09/07/2025: I've been a regular customer at this establishment for years and always enjoy dining in this welcoming space. Everything is delicious, it's always hard to choose. I highly recommend it. The menu even changes regularly, allowing you to see new things.

09/12/2024: Thomasian: Alsace is thematically good! A great discovery in the heart of Strasbourg! Le Thomasien offers a typically Alsatian experience in a warm and authentic atmosphere. The cuisine is generous and delicious, with perfectly executed regional specialties. Special mention for their tasty sauerkraut and crispy tartes flambées, all accompanied by a Christmas muscat and a little Riesling. The service is very professional, friendly and attentive, which adds to the pleasure of the meal. An essential address for those who want to taste the flavors of Alsace in a friendly atmosphere.

24/10/2024: We came this evening as a family. A very beautiful and good evening at Casa Corsa, we leave with a stomach full of Corsican specialties. Thanks to the servers, especially Lauranne the Breton 🤌 and to the boss for this evening!

06/07/2025: Minimalist, almost clinical decor. The essentials are elsewhere. Little touches that make all the difference. The order is barely placed when the cider arrives on the table with peanuts. As for the galettes, nothing to complain about: Original and generous, they're delicious with the homemade buckwheat dough, accompanied by a welcome green salad. Two generously garnished galettes, a pitcher of cider, and two coffees for €32. It's more than reasonable. All served with enthusiasm, which is great!

19/01/2025: With all the good notes the expectation was high. But the result is disappointing. First of all, the welcome is not very warm, you are asked for your name before even saying good evening and welcome. Then once seated, between the menu for an aperitif and the arrival of the starter, it's still an interminable 45 minutes (especially since the starter was a slice of foie gras, so not very long to prepare) . This liver looked more like a liver mousse, certainly enhanced with some interesting additions. The bread is brought 2 slices by 2 slices, so you have to keep asking for more. The dish then arrives a good fifteen minutes later. I admit that it’s very good, that’s really the best part of the dinner. Finally comes the dessert, totally interesting, the taste is flat, nothing stands out, it's bland. In summary, we paid a total of €120 for 2 (with 3 glasses of wine) to spend almost 2:30 at the table. It must be the “trendy” spot in Dijon… but in my opinion it’s very overrated. We really need to rethink the rhythm of dinner! and the empathy of the waitresses!
