An intimate setting for delicate cuisine that seeks unusual flavor combinations. And the best foie gras I've eaten in 40 years. Perfectly cooked and inventive. The wine list is very sophisticated, with an impressive variety of wines by the glass.

The food is exceptional in taste and portions. Joe served us...he has a lovely jokey vibe ...lifts your spirits...have to say all of the staff were brilliant....definitely worth a visit....you won't be disappointed.

13/12/2024: The front of the restaurant is not inviting but when you walk through the door, you will take a leap back to the 1930s and will be able to appreciate the excellent home-cooked cuisine. The place is a former coaching inn, we enjoyed ourselves from starter to dessert. The owner described each dish served to us. I highly recommend this place, a very good surprise. Good value for money.

08/12/2025: On a friend's recommendation, we came here for lunch as a family (6 adults, a 2.5-year-old, and a 5-month-old baby) while exploring the Alsatian Christmas markets, and we had a wonderful time! The atmosphere was warm, the decor authentic, the waitress incredibly friendly and helpful, the food delicious, and the portions generous. I highly recommend it!

On the menu, salmon rice or flank steak and fries.
I took the second menu.
The meat was excellent and so were the home fries.
Everyone enjoyed both menus.
The service is impeccable: efficient and with a smile.
We just regretted the absence of a homemade sauce served with the flank steak.
I recommend this very nice little restaurant.

28/06/2025: Very good restaurant with fixed price dinner menu at 39 euros for two courses + tea/coffee. I was pleased to be surprised with a great little amuse-bouche to start. Limited choice, but if you like what's on offer then it's definitely worth a visit. Food was well-presented and very imaginative. Service was very friendly, although did become a bit patchy as the restaurant filled up.

10/01/2025: We had lunch at this hostel on January 3 after a morning of snowshoeing, despite the fact that we arrived 30 minutes before our reservation time, we were very well received and still settled in, despite the crowds in the establishment.
We had a great time, perfect service, the staff is very friendly, excellent meals, plentiful and tasty.
Experience to repeat without problem, I recommend the Gaschney Inn.

09/06/2025: You could not ask for a better value than the menu de saison at Au Bon Accueil. The staff (ask for Pascal) is engaged, the service is prompt, and the entire affair from beginning to end is enjoyable. There is a good reason for this restaurant being recommended by Michelin. I have been four or five times in the past year, and will go four or five times in the coming year.

Everything went well during the meal. The staff was very welcoming, the food was delicious (I recommend the sauerkraut 😁), and the service was fast and very helpful in heating up my baby's food.
It's possible to bring a stroller; there's enough room if necessary 😁
I recommend this establishment without hesitation 😁
(My rating concerns the restaurant, as I didn't need to rent a room.)
