19/12/2024: Small establishment in size and big for the succulent cuisine of the talented and friendly Chef Julien Chabert! Both at lunchtime and in the evening, we enjoy ourselves in this restaurant and the service is efficient, friendly and pleasant. Obviously, it is advisable to reserve because the capacity is not large. I recommend this establishment without the slightest restraint as the flavors are there! 03/01/2025: My favourite restaurant in the world. The food is always inspiring, delicious, with a twist. They mix up their menu every now and then, and it's always fantastic what they come up with. The waiters are very nice, the resto itself is designed with love and style. The only thing I would wish for would be one more vegetarian main dish :) but no matter what, we will be loyal customers for a long time to come! Can't recommend this place enough.

The pace of the service was also very well orchestrated, neither too long nor too fast (1 hour 45 minutes for aperitif, starter, main course and dessert) Ultra efficient service and warm atmosphere! A very good address, we highly recommend...

Kindness, love of good work! we are in Lyon and it shows: the dishes are copious and the menu at 36€ has a starter, cheese and dessert, however nothing is left to chance, each sauce is revisited by the chef, for more finesse, everything is cooked to perfection, meats like fish and vegetables. Everyone will find themselves there: gourmets, gourmands, lovers of traditional dishes as well as the most curious, and even those in a hurry because the service is very fast even when the restaurant is full! Well done young people! and thank you for this good Sunday with family that we had.

08/09/2024: This restaurant is simply delicious for a truly democratic price. The dishes are elaborate and have lots of taste. The servers are very friendly and professional. It was a very nice experience!

06/09/2024: Very poor service. When we welcome customers, we offer them something to drink, that’s really the least. There, we just waited: waiting for someone to offer us a drink, for someone to deign to come and give us the menu board (not at all practical when it's up to the customer himself to get up and take a poor photo of the back), so that we deign to come and take our order, not to mention serving us. We arrived at 12:40 p.m., left at 2:20 p.m. having only had one dish. The meat served was tough and sinewy. The fish was very tasty, the vegetables very tasty too. Just a shame to have “wasted” so much time without really having the impression of having enjoyed ourselves given the lack of consideration from the staff (and the excuse which consists of saying that “we let ourselves be surprised by the world "really doesn't work").

02/10/2024: I had an excellent evening at the Les Vinaigriers restaurant. The meal was refined, with perfectly balanced flavors. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, ideal for relaxing. As for the service, it was impeccable: both friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant for a quality culinary experience in Paris.

30/09/2024: This is the 3rd time we have come. Good the first 2 but this time (9 p.m. service), we were in a hurry to take the order, in a hurry to finish our dishes (one of us had not finished and they wanted to clear away...), cod dish for €24 served very sparingly, very strong tuna carpaccio starter (we didn't smell the tuna), their white wine recommendation very disappointing. In conclusion: expensive for quality and service. We are very disappointed and will probably not return.
