the passion and expertise in every dish. A huge thank you also to the entire kitchen team and staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and attentiveness. I was never made to feel like I was late; quite the opposite, in fact: I was greeted with a smile and genuine care. Establishments like Le Petit Roland are becoming rare. People come here for the delicious food, but they return above all for the warmth, the chef's passion, and the quality of the service. An address I recommend without hesitation.

We particularly appreciated the exquisite presentation, the precise cooking, and above all, the exceptional quality of the sauces, which added a great deal of elegance and depth to the dishes. The flavor combinations were delicate and highly successful, with a special mention for the mint-chocolate pairing in the dessert, which was subtle, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. A refined, creative, and sensitive cuisine, where you can feel the genuine care taken with every detail. A truly wonderful restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend.

The owners' kindness is truly remarkable. It was a real pleasure chatting with them and seeing the passion they put into their work.

I highly recommend La Traverse in Les Estables! A very good experience, and I'll gladly return. 😊

04/07/2026: The staff were pleasant, however, if you're planning a family trip, this isn't ideal: the bathroom doesn't lock (and there's only one chair for two people). If you're looking for exceptional cleanliness, this isn't ideal either: stained cushions, crumbs on the floor, and even a long hair... the shower head sprays everywhere, and there's a musty smell as soon as you enter the room. Then there's the cleaning lady who enters the room at 10 am, knowing that check-out is at noon. On the other hand, the staff are very pleasant, the hotel is well-located, and parking is available.

27/06/2026: As part of a training course, I spent six weeks at this incredible hotel. The setting is magnificent. The rooms are very clean, with a large desk for working and a very comfortable bed. The staff is lovely and attentive; they went above and beyond, truly concerned about their guests' well-being. And above all, the food is superb, with generous portions and a menu that changes daily. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return when I'm in the area! 😁 And thank you again for everything.
