10/03/2026: A short visit to Albi in September. We arrived at the restaurant a bit too early, so it was still closed. It's quiet and beautifully situated with a large courtyard. Centrally located in the town center. If we visit Albi again, we'll definitely eat at this restaurant. Our host highly recommended the excellent cuisine.

His presence and professionalism greatly contribute to making each meal a memorable experience. All this with exceptional quality for a gourmet restaurant of this caliber. A must-visit that I wholeheartedly recommend. For many years, this restaurant has been a welcome respite for me.

The ingredients were top-notch, and even though I don't like truffles, they were kind enough to put the sauce on the side so I could add it to my liking. A fantastic experience.
