04/08/2026: Perhaps the best way to discover Gevrey-Chambertin. The setting is magnificent, the food is excellent, and the wine is exceptional. The staff is very pleasant; I highly recommend this place.

30/07/2026: Nice place with an impressive wine list. The food is classic bistrot fare, well executed, rich, and satisfying, though we found it quite heavy and the portions were on the large side. The main downside for us was the service. While the staff were professional and efficient, the experience felt a bit impersonal. We missed a little warmth and a more personal touch.

13/08/2026: This restaurant is perfect! The galettes are a delight! The salads are generous with very fresh and delicious ingredients. The crêpes are excellent and visually appealing—a real treat! The young woman serving was very pleasant, smiling, kind, and accommodating. I highly recommend Le Comptoir Breton.

23/07/2026: Lunch at a table in the street, shaded and with a gentle breeze - perfect! Service was timely, forgiving of my less than perfect french, and beautifully relaxed. 4 courses of heavenly food for €37 - wow! Lentil and goats cheese starter - sublime Onglet of beef with a Dijon mustard sauce, garlicky, herby roast potatoes and a few roast veg - delicuous Plate of local cheeses - 4 different and all divine Desert - pretty and tasted even better than they looked. If you're looking for a good spot for lunch, park at Les Halles and stroll to Le P'tit Bouchon.

We're always greeted with a smile by the owner and his family, which creates a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their establishment. The food is excellent, the ingredients are high-quality, the setting is beautiful, and we always have a wonderful time. A big thank you to the whole team for your hospitality and professionalism. 06/08/2026: Rude people at the reception bar, not even a minimum effort to get a table when clearly there was space. No effort at all to speak any other language beyond French. Avoid this at all cost!
