18/02/2026: A truly delightful discovery: this unique restaurant in the caves. No feeling of claustrophobia despite the galleries carved into the tufa rock. The service was quick despite the crowd (kudos to the waitresses and waiters!), a good, generous menu with excellent fries! I was a little disappointed because they were out of lamb chops, but the chicken fillet with mushroom sauce was also very good. A wide selection of local wines. A great atmosphere in an original setting. I highly recommend it!

04/02/2026: I had lunch today at Le Tournebride with some golf buddies... The set menu, starter, main course, and dessert, was €26.00. Everything was enjoyed, even greatly enjoyed. Modern and creative cuisine and attentive service. A place worth knowing about.

07/02/2026: Incredible! For parents of children, dining out as a family is a rare treat, but for once, we made an exception. The restaurant was fully booked for Saturday, and we understand why. The service was pleasant and perfectly paced. The attentive, caring, and responsive staff made your evening truly special. The owner, friendly, helpful, and full of excellent advice, added a personal touch that created a welcoming, homey atmosphere. That evening, the restaurant was packed with families, groups, children, dogs, and even couples... all these different groups blended together perfectly thanks to excellent organization and a flawlessly orchestrated layout. 21/02/2026: We had a wonderful evening at Le Rustique restaurant after a snowshoe hike. The porcini mushroom fondue was excellent. The games on the table and the jukebox help pass the time while waiting for service when the restaurant is full. Very suitable for families with children.

17/02/2026: A fantastic spot in Mulhouse that's well worth a visit. The service is truly excellent, and the two young women who run it are very professional. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the products. The chocolate served with the waffles is simply amazing.

We came with my array of food intolerances, and I was delighted to encounter two wonderful people who did everything to make my experience perfect, adapting to my needs and ensuring I enjoyed a delicious meal. 22/01/2026: A superb experience at Keisuke Matsushima restaurant. We tried the Karaage bar and all the dishes on offer. Everything was delicate, elegant, refined, and simple all at once. I highly recommend this place to any epicurean.

22/01/2026: We tried Keisuke Matsushima's karaage bar, and it was a disastrous experience. The food is excellent, just like at the fine-dining restaurant I used to frequent. However, at this karaage bar, you have to drink alcohol! The chef came to tell us this himself: "This isn't a place to eat," he said in a very curt tone. In that case, sir, don't call your new concept a "karaage bar," just a "bar"! Forcing people to consume alcohol is unacceptable. I was very disappointed by the chef's attitude. I won't be returning to this karaage bar or the fine-dining restaurant, as his behavior was appalling.

This restaurant has everything you could want in an excellent establishment: gourmet and refined cuisine, flavorful dishes prepared with care, and a particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The place is cozy and pleasant, with a lovely terrace that invites you to relax. You immediately feel at ease. It's an experience as enjoyable for the palate as it is for the ambiance. I highly recommend it for a romantic dinner or a get-together with friends. Set menu at €49 or €59 including starter, main course, and dessert. For two people: €120 including set menu and an aperitif. Parking nearby.
