26/05/2026: Had an experience with front desk. Upon realizing they had erred with my parking arrangements, instead of apologizing or acknowledging the mistake, front desk staff was dismissive and stated what was the big deal- I’d just be paying a few more euros. I was surprised by the response - obviously a few euros is something I could cover, but the reaction was rude and condescending. Very inappropriate response to a guest. Just acknowledge the mistake - don’t brush it away as unimportant. Arthur/Anton could use some more training on how to handle guest services.

09/07/2026: A very good experience at this restaurant! The waitresses were smiling and friendly. We tried the starter and the daily special and thoroughly enjoyed them! The sauces were excellent, and some of the dishes were original and delicious! The portions were a good size for the price. I highly recommend this restaurant! PS: Rémi is just as good as he is in Ratatouille!

26/07/2026: For my birthday, I was introduced to L'AIGLE D'OR. An incredible discovery! A rainbow of top-of-the-range flavors, fine dining just the way I like it. In a soft, intimate atmosphere, a soothing setting overlooking the lake. What could be better for a moment of sharing and guaranteed relaxation? Don't hesitate for a second, the "Rabbit Rabble" is exquisitely prepared. There's technique, texture, and an overflowing dose of passion. I chose the CAPRICE menu, which can be adapted to suit individual tastes and preferences. Thank you to the Chef who shares his culinary secrets and to the team of servers who are true experts.

18/07/2026: We had a wonderful, welcoming, and warm evening celebrating our 8th anniversary. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the food was exquisitely delicate and of exceptional quality! The setting was magnificent and peaceful, with a breathtaking view of the lake. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend L’Aigle d’Or!

30/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! The place is charming and peaceful, and the food is excellent with discreet, pleasant, and efficient service. The Norman cheese platter is also worth trying, as are the desserts. In short, it was a great pleasure shared with friends; there were four of us.

19/07/2026: First time visiting this restaurant for a birthday, and what a wonderful surprise! We had a reservation, and that lunchtime, we were the only customers. A huge thank you to the entire team for honoring our reservation and opening the restaurant just for us. We truly appreciated this thoughtful touch, which made us feel very special. To's welcome was warm, discreet, and highly professional. We were able to choose our table in the air-conditioned dining room, a real bonus in the heat. We opted for the Sensation menu, and it was flawless from start to finish. Each dish was delicious, with original and perfectly executed flavor combinations. The crunchy touches from the almonds and peanuts added a lovely texture and further enhanced the dishes. The presentation was remarkable: each plate was a true work of art. Special mention goes to the dessert and its spectacular blown sugar pearl, as beautiful as it was delicious. A real gem! The restaurant also boasts a magnificent view of the valley, just a few minutes from Grenoble. The value for money is excellent considering the quality of the food, the setting, and the service. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend. Many thanks again to the entire team for this unforgettable lunch. Having a gourmet restaurant open just for us was a real luxury! See you soon!

07/07/2026: Nice bistrot close to La Geode and cité des sciences. Very friendly staff and the kids menu is good. The restaurant is very large and was empty (only 4 other groups of friends/family), but the covered terrace was OK. The food was just good. The salad was lacking some sauce and the steak tartare without too much taste.

20/07/2026: Superb experience! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The dishes were extremely good and very original. I had a wonderful time, thank you! The price of the tasting menu is reasonable considering the number of courses served.

19/07/2026: Deliciously inventive cuisine, attentive yet unobtrusive service, a charmingly rustic terrace... everything was perfectly in its place, and the dishes served, from the amuse-bouches to the petits fours, were a feast for the eyes and the palate! A huge congratulations to the chef and his wife for their consistent excellence, as this establishment, we were told, has been around for 25 years. We will return to the Gers region, and we will certainly return to the Auberge du Prieuré. Gaël & Antony

03/07/2026: I've lived in Paris for years, and yet this is the first time I've fallen in love with a place! The waiter, who's also the manager, prepared delicious and anything but boring mocktails. The decor makes the place perfect for getting closer. If you see this review, don't hesitate any longer! Let's go! ;)
