30/07/2024: A little treasure far from the highway. An idyllic setting, garden food and a simple but local menu. The service and the meal by the host are a real delight. Special mention for the crème brûlée with eggs from the henhouse.

17/10/2024: Habitués de ce restaurant, nous nous sommes encore une fois régalés, plats dignes d'un chef étoilé, mérite amplement d'être inscrit au guide Michelin et plusieurs étoiles. Les menus sont variés, on aimerait goûter à tout. Bien que seule en salle, le service est parfait et organisé. Pour nous c'est le meilleur restaurant. Philippe Etchebest serait ravi de déguster les délicieux plats proposés par le chef dans ce restaurant d'une propreté impeccable que ce soit les salles, les cuisines etc... Les tarifs des menus sont en adéquation avec les plats, toujours des produits frais et de grande qualité. Les techniques de cuisson sont largement maîtrisées. Les sauces un délice. Le dressage des plats soignée. Le poulet à la crème et au vin jaune excellent. Les poissons cuisson nacré au top. Tous les desserts sont faits maison et délicieux. Ce couple est très accueillant et chaleureux, souriant, au petit soin pour leurs clients. N'hésitez pas à vous arrêter et prendre un peu de temps pour une dégustation digne de ce nom. Vous ne serez jamais déçu. Je recommande ce restaurant ++++++++++

19/08/2024: We had a great time at Chardonnay. The place has a very nice and romantic atmosphere and the service was good, the waiter treated us very nicely. We had croq monsier and salmon, with some vegetables as a side and a red wine and a white wine. We took chocolate cake as a desert! Everything was very good, maybe i would have added some chips as a side to the fish. Recommend this place overall.

20/10/2024: We were welcomed very warmly by the owners. A place where you feel good from the first seconds. The rooms are absolutely spotless, very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The meal is cooked casually by the owners who raise their own chickens. We had a blast. We eat local and we eat well with a little homemade clafoutis for dessert!!! I recommend this address, you will feel great there!!!

13/09/2024: This is a place where you should go without hesitation in Chamonix.. this butcher's wine cellar restaurant serves you food all day long at the time that suits you. You will find a very beautiful wine cellar there 🍷 enough to eat an excellent piece of meat all served by two very friendly young men who listen to you.. what a treat.. and all in a sumptuous setting... yes on the other hand for vegans I think you should move on.. .thank you for this time we spent at your place

27/09/2024: Local place near the Sorbonne, frequented by Profs. Some of them have their own napkins.?? All was good: duck, fois gras and desserts. Polite and friendly service with a good wine selection (this is France after all)

23/09/2024: Todo exquisito. Partimos por un foie gras, luego pedimos carne con aligot, confit de canard, cordero y cerdo y estaba todo delicioso, las porciones grandes y el precio adecuado. El fondant de postre estaba sublime.
