28/06/2025: We had an excellent meal that was tasty and fresh. We were lucky to show up early for dinner as we did not have a reservation. We sat outside and ordered the fish dish. The service was excellent. Highly recommend making a reservation as it gets full. This was on of the best meals we had during our stay.

10/12/2024: Very warm welcome, fast service but hamburger and fries barely warm😕can they be prepared too far in advance or defrosted incorrectly? Obviously, you should avoid what is not their specialty (mussels).

27/01/2025: Few choices for a Sunday lunch. No map. An A4 sheet written by hand, a real draft, crossed out and almost illegible. There were 4 of us and the waitress made a mistake and delivered fries instead of vegetables. Union minimum for service, no friendliness. Very disappointed because I came in 2023 and 2024 and I enjoyed it.
12/01/2025: Very professional and very smiling staff.
From the starter (warm goat's cheese salad) to the desserts (crème brûlée), including the hot main course (doe stew), everything is perfect. It is a great visual pleasure for both the eyes and the taste buds. We had a great time.
I highly recommend it to lovers of good cuisine.

01/10/2024: Great setting, very atypical and the dish was consistent, we were reserved the second plate as indicated, everything was great, we didn't really like the dessert, the lemon jelly was too runny and the strawberry tartlet was put in jam as pastry cream, so not great but it did the trick 👉👉 fresh and good meat

In addition to a very accommodating team, the welcome is friendly, the meals tasty and the portions generous. The rooms are basic but completely comfortable. An honorable quality-price ratio. Everything was perfect! 🙃

It's hard to make the waitress smile. The Alsatian reception was not very positive among my friends from the interior, except for the Parisians who are used to a lack of friendliness.

20/09/2024: Never disappointed!! On our first visit with 4 adults, we tasted a great bouillabaisse and the 2nd time we opted for the menu at 31.90 and we enjoyed ourselves. Starter of foie gras followed by scallops for the ladies and crispy scallops and rossini sirloins for the gentlemen. The desserts and rosé were top notch. The servers are friendly and very helpful! In short, everything was excellent!!! I highly recommend!! We will come back to see you on our next stay!!

15/12/2024: The establishment is ideally located near the Etang de Thau, offering a calming setting and magnificent views.
The welcome at reception was warm and professional. The room, although compact as is often the case in Ibis hotels, was clean, well equipped and had an extremely comfortable bed. This was a single night, being invited to a professional evening near this establishment.
11/12/2024: Too bad the PMR adaptation is not ideal, a very complicated access ramp. A pebble bathroom which is difficult to navigate in a wheelchair. But above all a shower chair with fixed armrests which is totally unstable. This requires a third person to hold her. Otherwise the staff is very pleasant and the hotel is very well kept and clean. The breakfasts are also very good. Last point on the PRM places which are a little tight because of the hedges around which reduce the space a lot.

15/08/2024: We come there regularly and very regularly. For what ? Because first of all the customer is welcomed with kindness and a smile. The decoration is warm and cozy, then come the plates. The flavors are there, the products are fresh and homemade. The tastes are rich in the mouth and the menu changes according to the seasons. The advantage of discovering new dishes. When we go to Barbizon, it's impossible not to stop there. Thanks to Marie and Stéphan for these moments of taste happiness and see you soon.

08/08/2024: Locale molto accogliente, curato e con una bella atmosfera.
Il cibo é di ottima qualità e servito molto bene, i dolci super! La cucina é evidentemente francese ma non troppo ricercata e con piatti per tutti i gusti. Il pesce del giorno, simil cosa di rospo era eccezionale ma i dolci hanno lasciato il miglior ricordo possibile.
Ottimo il vino.
Il proprietario é accomodante e la cena é stata veramente ottima. Super consigliato
