12/02/2026: What a treat to find a restaurant that excels in every way: the welcome, the service, the warm and family-friendly atmosphere, and the chef even comes to greet you at the end of your meal (a rare find!). A truly exceptional meal where every dish is delicious, refined, and creative. Bravo! 👏

11/05/2026: The food was decent, but I didn’t feel it was particularly authentic. The pasta was good but slightly overcooked, and the sauces were okay. Service was friendly, but everything moved quite slowly. It’s fine, but not somewhere I’d particularly recommend.

06/05/2026: A wonderful discovery, a bit of a happy accident, in the heart of old Montpellier! This restaurant, located on a small street in the historic center, offers a charming setting with its exposed stone walls and vaulted cellar ambiance. The dining room is intimate and warm, ideal for a pleasant meal. The staff is welcoming and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. As for the food: delicious, well-prepared dishes made with excellent ingredients. An address I highly recommend.

24/04/2026: We came as a family during the kite festival, and all the restaurants were packed. The waiter kindly arranged our table for nine on the terrace, but we had a wonderful time. The food was simple but good, excellent value for money, and the sunny terrace was lovely. The waiters were very friendly and attentive! I highly recommend it!

Excellent and varied crêpes, from savory to sweet, the service is very pleasant and friendly, and the desserts are homemade, which is a welcome change from some restaurants. Really great! A very good family-run establishment.

28/02/2026: We regularly go to Fin Chapon because the welcome is always warm, the service excellent, and the food is made with local produce. We always have a wonderful time as a family, and our children love going back. I highly recommend this restaurant!

06/04/2026: Without a doubt, the best ice cream I've ever had. However, the manager is appalling, openly belittling his employees in front of customers. We left before even ordering. It's a disgrace. This young man didn't deserve to be belittled and humiliated in front of everyone. My best wishes to the employees.

05/04/2026: The ice cream is excellent! And the icing on the cake is that it's the first time in France I've been served a ristretto coffee like in Italy! I loved the experience.

20/03/2026: Lunch was a bit disappointing. We ordered the Saint-Marcelin duck burger with grated cheese. The burger was average and a little unbalanced: the Saint-Marcelin cheese was simply placed on top of the steak, with only two small pieces of duck breast hidden underneath. The grated cheese, on the other hand, was delicious, but on its own... and very small. For the price, we would have appreciated a bit more generosity and attention to presentation, as the potential is there. I must, however, commend the kindness and professionalism of the waitresses, which made the experience pleasant nonetheless.

14/04/2026: Pleasant terrace. IMPORTANT: Payment by cash or check only! Forget about using restaurant vouchers or cards. I wasn't given a menu. I was told verbally. I understand it's a set menu. So no choice. Too bad.
