The desserts were also very good. To those who complain about the limited menu: I see it as a sign of quality, and there's still plenty of choice. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the decor was lovely. The best restaurant I've been to in Pau. Thank you!

In short, a place to discover and rediscover again and again. The staff were incredibly kind; as I have an allergy to one of the ingredients in the only dessert, they managed to create a suitable (and excellent) alternative for me that same evening. 15/09/2024: Belle adresse parisienne dans la galaxie des restos d’Alain Ducasse. Ce n’est pas un étoilé mais un bouchon bistonomique lyonnais à Paris : Aux Lyonnais. Accueil et service très pro. Ancien restaurant qui a conservé son décorum d’autant. Carte courte proposée par une cheffe qui officie en cuisine. C’est très bien fait, avec des produits sourcés et de qualité. Pas de chichis dans les assiettes. Cuissons et assaisonnements justes et parfaits. Côté budget, on est un peu haut, notamment dans la carte des vins. Mais l’endroit vaut vraiment le détour pour une table de qualité !

15/12/2025: Booked for the morning. Pleasant welcome, quite good food, reasonable menu. Worth noting is the selective and discerning wine list at very reasonable prices.

26/11/2025: A very pleasant surprise. A warm welcome, with plenty of humor. We loved everything. The decor, the wine selection focused on Bergerac. The fish soup was delicious. The salmon, the linguine with shrimp, the tuna... in short, everything was excellent.
