16/04/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional gastronomic experience! We just had an absolutely remarkable lunch at La Chamade, and it would be a shame not to share it. The asparagus ravioli was a real highlight: refined, elegant, and executed with precision and delicacy. A dish that immediately reveals the chef's mastery of the cuisine. The black pudding—served here without the traditional apples—was a true discovery: generously filled, cooked with care and creativity. You can tell that each plate is thoughtfully designed, not simply assembled. The ingredients are undeniably fresh. It makes all the difference. The Savoy wine, chosen simply from the wine list, proved to be beautifully elegant on the palate—a very pleasant surprise. And the gourmet coffee… a delight! A wonderful way to end an equally wonderful meal. But what perhaps surprised us most was the value for money: frankly, the price is very reasonable. That's rare, and it deserves to be highlighted.

19/04/2026: A rip-off. Very high prices for mediocre quality, and don't even think about asking for ketchup; they'll charge you €1.50. The restaurant is in a passageway and, to top it off, in the shade.

17/04/2026: I loved everything: the menu, the service, the quality of the meats and appetizers (the homemade foie gras is incredible, the pierrade is a must-try, the setting is peaceful (it was April, after all), and a big thank you to the lovely servers). It was our first time at Le Bœuf sur le Quais, and we can't wait to come back and try other dishes (we had a hard time choosing!). I almost wanted to keep the place a secret, but I have no choice but to recommend it and invite you to try this restaurant.

26/04/2026: I was only at the restaurant. The setting was magnificent, with a breathtaking view of the lovely priory bay and decor that perfectly complemented the natural surroundings. Such a setting invites tranquility, which the somewhat rushed and, for some, insensitive service prevented from being fully appreciated. I should clarify, however, that this observation doesn't apply to all the staff. But indeed, no one needs to empty the bottle of champagne before the starter, and it's a shame to have to repeat this without noticing a certain irritation with the service. The simplest solution would be to let customers serve themselves, if they request it or demonstrate it. The cheese service was also a bit rushed. This is somewhat of a shame considering the quality of the dishes, which seemed to be a tribute to the beauty of the landscape, with a special mention for the leek, in my opinion. I would also suggest a menu more suited to the developing palates of our children. In any case, despite some early-season adjustments, the evening was good.

18/03/2026: A small restaurant where we ate for the first time. The starter was good: Serrano ham croquettes, the four prawns were a bit small, and the risotto was unfortunately undercooked and not very creamy (3 euros extra). The dessert was average and not homemade (2 euros extra), all for 25 euros... We wondered if this was the menu every day since there was no daily special... meh.

13/03/2026: We absolutely loved this restaurant! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the tastefully decorated dining room. The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared, and bursting with flavor. Special mention also goes to our waitress, who was incredibly kind and attentive. A wonderful experience from start to finish, with truly remarkable value for money. We will definitely be back!

Nine holes in the morning, lessons with the owner (Jean-Marie Carret), an exceptional driving range with TrackMan and a touchscreen… it's even better than watching it on TV! 10/05/2026: The waitress was unpleasant and made snide remarks. As for the food, the meat was good, but serving dry salmon without sauce, considering the price, is a bit much. On the other hand, for the ice cream, they might as well just serve water; it would be quicker. And I couldn't taste the chocolate sauce. We ordered two sundaes that melted in 30 seconds, while a child ordered a scoop of ice cream that didn't melt for 5 minutes, even though they were served at the same time. If I can give a positive point, the setting is very beautiful and your mojitos are very good.

31/03/2026: Every time we're in Alsace, we make a detour to this lovely restaurant, tucked away in the forest but not too far from town, with a large free parking lot. We're always greeted with a smile and good cheer. The dining room is spacious and the decor is pleasant. The tables are well-spaced, the food is top-notch, and there's a large terrace in the summer. The tarte flambée is perfectly cooked and beautifully topped. As for the desserts, even if you've already had a good meal, don't miss them! (The giant profiterole is amazing!) Excellent value for money. Well done, keep it up!

15/05/2026: Once again, we were delighted with the €18.90 set menu: Starter, main course, and dessert with fresh fish or meat. The dishes were very good. The children's menu was also good value for money. The view from the seafront terrace was fantastic. The only downside today was that the waiter was really very (too) rushed, which didn't really allow for any relaxation for the other customers... We will definitely be back!

11/05/2026: This restaurant boasts a superb location right on the seafront. The daily special is very affordable and remains the same price all year round, even during peak tourist season. The interior is beautifully appointed, and the homemade dishes are delicious and well-presented. The staff has been the same for years and is very attentive. Go without hesitation!
