12/09/2026: We went there after a funeral, and the welcome was very warm. The post-funeral meal was rather ordinary, as the charcuterie was industrial and not artisanal, but the cakes for dessert were nice.

19/09/2026: I had the Perdreau rouge (red chicken), my husband the salad with goat cheese – both dishes were fantastic. The atmosphere was also wonderful: cozy yet elegant. We especially appreciated that the restaurant didn't feel like a typical tourist trap. We even felt like we were the only guests who didn't speak French – a sign, in our opinion, that this restaurant is also very popular with locals. In my opinion, it's one of the best restaurants in the area. Authentic French flair and an evening we definitely won't forget. Highly recommended!

06/09/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for three years. The welcome and service are always excellent. The food: a wide variety of dishes, appetizers, and desserts, top-notch presentation, and excellent quality—all homemade. A true restaurant! The atmosphere is friendly, and they strive to please without being pushy, maintaining a high level of professionalism and hygiene. Kudos to your entire team (and to the adorable dog at the end of service)!

08/10/2026: During our houseboat trip, we stopped at the Brasserie des Éclusiers both on the way there and back, and enjoyed excellent regional cuisine on both occasions. The whole family loved it. The location right on the canal is ideal for houseboaters. We'd love to come back on our next trip! A small suggestion: Extend the boat dock a bit and offer electricity. There's definitely potential for additional business here, especially for overnight stays on houseboats – the location would be perfect.

22/08/2026: A really pleasant surprise! The waiter was incredibly friendly, and we had a lovely terrace on this little village square. I ordered the Caesar salad, which was excellent and high quality, especially the homemade chicken tenders. For dessert, the French toast was decent. The price is very reasonable, around €20 per person; it's definitely not a tourist trap. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

25/08/2026: I ate there with my family. The place is very welcoming, the staff are polite and pleasant. I'm including a picture of my meal (it was delicious). On top, there's a cold egg yolk which adds freshness to the dish. The restaurant also offers an electronic menu on a tablet (which lists allergens) and a physical menu for those who prefer traditional menus.

24/08/2026: I ordered two pizzas and a dessert to go. I placed the order on their website, and everything was perfect! They even arrived a little early, and the meal was excellent; everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place and will definitely order again! After picking up some bread and pastries from the bakery, I noticed they were just as good as the pizzas I had the day before! A big thank you for the quality of your products, which is so rare these days. It was a real treat!

05/09/2026: A reservation on the terrace that ended up being taken inside, fries on the floor, the promise of a vegetarian dish that turned out to be nothing more than a basic burrata with four carrot slices, and a portion of fries... consisting of four fries. And we were ushered out without even being given time to get a coffee... Call the manager!

25/09/2026: I had lunch today at the Grains de Sel restaurant. I'd wanted to go there for a long time. And I can already say that I'll be back. The setting is understated, elegant, and intimate. The cuisine is refined and beautifully presented. Everything was perfect, from the speed of service to the quality of the dishes. The value for money is simply exceptional. A wonderful place right in the heart of Haguenau. A sure bet that I highly recommend.

05/08/2026: Everything was excellent, from the main course to the dessert, as well as a very good wine recommended by the staff. Special mention also goes to the friendliness of the waitresses and the chef's friendly greeting. My family and I had a wonderful time and will definitely return. I recommend this establishment 100%.

27/09/2026: A brasserie where it's impossible to order a half-pint at 11:20 am. I don't recommend it. The staff doesn't seem to want to be there. First and last time I've been.

27/09/2026: A very good restaurant on the church square in Solliès-Pont. Simple yet delicious food. Excellent value for money. A very friendly welcome and service. Tables available on the terrace in the square or inside.
