16/07/2026: An enchanting place with warm and welcoming decor. A charming, shabby-chic, "English" atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. A lovely selection of drinks and homemade pastries. Impeccable service at very reasonable prices. I will be back. EDIT: I've been back several times since my first review and I'd like to add that the service is still just as pleasant, and the savory dishes are generous and well-prepared.

06/04/2026: Family room suitable for a couple with two children, and parking available. It's clean, and there's information available about Honfleur and the surrounding area. We stayed for two nights. The breakfasts are plentiful, the restaurant is very good, and the staff is helpful and very friendly. It's a peaceful, green location, just a few minutes' drive from Honfleur. The children really enjoyed the Easter egg hunt on Easter Monday. The only slight drawback: the curtains weren't quite dark enough for us. We recommend this quiet and well-located hotel.

06/04/2026: An exceptional discovery! The hotel is a gem in the countryside, the staff is professional yet welcoming. The "Buttercup" room is wonderfully spacious. Dinner was superb! Rafa the cat is the hotel's mascot!

14/03/2026: It's a real pleasure to have lunch at this inn. Claire and her husband make a warm and efficient team. The food is generous and high-quality, and Claire knows our preferences, which creates an even more personal atmosphere. We've tried the gourmet menu as a family and as a couple: it's excellent and just as generous! But we're regulars at the bistro-style lunch, which we love every time.

09/08/2026: Extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant! We were served wine and told they were bringing us chips… After we complained, the waiter said they were out of chips… We asked for an ashtray, the rosé was served warm, and the meal arrived after a wait of over an hour (the table next to us was there before us and was served after us!). The side dishes weren't right, the sauces were missing, and the meat wasn't what we ordered! We asked for it rare, and it arrived well-done… And to top it all off, it annoyed the waiter! Appalling service!!!!

07/08/2026: Avoid this place! We ordered five all-you-can-eat mussels and fries, and we couldn't even get our plates for everyone at the start of service. There was no advance notice regarding the cooking time for the mussels, and we had to wait 20 minutes between each plate. The staff were rushing through the place during the peak service hours. I do not recommend it.

28/07/2026: A delicious crêpe with strawberry coulis and a scoop of strawberry ice cream. The single-scoop cone is a real treat for only €1.70. We tried the chocolate hazelnut, vanilla, strawberry, raspberry, pistachio, and nougat flavors all summer long. They're all very good, and the cone's biscuit is also a triumph! Delicious and a calm atmosphere around 11:00 AM and again around 5:00 PM before it gets crowded. You can also go in the evening around 7:00 PM. The atmosphere is family-friendly. The service is attentive and welcoming.

06/07/2026: The terrace is lovely in summer, the food is more than decent, and for the price, you certainly won't leave hungry! We've been twice now, as we live in a nearby village, and it's always a pleasant experience! The prices are fair, and the servers are attentive and polite.

05/07/2026: A lovely place to eat outside or inside. Partially frequented by locals. Large, atmospheric outdoor terrace and a cozy, authentic interior inside. Friendly service and an extensive menu. When we visited this restaurant, a musical duo treated the people outside to beautiful chansons. In short, highly recommended for a visit.

30/07/2026: I made a reservation in March for my birthday in July 2026, but to my surprise, a month before the date, they offered me a menu that didn't meet my expectations: puff pastry, chuck roast, mashed potatoes, carrots, and peas! Well, no. I wanted something a bit lighter... The head chef refused to offer me an alternative. I was very disappointed with the restaurant's behavior. So I hired a caterer, and frankly, my guests left with big smiles. Ladies, you should change careers quickly. A word to the wise. MjR
