22/05/2026: Wanting to have lunch in this brasserie, which was empty of customers on a Saturday morning at 12:30, we asked the owner for permission to sit on a banquette that seemed more comfortable than the chairs, as we both suffer from back pain. The owner reluctantly agreed, grumbling all the while, so I jokingly reminded him that "the customer is always right." He then flew into a rage, declaring that he was the only king and that he did as he pleased in his establishment. This man should find another line of work. We didn't get a chance to try the food because we left immediately and found a very good pizzeria just a few dozen meters away on Rue de la Convention.

15/07/2026: A tomato, mozzarella, and prosciutto salad for €17, which was basically bagged salad, tasteless mozzarella, and vacuum-packed prosciutto… And don't even get me started on the €30 risotto, which was truly awful. It's appalling how many restaurants in Nice charge exorbitant prices to tourists, and I get the impression the restaurant doesn't care because, well, it'll be busy anyway. Obviously, the restaurant owner who reads this is going to be furious, because I know it's tough running a restaurant, but you can't just rip off customers by charging such prices for such poor quality. The waiters are friendly and the view is magnificent.

23/05/2026: Arrived at 1:30 PM without a reservation. Welcome was very warm, with a lovely shaded outdoor table. Served quickly: a salad, a beer, and a Belgian coffee. Reasonable price. Good food.

07/06/2026: A hidden gem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Having come to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary, we were enchanted by Domaine de Roquerousse. Don't let the initial impression of the power station on the approach put you off: once you arrive, the setting is a verdant haven, absolutely idyllic. The meal was excellent from start to finish, and the welcome and service were perfect. A huge thank you for this peaceful and very pleasant experience, as well as for the conversation at the end of the meal, which has made us eager to return and try the plancha and music evenings on your magnificent terrace!

06/06/2026: Since I was 10 years old, I've always ordered from Au Moment Gourmand. The owner is friendly, and the quality of the food is excellent—paninis, hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, cakes, and more... the prices are quite low, and the pizzas are amazing! I order every week 🤣 because we love them so much—they're the best in Château, in my opinion.

15/06/2026: I've had the opportunity to visit this restaurant several times, both with family and with friends visiting the area. Each time, the feedback has been unanimous: a warm and friendly atmosphere, a smiling and welcoming staff. The food is high quality, with very reasonable prices. Moreover, the portions are generous: we didn't even manage to finish our pizzas and were able to take them away. I'm a little surprised by some recent reviews suggesting that the restaurant has completely changed. As a regular customer, I can attest that the spirit of the place is still there: a large part of the original team has remained, and the quality of both the service and the food is still excellent. For my part, it's a place I wholeheartedly recommend for a meal with family or friends.

15/06/2026: I had the chance to stop for dinner at this restaurant one evening while traveling, and I took the opportunity to invite my family who were nearby. I must say, I was very pleasantly surprised by this establishment. 😉 We had a fantastic meal, the welcome was very warm and friendly, and the setting was really cool—the terrace was superb, the decor... in short, I even thought that a place like this makes you want to plan a lovely evening with friends! A great find! 👌😉

13/05/2026: The service was impeccable, depending on the staff. We went yesterday, May 12, 2026, and the service was impeccable; the staff were very kind and friendly. We returned today, and the young woman was not at all friendly. We sat on the outdoor terrace, waited a little over 15 minutes, and left without seeing anyone to serve us. We found this unacceptable.

28/06/2026: I'm very disappointed with this restaurant, which used to be really good. Now the dishes are bland and very greasy. How could a restaurant that was so good have changed so much? Here's a comparison of the tagliatelle carbonara I had several years ago and what they have now. It's a real disaster! How can you serve a dish like that? It's cafeteria food, whereas before it was delicious. The same goes for other dishes...
