I've always enjoyed the food; it's good and pleasant. Unfortunately, I might not return because we had to wait far too long and the restaurant is too noisy. It would be good to improve the acoustics for both customers and staff.

04/05/2026: Arrived without a reservation for lunch on May 1st. We were quickly given a table. Very pleasant dining room. A great set menu (even though it was May 1st) for €18. Very well-prepared dishes. Fresh, local produce. Friendly service. Inn near the departure point for the boats going to the Saut du Doubs waterfall. We'll gladly return!

The Moulin du Roc restaurant is a gastronomic surprise not to be missed. We discovered classic dishes that the kitchen team transformed into unexpected delights. The desserts also surprised us, with a special mention for the iced black truffle.
03/05/2026: Everything was perfect: the setting, refined yet authentic; the service, highly professional without ever being intrusive, as is sometimes the case in this category of establishment; and the food, refined and original. You can feel the staff's genuine pleasure in pleasing their customers. In short, a big thumbs up!

The dishes were delicious and satisfying. We thoroughly enjoyed the Savoyard fondue, the tartiflette, and the tarte tatin.

19/01/2026: I've been coming to the Gouverneur for several years now, both for professional and personal reasons. The setting is magnificent, and the seminar facilities, restaurant, and hotel are very welcoming. Finally, the service is always impeccable. In short, I highly recommend it.
