Good ingredients (oh, that delicate gravlax salmon!), simple yet expertly balanced flavors, and finesse—right down to the dessert (a tartlet that should be called Little Chocolate Marvel!). All served with a smile and professionalism. A great little place that's well worth a visit.

15/08/2026: We discovered this restaurant by chance and had lunch there on August 15th. It was an excellent meal from start to finish; kudos to the chef! The waitresses were very pleasant and efficient. We'll definitely be back! 😀

14/07/2026: Always an excellent place; we'd been there a few years ago. It's a place I recommend to everyone I know. The dishes are worthy of a top chef, and the service is impeccable. Don't hesitate to ask the waiter for advice if you're torn between two dishes. The only downside is that this level of culinary quality is impossible to replicate at home.

08/08/2026: A magnificent setting, an unusual place for a truly enjoyable culinary experience. High-quality dishes from appetizer to dessert. The meats are exceptional; everything is homemade, and that much is undeniable. An address I highly recommend and will definitely return to.

19/07/2026: Nice view, neglected restaurant, broken toilet, average food

11/07/2026: The food here is very good however it is quite expensive, but this location is only accessible by gondola so it is understandable. The main draw of this restaurant is the incredible view and it really is worth it. There are no toilets here if you want to hike down be sure to go to the toilet before you go across the gondola.

16/08/2026: Visit August 2026 Dish of the day: Beef skewers with fries and Roquefort sauce... The plate arrived with a nauseating smell and spoiled meat... The plate was sent back to the kitchen. The manager offered us meat from a second batch. We declined. The menu remained on the chalkboard for several days. It's a disgrace to serve meat that isn't fresh. Avoid at all costs! First and last time for us.

11/08/2026: Once again, top-notch service! We arrived without a reservation, and the owner took the time to find us a table at La Petite Table! The lobster was cooked to perfection, the oysters were amazing 🤪, not to mention the friendly and dynamic young team who orchestrated our meal with big smiles. 11/08/2026: It's a shame we can't give zero stars. We were treated by the waiters as if we were nothing. Their arrogance, contempt, and condescending attitude towards customers are simply unacceptable. To top it all off: two signs clearly indicated that the establishment was open, yet when we entered, we were told it was closed. When we simply asked to understand, we were met with condescending replies and, even worse, open laughter directed at us. Mocking customers instead of responding properly is particularly contemptuous and completely unacceptable behavior. If displaying "open" while turning customers away amuses you, perhaps you should start by taking down your signs and learning the basics of customer service. We weren't asking for anything extraordinary: simply an explanation and a minimum of respect. Apparently, even that seemed too difficult. A deplorable experience, a shameful welcome, and a complete lack of professionalism. We will obviously never set foot in this establishment again and we strongly advise against it.

08/01/2026: My wife and I have been here many times. When friends visit us in Nice, we ALWAYS bring them to Oliviera. One of our favorites dining experiences in all of France. (And we've spent move the 1,000 night in France) Always fresh ingredients, well used in delicious dishes. It's in the tourist area but the food is the way the Niçoise eat (if they are a good cook). No CC bring cash. And buy some olive oil.

01/01/2026: My husband and I seemingly walking into Oliviera in Nice while we were on vacation. We have walked randomly into resturants many times before but this was a once in a lifetime experience for us. Sadly, I don't believe we will ever have experience food like this before. This happened almost 2 years ago! The food, the olive oil, the owner, the overall experience still sticks with us. I can't wait to go back one day with our daughter (who is only 1 years old right now).

13/08/2026: We arrived spontaneously without a reservation and were lucky to get a great table. The food was delicious, especially the focaccia as a starter. The price was reasonable considering the view.

11/08/2026: Charming terrace with a lovely view of Bastia's port from the top of the citadel. The food is very good and the portions are generous.

11/08/2026: Fantastic!! The staff was lovely and attentive. I needed a Doliprane (paracetamol) which I didn't have, and the waiter found it for me – a huge thank you to him!! There were three of us. We ate very well: one salmon escalope with their famous and excellent sauce, and two butcher's cuts cooked to perfection just as we had requested. They were also very friendly and humorous, and the gourmet coffee was a nice touch. They even gave us an extra profiterole instead of the tiramisu – thank you again! I highly recommend this place. We'll be back!!

09/08/2026: Takeout order impossible because no one answers the phone. So we went there in person: the waiter walked past us four times without the slightest reaction. The manager finally intervened, only to tell us they were too busy and therefore couldn't accept a takeout order. Very disappointing: no respect for sales conditions or customer service, and no answer on the phone.
