01/02/2026: I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. The welcome was excellent, the breakfast very good, the room (number 7) lovely, and a great restaurant recommendation just steps away. One small drawback: the hot water takes quite a while to reach the shower, resulting in a bit of waste.

01/01/2026: We were welcomed to this hotel on December 31st, at the very last minute, and everything went perfectly. The couple who run it were incredibly responsive, warm, and understanding, which was a real lifesaver for New Year's Eve. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. A huge thank you for the excellent service and the professionalism of the staff. We highly recommend it and will gladly return!

06/03/2026: Came all the way from Tokyo hunting for cassoulet and Restaurant les Fabricants did not disappoint! Excellent ambience, delicious food, kind staff - a real gem! English menus and very friendly English speaking staff will make you feel right at home. The cassoulet was incredible, and the portion enormous (it was too much for a solo diner but I tried my best). Will definitely visit again on my next trip to Paris.

04/03/2026: A truly strange experience. The card reader is hidden solely to force you to pay in cash, making you believe they don't accept cards. You have to fight for several minutes to finally pay by card. Otherwise, the food is decent. The portions are generous, but some of the ingredients leave something to be desired. It's a real shame it ended like this.

16/11/2025: Haven't rated the food as we didn't eat here. The restaurant was busy and when we walked in not one staff member attended to us, we had to literally stop a member of staff to ask for a table for 2. They just shrugged and pointed to a table of 6 nearby. We then had to get more attention to get menus. Then again to order to be told there was no steak left in a rude way. So we just left. There was a noisy atmosphere and a bit pub like at the bar area which didn't make it feel like a restaurant. It is a big place with 2 floors, but they need to have enough staff to cope with the size they can cater for and train their staff better. Whilst we were waiting I noticed others also struggling to get attention and quite a lot of food left on plates, which is bever a good sign.

05/03/2026: What can I say? I go back at least once a year. The burgers are excellent, the servers are friendly, and the neighborhood is pleasant. A highly recommended place.

16/02/2026: The best burgers I've ever eaten in Paris, I have been there multiple times and never disappointed. Highly recommend, and my personal favorite is the "La Douce France"

04/02/2026: We had a great time, received a very warm welcome and were given excellent guidance on the menu. The food was superb, we thoroughly enjoyed it, and the price was very reasonable. The place is fantastic.

22/02/2026: We had a good meal. No complaints, the presentation was excellent. The only downside was the noise. It's true that it used to be a roadside restaurant, and the dining room hasn't been renovated to make it more welcoming or to reduce the noise from other diners. Something needs to be done about it.

23/12/2025: A wonderful family lunch break at this typical St. Guillhem establishment. A warm welcome, beautifully presented dishes, and a very friendly atmosphere. Remember to book ahead, as portions are limited.

14/12/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant with its decor so typical of the old buildings in the Cévennes. The menu is straight out of classic French cuisine and it doesn't disappoint! The starters are hearty and delicious, especially the ravioli, which I personally loved. The main courses were good and generous; we always needed more bread to mop up every last bit of sauce! Outside of peak season, REMEMBER TO BOOK – it's absolutely essential. The kitchen prepares a certain number of dishes based on reservations, and you might find yourself missing quite a few items on the menu.

15/02/2026: A warm and friendly welcome awaited us upon arrival, immediately putting us at ease. The dining room is truly charming, with vaulted ceilings and lovely exposed stonework, and the bistro-style wooden tables and chairs add a convivial and authentic touch. The dishes are good, simple, and made with artisanal products, which is evident in the flavors, even if the overall experience remains somewhat classic. The plates could perhaps use a little more flair or surprise to make the experience more memorable. We were slightly disappointed with our Shepherd's Platters, where the meat pies seemed to have been "forgotten." With a price reduction of around five euros, the quantity/quality/price ratio would undoubtedly be more balanced. Overall, a pleasant place to sample local products, although for a similar result, you could just as easily fill your basket with gourmet treats directly at the market.

12/12/2025: Excellent restaurant. The food is really good. There weren't many of us, so it was quiet. It was very pleasant. Impeccable service. The prices are very reasonable, and the menu is simple and effective. I highly recommend it. This restaurant deserves to be better known.
