06/06/2026: I would gladly return. The welcome was friendly, with a short tour of the premises (a former wine cellar) and a magnificent grill. The place is welcoming, unique, and well-designed. I really liked the decor and the background music. I tried the grill with filet mignon skewers in a nice, generous portion. No room for dessert. What a shame! The service was also provided by a smiling and attentive young woman. I'll definitely be back.

28/06/2026: A truly wonderful experience. A very warm welcome, fresh ingredients, and dishes prepared to order. I came for the calf's head with gribiche sauce, which was absolutely delicious. Attentive and highly professional service. Approximately 42 euros per person for a complete three-course meal (starter, main course, dessert) and a glass of wine.

The service was provided by a very pleasant and attentive young apprentice. The chef was accommodating and eager to please. 25/04/2026: The hotel is ideally located near the forest. Our room with a lake view was very pleasant. The hotel restaurant is good and offers a vegetarian menu. Everyone was very attentive. If we return to Huelgoat, we will gladly stay here again.
