11/10/2026: This restaurant has the delightful charm of an authentic oyster shack. Upon arrival, the owner gave us a warm welcome and made no problem at all with our dogs. We were able to choose our table and settled into a quiet corner at the back. The staff is very friendly, and it was truly kind of them to do their best to speak English, even though we spoke French very well. Their kindness was truly comforting. The meal was excellent! The oysters for starters weren't huge, but they were very refined, with a magnificent flavor and exceptional freshness. The main courses were also perfect. The highlight was the dessert: a magnificent coconut sorbet, very rich and creamy, enhanced with a few other flavors and a touch of grated lime zest. Incredibly delicious! An excellent place to remember and absolutely recommend in Château-d'Oléron!

10/10/2026: We received a warm welcome, and our dog was accepted. The setting is ideal, right by the sea, and the cuisine is full of flavor, featuring local produce with a Caribbean touch. A great time! 👏

10/10/2026: I ate the best monkfish of my life, what flavors!! Incredible cuisine. Impeccable service, professional advice. You feel right at home, a home from another era. All those writings and drawings seem to have left a piece of everyone's soul. If you're sensitive, you'll feel a peaceful energy. I wish this restaurant would be here forever. I'm from Lyon and I was just passing through, but rest assured that if I lived in Brive, I'd be a regular! Bravo for your tenacity and your perfectionism, which is rare these days in the restaurant industry.

04/10/2026: Three tables arrived after we were served before us; we waited 45 minutes only because we asked, otherwise we would have waited even longer. The food was cold and disappointing.

04/10/2026: Excellent restaurant, lovely terrace overlooking the Saône. Perfect service with an efficient and very friendly young waitress. The crémant served with red fruit bubbles is very original and leaves a subtle aftertaste. The sweetbreads and the risotto with prawns and baby vegetables were perfect. The pavlova and the French toast were equally delicious. Generous and very well-prepared dishes. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to Burgundy.

10/10/2026: It's a small place with excellent food, fair prices, on a very trendy street in Paris! The only thing that leaves something to be desired is the seating area, which is tiny, but even so, it's worth 5 stars!
