15/09/2026: The welcome, the selection, the friendliness... I had a very good dinner. My butcher's cut was an excellent sirloin steak, accompanied by a perfectly executed chimichurri sauce. My glass of wine was exactly what I wanted: a well-made Chablis. I highly recommend it, and sincerely.

18/08/2026: A deplorable experience: avoid for your business lunches As a regular customer in the La Défense district, I was invited with a colleague to this establishment for a business lunch. While kitchen or dining room issues can happen, the customer service at Le Mond demonstrates a complete lack of consideration and professionalism. Arriving at 12:30 pm, our order (two tartares and a sea bream) was taken promptly. At 1:30 pm, still nothing. When I politely inquired about the situation at the bar, I was met with complete indifference, without the slightest empathy or real answer. What followed was a series of shortcomings: Unacceptable delays: At 1:40 pm (1 hour and 10 minutes after our arrival), the manager abruptly informed us that the sea bream was unavailable, without the slightest apology. Disjointed service: Our two tartares finally arrived, while our colleague had to wait for their replacement dish, which was served hastily without a word. Sloppy service to the very end: At 2:10 pm, the waiter came to clear the table, claiming he had "forgotten the order slip." Instead of doing his usual job (i.e., presenting the dessert or coffee menu), he simply announced that he was offering coffee to expedite the end of the service, skipping any step of taking the next order. A hastily offered coffee doesn't make up for a ruined business lunch and such a lack of consideration. Working in La Défense implies time constraints and a minimum of respect for customers. This system urgently needs to be reviewed; setting a good example always comes from management, whom I do not commend for their lack of courage and consideration for their clientele.

22/08/2026: A truly wonderful restaurant in Dieulefit. The cuisine is varied and delicious. The service is friendly and energetic. The dishes are generous and beautifully presented, and the menu offers a wide selection. I highly recommend this establishment to complete a pleasant exploration of Dieulefit.

15/08/2026: This restaurant is a hidden gem to discover in Dieulefit! The food is absolutely delicious—homemade, and Nadège, the owner, has a wonderful smile and a great sense of humor, creating a pleasant atmosphere and ensuring you have a fantastic time. We were a group of friends, and we ordered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. Go for it!

22/09/2026: I'm a regular customer of the bakery in Fletre and usually very satisfied. Today we bought a homemade brioche, made on September 15th and labeled good until October 5th, so 20 days of shelf life seems excessive for a homemade brioche considering the length of the ingredients, and the brioche was really dry. We were used to getting fresh products, and this has really changed things. I've read the comments, and it seems that going to the supermarket is just as bad in this case.

23/08/2026: I came in this morning to try some sourdough baguettes, a croissant, and a pain au chocolat, and I wasn't disappointed. It's been a long time since I've had such delicious pastries. And the croissant—yum, airy and not greasy at all! A real treat. I'll definitely be back for a proper breakfast or lunch... see you soon!

16/05/2026: Beautiful, peaceful location, well away from the city

10/05/2026: A very pleasant place, the food was excellent. Special mention to the waitress who was constantly running around managing all the tables on her own, well done!

11/10/2026: A group of us came and ordered coffees and hot chocolate. It took more than 10 minutes for them to arrive, and when they did, they were lukewarm, almost cold. We asked them to heat the coffee, and they barely managed to do so.

02/10/2026: A visit well worth it. A bar and more in Bordeaux. Great atmosphere and great music. They have Happy Hour, but it's also packed before and after. I visited on a Wednesday. Centrally located on the banks of the Garonne. Spectacular terrace. The waiters are fantastic. If you're going to order wine, order it by the bottle, not by the glass.

30/08/2026: I've been coming here for several years to dine with friends, my partner, or family. The terrace is lovely when the weather is nice, and the interior is also very pleasant. The staff is friendly, the food is good, and the cocktails are great too. The place is quiet and offers a real escape for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this place. Ideal for a great time.

25/07/2026: I came from La Rochelle for a family birthday celebration, and what a pleasant surprise this restaurant was! It was a real treat. The terrace was lovely. From the appetizer to the dessert, it was excellent! I absolutely recommend it! My only regret is not living closer so I could eat there more often...

05/09/2026: Honestly, it was awful from start to finish. The service wasn't great, despite the waiter's friendliness. And don't even get me started on the food: the undercooked frozen fries, the salad that looked like it came straight from a bag, the veal sauce that was probably just powdered veal stock, completely unseasoned and tasteless. The wine I initially ordered, a Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, arrived in a glass that looked like grenadine, and of course, it was undrinkable plonk. I replaced it with a Côtes du Rhône, which was just as bad—plonk that probably came from a rotten box. I give it a zero. It's not a bistro, it's a tourist trap. I really don't understand how it's still possible to run a place like this today.

27/08/2026: If I could give more stars, I would without hesitation! A magical moment, a unique place. Everything was perfect, and even if I tried to find something to criticize, I couldn't. A calm, peaceful place where you surrender to the creativity of the truly great chef who delights your taste buds. Exceptional dishes, unlike anything I've ever seen! We were surprised from beginning to end... the service is impeccable, with smiling, attentive staff... We had lunch when it was 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit), but with the coolness of the trees and the gentle breeze, it was a real treat! The restaurant is very well located, with a small shaded parking lot... I live in the Alpes-Maritimes (department 06) and my parents live in Burgundy; we're waiting for autumn/winter to go and try new dishes! Go for it, and a huge THANK YOU to the entire team at Carré d'Ange!

23/08/2026: A true benchmark in the canton of Fayence. Chef David Carré offers exceptional cuisine, with surprising and expertly executed flavor combinations, without ever becoming pretentious. The ingredients are of the highest quality, and the service, ambiance, and setting are wonderful. I highly recommend it.
